It isn´t homicide anymore!!!

the weird thing is that the word "murder" is being used on legal documents..it is not very specific.

This person copied part of the affidavit that was used to procure the search warrant of Michael's home as well as his physician's offices.  The affidavit has been made public.

Also, murder in this document was used loosely, it was used to describe the investigation.  Since a decision has not been made (or was not made at that time) as to whether to bring a MURDER or MANSLAUGHTER charge, the term MURDER was used. For more details, read the affidavit online.
