Tito's description of when he learned about the "death" was messed up. He seemed to get his story mixed up.
Jermaine and Tito both said that they looked to CNN for info on the "death."
Marlon said something really odd when the show was first coming on about how it felt like a parent had died. It was a strange statement and I wish that I had it in his exact owrds.

He was speaking about Michael's kids. First he said they were doing great and then he said that they were doing as well as they could after losing a parent.

Jackie said that "Jermaine loves the spotlight". They got into a fake argument and Jermaine said that the light naturally follows him. Is this the spotlight? What was the discussion in TII about the spotlight following MJ?

Jermaine said that Conrad Murray should be charged. He also said that he can't believe that he is allowed to practice medicine.
Dr. Murray's attorney sent a statement sayig that they are ... "waiting on concrete facts to come from the LAPD."

LK said that Joe and LaToya have mentioned MJ being murdered. Marlon said that each is entitled to their own opinion and you might get a different answer from each of them. He said that he would sit back and wait for investigation. Tito and the others said that LaTspoke too soon about foul play.

Jermaine: "Neverland was Michael's Tomorrowland". (WDW/WDL) He also said that Michael studied Walt Disney.
One of them said that something is in the works for Neverland. He seemed to hesitate like he was about to say something that he shouldn't.

ALL FOUR of them are confused about which of them has visited 2300 Jackson Street.
Jermaine missed a photoshoot about the reality show. His reason was that he was exhausted from working on the tribute. He was photoshopped into the photos.

They really are starting to make it sound like he is really gone. Please help me not feel this way. They really had tears in their eyes. Jeez I am a bit confused. What if we are wrong? But then I have the TUGGING saying He IS alive.. HELP me see ..haven't felt upset in a while and for some reason they are getting to me.

They all say that their concerts will happen BUT they did not know who would be their promoter. LK suggested AEG but they said that it had not yet been decided.

I am disgusted...I mean yes the Jackson 5 was wonderful but honestly if the 4 of them could have continued w/o Michael why didn't they do it a long time ago instead of doing it after Michael is supposidly gone? Why isn't Randy on too?
I hopw they do restore Neverland thats the best thing they said in the interview. If Michael is in heaven than shame on them for profiting off of his death instead of focusing on bringing justice for Michael. I have to admit they did create a bit of doubt in the back of my mind and I realized that if he is truly in heaven that I will feel sick all over again.

The entire show was surreal. The four of them sat smiling, laughing, and oh so giddy. Then when Larry kept bringing up you-know-who, they switched gears and gave shifty-eyed stoic expressions.
Here's the deal: They have been well-scripted in what to say, how to speak and when to react. This was noticed even in comparing their speaking voices and words while talking to Larry versus when a clip was shown. They were much more casual, relaxed and regular in the clips. When talking to Larry they were much more proper and carefully worded. Jackie seemed the least rehearsed. Jermaine is the master except his eyes shift and smile when he speaks.
It was interesting to hear them speak of bypassing Vegas and "hitting the road" on a tour. Marlon was itching to get back to 30,000+ stadiums. They want to "bring it" as Jermaine said.
They were quite amusing. LKL repeats so I may have to watch again to see what I overlooked. BTW - we had been led to believe that there will be 6 parts to their show. They repeatedly said tonight that there are five so that would take them up to January 17th.

Maybe their continuing on because Michael is alive? Maybe Michael plans to join them for a future event? :? Look back at all the inconstancies that we've found the past 5 months. If Michael is really dead, I don't think they would be there. I don't know what to think anymore... :? :roll:
Randy made it very clear that he does not want any part of the reality show, that's why he's on on it.
Keep the faith and know that the truth will prevail eventually. If the truth never comes out, there' s something really wrong! I have faith we will find out what really happened to our beloved Michael Jackson. If we find out that he did die on June 25th, we will continue to fight for justice to be served, he really deserves it! If we find out that he's alive we'll celebrate!
Let's all keep thinking positive and hope for the best. Whatever is meant to be will be.

