He still thinks the song is Michael. He thinks that the family have a problem with it because of the jacksonvault company. He says the song is produced different and MJs kids listen to his old albums all the time and they aren't used to the new sound so thats possibly why they think it's not him. I'm not buying it. Interesting though!
EDIT: Harvey wont even entertain the idea of breaking news being fake. Someone asked "What would it mean for Sony if breaking news was fake?" and he said "It's NOT fake"

Said that the reason they think the family are kicking up is because the brothers aren't involved in this project
Explained who the guy casio was and how they were long time family friends of Michael.
Why Sony dont have to prove if its MJ or not on the track and they also said that MJ fans are crazy like that because they notice the smallest thing
And also how they feel on Joe beating MJ, they said that it wasnt unusual in the early times for it to happen..

Mike is right... we, "the crazy MJ fans" can TOTALLY hear its not him. It has NOTHING to do with the style of music... it has NOTHING to do with the pitch... it is the VOICE ITSELF!!!
Sorry, this is bugging me.... it's like when I first heard Jason Malachi I was like, yeah kind of sound like MJ but the speed of the wobbling of the voice is off... (I didn't know it was called vibrato at the time hahahaha)
Same thing here and I think one of the nephews mentioned it as well on Twitter, the vibrato is not MJs.
But how do you convince someone that a lie is truth? You mix in a little truth with the lie and then people will accept it easier. And that is what I believe has been done.
I would really like to know how Harve is so sure that it's MJ.

If you tell someone lies repeatedly, they will end up believing it. It's true, even some people on here this morning who were saying ti wasn't MJ are now reconsidering..
I agree with everything you said. I am trusting my instinct, when I first heard it I thought "there is NO WAY that's Michael" and thats what I'm sticking with no matter how they try and explain it and how many 'voice experts' tell me so.

I asked him if he heard that there were two voices, which could explain the confusion. Also that IF it was all MJ, that he changed his voice on purpose, because we know his voice didn't change because we hear his own voice in TII as well, so why would he do that. It ended up on the ground I think...

The question was just about Sony, not Sony publishing. So I think Harvey answered the question correctly. He probably could've specified but he didn't for some reason.

For real? He said that? :lol: I'll have to watch it once they post the videos. Maybe part of TMZ's role as we near the BAM is to refer to Michael in present tense more and more often and totally drop saying "estate". More people need to catch on to the hoax and hopefully they will.

I liked Harvey's big yawn while he was saying that :lol: :lol: :lol: And how the guy was having a hard time not laughing. Honestly I think that maybe Harvey is the only one who really knows something. The rest of them could think that they are supposed to be "playing" with the hoaxers. That would make their efforts most effective, without having too many people "in on it".

Seems like on the one hand we have of MJs good friends saying he is alive which gives us great hope, and all of a sudden lots of doubt coming from elsewhere...is it another test I am asking myself?

Anna I can honestly say I don't know, it's not very reassuring but I have wondered too recently. But there is still nothing normal about June 25th and I won't stop until I find out what is going on. I'm sure lot's of people are feeling this way recently, emotions are running high. We need to stick together and properly assess the facts.

Harvey knows too much about MJ to just be getting info from sources. I think when Harvs said that he was going to fix up a story he probably purposely did that so he didn't have to answer that question because I mean if he had answered that question he probably wouldn't be able to keep a straight face. Harvs also seemed to be on a high for some reason and laughing a lot.
Also there is no reason to let any of the other TMZ staff in on the hoax that's probably why he said MJ is 100% dead cause he doesn't know otherwise.

If someone is really dead, especially Michael Jackson (who meant so much to so many people), isn't it incredibly rude and insensitive to say "he is 100% dead"? He could have said "He is certainly dead" or "I'm afraid he is dead" or "Michael really has passed away".
Who ever says s/he is "100% dead"?! I hope that guy didn't mean it, coz otherwise... :evil:

I was thinking about the sentence of Harvey Levin and I wouldn't make mistakes, but he said "he is 100% not alive".
This makes me think of the prophecies of the priestess Sibyl (Sibilla Cumana is a greek and roman figure): she used the word NOT to change the meaning of her prophecies and to make them always real.
So the sentence "he is 100% not alive" can mean "he is,100%-not, alive", because, apart from the grammatical rules, the word NOT could be referred to the word 100% (this was the typical method of Sibyl).
In fact, in the days before, there was a poll where TMZ was wondering if MJ is alive and it was about 99% on MJ alive.
So Harvey's sentence could be interpreted as follows: "MJ does not appear live at 100%”, or "People are not entirely sure that MJ is alive, but people are almost sure about it”, or “Not yet all the people think MJ is alive, but most of them think it”.
I hope I explain myself well. Otherwise, sorry.
