Title: Latoya's Magic Trick
Post by: mjboogie on July 14, 2010, 07:59:39 AM
Hi, do you guys remember when Latoya was speaking of a Magic Trick as far as this case goes?? I wonder what happened to it! She said "its like a magic trick" have anybody researched this statement from her and also if you have does it give clarity to the hoax?
In other words does it pretty much define this as definitley being a hoax because if its murder then it is not a magic trick for me at all. :(

I know some of you are going with murder but I do not feel murder because this family is acting waaaay too weird. LAPD, AL SHarpton, Jesse Jackson??? Where are they?

REbbie even stated that we are all going to be shocked when everything comes out?? Remember?? Welllll IDK I just was thinking of the family in terms of their behavior and how it just does not fit with a murder theory>just feeling down today thats all. I luv you all maybe cheer me up ? Help me figure the magic trick out or what Rebbie has stated. Thanks. :(

Hey mjboogie

I do remember LaToya saying this, and Rebbie.   I had thought of the movie,
"The Prestige"....Hugh Jackman, I think (?) Anyways, it's a great movie about magic and the art of illusion. The three principles of a good trick are:

1) The Pledge ....... where you hook the audience and have their attention
-much like the o2 press conference
2) The Turn ........ where the actual illusion of magic takes place
     - in this case, the "death"/memorial/burial/movie/all info.
3) The Prestige ...... the reveal of the illusion to calm the audience
     - in this case, Bamsday will be his prestige

these terms work well if you think of the disappearing lady trick
-hook them with a beautiful assistant
-make her disappear
-make her re-appear

Anyways, I totally get the whole not-murder thing.  Your thoughts are right on....family, LAPD, etc.....
Something other than an accidental death occurred last June 25.  It's becoming more and more apparent that something large is taking place.  The coincidences are astounding.  It helps to have folks to talk to....for sure!  I hope you are feeling better.  Please know you are not alone!  These are crazy times!

Many Blessings!

Hi mjboogie,
I haven't seen Latoya speaking about this magic trick. Can you give me a link, please?
But I remember well what Rebbie said. It sounded very good. But in this hoax everything is so slow...
I definitely don't believe in the murder theory. As you say, the family is acting weird, and I'm sure Michael was DD on LKL. This helps me the most to believe that he is alive. Maybe it helps you too:

About Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton I have some bad feelings. I don't know them too much though...but I guess they like to be in the limelight... Jesse Jackson made a lot of interviews about Michael last June and July...
What do you guys think of these two people? I'm interested because they are very close friends of the Jackson family since a long time...

personal I believe if MJ was indeed murder or there were some foul play involved Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton would have been all over this case without a doubt but it seem to me that most of his family and close friend aren't touch this with a ten foot pole it's like they are supported MJ during the memorial and burial but after that they left it alone even Marlon said that he has not been keep up with MJ case that in itself tell me something is going on behind the scene and most don't want to be involved when it hits the fan because no matter why he did this there will be backlash for all that had apart in this.

Yeah, I know Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton didn't get involved since then, but as they are said to be close friends of the Jackson family, maybe they are still just as much involved - only not publicly. IDK, I just would like to know what kind of persons they are. I don't live in the U.S., I haven't heard that much of them. It's just a feeling that they are not the nicest people - and I'm sorry if I'm wrong, I don't want to jugde them, it's really just a feeling...

it's not that they are not nice people they has done alot for people who don't have a voice but they do has a shady side to them. They are really powerful in the African American community and I just don't see them being so quiet and laid back not when one of the most famous and well loved African American entertainer in the world is murder and there is a possible cover up they would have been on this like there was no tomorrow

Thanks for finding the actual clip! It seems strange to me that she would use usually exciting and fun "magic" as a comparison to something evil "conspiracy", unless she meant black magic. It either is a suble clue for hoaxers or she couldn't think of a better analogy at the time, and she had magic on the brain!
Quote
LaToya, "It's so sad. But you have to remember that it's like a magic trick. We're all watching this, when all this is happening over here. It's like a conspiracy. This is conspiracy. This is Murray. You'll find out."

i am just guessing but if she really believes her brother is dead at the hands of someone else she is suggestiong that while the trial of murray is happening and her brothers name is being dragged through the mud yet again that someone is stealing from him right under the noses of the everyone.

but she could also know he is alive and the same thing could be goin on.
just a thought