I, personally, think that the "ambiguity" of their "statements", etc. CONFIRM that MJ is very much "alive" and that they are trying their best to protect that secret.
I did'nt see the beginning, but find it very telling how none of them "have" referred to the event as "Michael's" DEATH. Instead, I keep hearing, "my brothers' DEATH. I know some have said that it's the "same" meaning, but I just can't get past IT, when it's been it has been said CONTINUALLY.
Jermaine was asked by a caller about the Jacksons' "private" MJ memorial service and the details, and Jermaine said that he wouldn't discuss "them" and that they will NOT be discussed on their upcoming show.
When Larry showed them speaking in "retrospect" about MJ's "death", they (?) purposely had each of the brothers statements of "grief" (recorded) and played alongside "footage" from the "burial"...instead of showing them "live" making these "statements". In simpler terms...it's as if they are PURPOSELY NOT ADMITTING TO ANYTHING "SPECIFIC" SURROUNDING MJ'S "DEATH THAT COULD "IMPLICATE" THEM IN THE FUTURE (ie...if MJ resurfaces, one day).
To piggyback on that, i'm curious as to how much LK "knows" (if ANYTHING). He seemed to ask the brothers questions, that MJ "fans" would like to know ....to "pacify" us (?).
But then "conveniently", changes the subject or moves immediately to another brother to answer, if/when the original brother, gets "emotional". IE....asking Jackie about MJ being "dead" (or something to that effect). Jackie starts to "choke" up (unconvincingly, I might add) and then LK, "jumps" to ask Tito the same question (as if to "free" Jackie from having to "fake" sorrow). DID ANYONE NOTICE HOW WHEN "JACKIE'S" VOICE STARTED TO QUIVER...MARLON< HAD AN OBVIOUS 'SMILE' ON HIS FACE? ?!. I'm sorry....that just CANT be explained away LOGICALLY!
BTW- Tito answered (paraphrase)..."well of course, you'd be upset about "losing" your brother (BROTHER ?). Again....may be no big deal to some, but when you put all of the inconsistencies "together".....
They ALL are choosing their words "carefully" and some of the perceived "emotions" just don't seem "consistant" with certain questions. Overall, i'd say that their "answers" and/or "statements" are OPEN TO INTERPRETATION

Did you hear when LK asked about MJ's "kids" and who the leader was? Jackie said, PRINCE and then emphatically added... AND HE LOVES!!! THE COMPUTER. Then he got cut off by someone else (can't remember).
?! What's "that" got to do with him being the leader? Was that to let us know that he's (Prince) in some of these "forums" with us ? ;)
And i'm MAD that LK referred to "Katherine"as "KATHLEEN" (and the brothers let it slide). They should've CORRECTED his as_!!

Am I crazy, or did one of them,{I think Jackie}say, that "Michael travelS a lot and DOES his own thing." I wrote it down when he said it, so I am sure I'm not crazy.
If he had passed on, wouldn't that statement be.........

I just hope that I got everything right. I started getting confused about who was speaking when they would talk over each other or change speakers quickly. Maybe someone recorded it and will put it on you tube. I want to watch it again both with and without the "hoax video commentary".

I was trying FRANTICALLY, to jot down any questionable, statements as soon as I heard them (like I was a stenographer, in "court"!)
I felt like laughing out loud when Larry asked about Joe being involved in or on the upcoming show, and one of the brothers said in a (roundabout way) or maybe "outright"...NO. Probably, because they would'nt want "loose-lips" to say something, he SHOULD'NT, that would let the "cat out of the bag".... :lol:

I found this to be very interesting, too! Our local stadium holds over 81,000 so I don't consider 30,000 to be very impressive (although the smaller venues- like just 5000 or less- are intimate and very special). When I was in Jr. High School, there was a rumor that MJ was coming to town. That was all my friends and I spoke about it seemed for quite some time!

No way! At a couple of points in time, my boys came in having loud "sword" fights (my boys are 6 and 40- my husband). I totally missed this statement. Did any of the other brothers or LK react to that comment?

It was like he was reminding him of what he was supposed to say about it, like they were sticking to some script. Anyone else notice that? I recorded it and watched that part over and over again.

No, I recorded it on my DVR box and don't have a way to transfer to the computer :( ... if it is re-run later you should pay attention to that part though. Jermaine's face looked to me like he was very adament about getting that across. It happens I think around half way through. I had to watch it like 5 or 6 times to fully understand what Jermaine was saying because him and Marlon were talking at the same time.

YES-- I heard somthing very similar! Now, it was during one of my boys' sword fights that made its way into the living room but I also had a "WHAT!?!" moment.

Yesssss Jermaine was keeping a close eye on the others with a "Y'ou better not mess up and blow this" look on his face". I also caught it too when he stepped up to reply for Marlon. Jermaine must have given him an earful after the show".
Based on the joint appearance, I see now why the Jermain has been the spokesman. He's a much better actor/liar than the others. Girl...we could corner the other three and have them running off at the mouth in no time. :lol:

Larry asked the cute questions to get the answers that Mj and the brothers wanted to project. All of the brotherly love questions made me laugh too. It was borderline sappy at some points. ;)

Btw.. this is off topic but I would like to ask that, why not one of the Jacksons come to this forum and tell us that Michael is dead, If he's really dead? You know that La Toya have blog, Randy have twitter, and maybe somemore others. So I'm sure that they're are using the internet. Since the "rumor" of the hoax is getting everyone attention, so why not the Jacksons knew about this matter? Did they ever mentioned about the hoax thing was just a rumor in the interviews? You might say that even though one of them came telling us the truth, we won't even believe in them.. But I know that they have their own ways to tell us the truth. :? They did told us that he's dead, but somehow having slip up everywhere. :lol: Get what I mean? Sorry my enghlish is poor. :mrgreen:

