Katherine Jackson has been in the middle of non-stop drama at her Hayvenhurst home ... recently filing court papers asking a judge to remove Alejandra Jackson and her kids from the Jackson's Encino compound.
Looks like the tension may ease up a bit now that Katherine and Michael's three kids are moving into this massive $20 million estate in Encino. We've learned Katherine is paying a whopping $30k-per-month to lease the enormous property while the old homestead undergoes a drastic remodel. The home hasn't been updated since the Jackson matriarch bought the property in 1989 and much of Michael's furniture was brought in after his death and is mixed in with Katherine's 1980's designs.
MJ's youngest son Blanket sure looks happy to be there.
As for the court papers, Michael Jackson's estate is asking that Alejandra and the kids be removed from Hayvenhurst because they're not beneficiaries of the King of Pop's will ... therefore giving them no claim to the property.
This gated community is the perfect place for Katherine and her precious grandchildren to live comfortably. Looks like the Jacksons are movin' on up!

I thought that Katherine was broke. How can she aford 30K per month for that rented house. It is beautiful, I wouldn't mind living in a mansion like that. I hope Michael enjoys it as much as the mother and children

Interesting they mentioned Michaels possessions were stored at the Encino compound, and that the house had to be revamp to suit his furniture and personal stuff....
Renovating so that MJ and his children can live comfortably now that they have all moved in together, with the children and the others have now been kicked out.
This is a very promising and positive article..... any wonder Blanket looks happy. He is with his father. ;) ;) :D :D :D