I think, Marlon, is the "weakest" link (I think that he could "succumb" to pressure). Then, Jackie ,(who also seems more "emotional"). Tito, seems most stoic.... followed by ,Jermaine who, you KNOW, ain't giving up NOTHIN'! :lol:

You would think that if MJ were "really" DECEASED...that the family would be HIGHLY OFFENDED(to say the least).... by this sites "existance"! I'm sure we would've heard from someone in their "camp", who would be making an OUTCRY over this BLASPHEMY (again, IF Michael IS dead....).

Yes, there was a bit of present tense, as usual...
One thing that bothered me (correct me if I'm wrong), but none of them ever actually used the "d" word...they were just agreeing with Larry while glancing around nervously.
I don't remember who, but one of them said something like "I can't believe my brother isn't here right now" and they ran the caption underneath like "I can't believe my brother died" ....putting words in his mouth! :roll:

I know it has nothing to do with the Jackson's but it's been on my mind for days. I was thinking to post on LKL blog when Michael,,,LOVE is there and ask him directly whether he is aware of our existance and if he would like to post here.......sounds crazy?

I know it has nothing to do with the Jackson's but it's been on my mind for days. I was thinking to post on LKL blog when Michael,,,LOVE is there and ask him directly whether he is aware of our existance and if he would like to post here.......sounds crazy?

If the hoax put the focus on them, they have no reason to make it stop.They need the focus to sell their show and their forthcoming concerts.
To be fair, I should add that I think that they are wise not to mess with that hoax thing. That would be useless. Scholars who have studied the hoaxes have evidenced that words are powerless when it comes to hoax. Whatever they'd say people wouldn't trust them. That's the problem with hoaxes and the hoax believers, they resist everything, even to the evidences.
So, whether Michael is really dead or not, the Jacksons are right to ignore the hoax and not respond to it. That's what I would do in their place.
Plus, after 45 years in the show business, they must be blasé about all the crap that is told about them.

I haven't watched the show yet. But I would like to comment on the "actually" part that you mentioned. I can understand when trying to correct someone of what is being said by saying "well no actually this happen" or something close to that. I have also noticed through time that when words like "actually" are used frequently in one conversation it means the person is trying their hardest to lie and make it believable.
Just my thought.

Just wanted to ask this, when they talk about the This Is It movie, they show us a short clip of the rehearsal right? Why did they choose to show Smooth Criminal? Because that Smooth Criminal in that movie have the biggest clue of all? There are many more other beautiful sence in that movie IMO. :D

Yeah that was what I'm trying to mean in the previous post. No one even mention it since it's getting peoples attention, even my friend-a MJ hater knows about the hoax! And also not even the Jacksons came out clarifying this matter! As some of the member said that they will be very offend if the death was real and there was such a hoax "rumor" everywhere! That's what make me think that he's very much alive! :mrgreen:

Am I the only one that finds it odd that none of them were called directly when this all first happened.They all got the news second hand that a sibling was in distress and dying and they have to seek out someone to confirm it. When LK asked them how they found out all their answers were along the same lines - they were doing something else and someone asked them if it was true. Fans knew before his own family??

LK said that Joe and LaToya have mentioned MJ being murdered. Marlon said that each is entitled to their own opinion and you might get a different answer from each of them. He said that he would sit back and wait for investigation. Tito and the others said that LaTspoke too soon about foul play.
This was SO unbelievable to me when I heard it! I was decorating my Christmas tree and listening to them and I dropped the ornament I had in my hand, my mouth fell to the floor!!! Their brother's "death" is classified as a homicide so SOMEBODY is at fault...and they sit there unemotional and calm and say they'll wait for an investigation. It's just not adding up.
Also, did anyone catch the statement about Prince being "great with computers"?

There are discrepancies to how they found out about Michael's "death"
Marlon stated that he was in Georgia and a friend called to see if Michael was okay because he had been rushed to the hospital but he actually learned of the death from his daughter who was downstairs and seen it on TV and told him. Now, I thought Janet was in Georgia filming Why Did I Get Married II. This is the first I have heard about him being in GA.
Tito stated that he was at home working and his son called to see if it was true. Then Janet called and asked if he was driving and he said yes and she told him to pull over and then Janet told him that Michael was dead. I thought Janet learned about it via the TV. Again, originally Janet stated to Harpers Bazaar that she was in GA filming but then stated to ABC that she was in NY and it was a morning like any other but NY is 3 hours ahead of CA and MJ would have died around 5:30 p.m. NY time.
(Janet's discrepancies are what puzzle me with Marlon's and Tito's statements)
Jackie was shopping in the Venetian when he heard it from a passerby and his mom confirmed it.
Jermaine's story is the same as it was when he interviewed from Neverland, he was told by CNN.
They show a clip of Jermaine crying over why he chose to stay with Motown when the others left and he said that he felt he needed to be loyal to Motown. Funny he talks about loyalty when he was the one who wasn't even loyal to his own brother when he stole his wife.

1. If Jermaine doesn't like the spotlight (it finds him) then why is he the one showing up for all of the awards shows? Why is he the one putting together the so called tribute concerts? I find that he is lying when he says this.
2. When they are showing footage from the July 7th memorial in connection with the reality series, I am not sure who says this, but one of them says "It was a great experience to carry my brother". Really? What could possibly be "great" about carrying your brothers casket?
3. When asked about the private ceremony Jermaine states that they will not be showing footage because that was private for the family. However, why did they have the "Dome Project" camera/light thing there? Why would you film a private ceremony if you didn't plan to do anything with it? If it was just for "family" then why was media let in even after being told that they wouldn't be allowed? It makes me wonder just how private this ceremony was and what is going to come of the footage taken?

Part 3 was really uneventful but I did take note of how Marlon (??) says that they did not always know about the drug abuse but yet it makes me remember Janet stating in her ABC interview that they had tried to help him several times.
Also the comment from Jermaine about Michael is in "safekeeping" now? What does that mean? Is he in rehab if he truly had a substance problem? Perhaps government protection to help the DEA get rid of shady doctors? There are so many underlying questions related to that statement.
Finally, Larry states that he believes that the show will be picked up for additional seasons for more money and Jermaine is the only one who openly says "I like that". Of course he does, he is money hungry which is why he has instilled himself into the spotlight (IMO).

Part 4 brought a few questions to mind for me.
1. They are redoing Neverland? I thought that Neverland had been turned back into the Sycamore Valley Ranch. Why would they be redoing Neverland and bringing it back to its glory when Michael said that place was no longer home for him? Maybe they know something that we don't.
2. Jermaine was the only one to state that there was no downside to fame. How can he say that and mean it? Everyone but him had a downside to it. I found that odd.
3. When they showed TII footage it was of "Smooth Criminal" and the infamous "Penguine Dance". Could those be clues?
4. Jermaine says that Michael was only giving 30% in the rehearsal footage. Really? Can you imagine then what he would have brought to the table at 100% but yet we were told he was sickly and frail.
5. Not a question but found it very insulting that Jermaine is the self proclaimed leader of the group. Does he not care about how hard the others work?

They could "very well" be referring to Marlon's, twin, "BRANDON". Which would let them off the hook, if MJ does "come back" (they can always say....we never specified, "which" brother we were talking about. Everyone just "assumed", it was, MICHAEL).
Whenever they speak of "Michael", it's ALWAYS that he's "gone", or not "here"...etc.
To sum this all up..... the ONLY thing that any of the Jacksons are guilty of (if anything), would be a lie of "OMISSION" (ie....not "confirming" that what we were told, was a LIE). If it ever comes to "light"......I would'nt "blame" them for protecting their "brother".... by ANY MEANS NECESSARY! ;)

I found it funny that they had to put the clip of Paris at the memorial in there. Made me feel like they were trying to drive the point home that Michael was dead.
Marlon states that Prince loves computers but yet we have heard from others that the kids aren't allowed on computers. Who is telling the truth...anyone anymore?
They want to hit the road touring rather than just doing a Vegas show. Why when they have been virtually unnoticed for years until the death of their brother brought them back to the forefront?
When Larry asks if they travel by bus or plane Jermaine quickly states Private Plane. I guess they are enjoying spending their brother's money since I am sure that the Jackson 5 hasn't made the money to live that lifestyle in many years.

Two days after Michael's death Katherine was seen in a Target store buying sleeping bags and other supplies. I remember this because there was a video of it I think on TMZ. They tried to express their condolences to her and she just kept walking and ignored them.

Oh really? :o How could the brothers be so close to Michael if he's dead? Wouldn't it be better if they said "Despite Michael travels a lot, and he does his own thing. But.. We WERE close, very close"? Of course, that's IF Michael's dead. Saying "we're all close, very close" makes it present tense. That right there makes me think he's alive. Either that, the brothers can't distinguish what present and past tense means. :? :?

That my friends is a huge huge huge slip up? It has been about 6 months now and ummmmmm Michael travels a lot? Really? I mean how can the deceased travel? We are close very close (notice they put emphasis on close) Ok guys I understand people talk in present tense about someone who died ( MAYBE WHEN THE PERSON INITIALLY DIES) But if it has been 6 months already comeon !!! :x :x Who is going to keep referring to that person in the present tense!!
