MJ Estate to Alejandra -- MOVE OUT ALREADY!!! (http://www.tmz.com/2011/03/11/mj-estate-alejandra-jackson-michael-jackson/)
3/11/2011 5:15 PM PST by TMZ Staff

The MJ Estate has once again asked a judge to force Alejandra Jackson to move out of the family's Hayvenhurst estate ... and they're demanding she take her kids with her!!

Lawyers for the estate just filed a response to Alejandra's request to stay in the house indefinitely ... in which the estate once again makes the point .. she's an UNWANTED house guest with no legal leg to stand on.

Alejandra -- who has children with both Randy and Jermaine Jackson -- has refused to leave ... arguing, among other things, that Michael would have wanted her to stay there.

Alejandra has claimed the estate has tried to literally starve her out of house and home ... by removing all of the food from the property and changing the locks on her.

A hearing is scheduled for Tuesday.

Stay tuned.

New Docs Claim La Toya May Own M.J. Family Home (http://www.tmz.com/2011/03/14/michael-jackson-latoya-jackson-katherine-jackson-alejandra-jackson-family-home-havenhurst-encino-michael-jackson-estate/)
3/14/2011 3:30 PM PDT by TMZ Staff

The war over Michael Jackson's family house has just heated up ... because legal docs have just been filed with the court claiming La Toya Jackson .... NOT the Michael Jackson Estate ...  may actually own the home.

Alejandra Jackson -- the baby mama of Randy and Jermaine -- has been living at the house with her kids, and the estate is going to court Tuesday trying to evict her.

In new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Alejandra's lawyer claims Michael may have held the property in joint tenancy with La Toya, so when Michael died his interest in the house would have automatically gone to La Toya.

We checked the records of the L.A. County Recorder, and the title is currently held as Michael Jackson J Decd [deceased].  And Michael Kane, Michael's business manager, is listed as a co-owner.  La Toya's name is never mentioned.

TMZ broke the story ... Katherine Jackson is trying to evict Alejandra and her kids.

We'll be at the hearing tomorrow.

Standoff Continues at Michael Jackson House (http://www.tmz.com/2011/03/15/alejandra-jackson-michael-jackson-estate-evicted-house-katherine-jermaine-randy-eviction/)
3/15/2011 10:10 AM PDT by TMZ Staff

Alejandra Jackson -- the squatter who has been living at Katherine Jackson's family compound against Katherine's will -- just bought more time in the house, thanks to a judge's ruling.

(http://ll-media.tmz.com/2011/03/15/0315711-alejandra-video2-credit.jpg) (http://www.tmz.com/videos?autoplay=true&mediaKey=44bded97-8c1b-468d-a5d9-151358c1340c)

Alejandra -- the baby mama of both Randy and Jermaine Jackson -- has been living at the Encino compound for nearly 20 years.  The Estate wants her out and has offered her a condo in move-in condition, but Alejandra has not budged.

Estate lawyer Howard Weitzman said the snag in the move was that Alejandra refused to sign a confidentiality agreement and he claims she's in the process of hocking a tell-all book.  Alejandra refused to sign the agreement and was also demanding money in addition to the condo ...

The judge just ruled that Alejandra could stay in the house for another month, until there's a full trial on whether she can be evicted.

Trial date is April 14.

Dr. Murray to Cops: Where's the Surveillance Video? (http://www.tmz.com/2011/03/15/michael-jackson-died-dr-conrad-murray-surveillance-video-lapd-cops-court-order/)
3/15/2011 3:06 PM PDT by TMZ Staff

Dr. Conrad Murray's legal team has only received 4 minutes of video from the surveillance cameras capturing the last 24 hours of Michael Jackson's life ... TMZ has learned.

Lawyers for Dr. Murray will go to court Wednesday and ask a judge to order authorities to turn over all of the surveillance videos.

Sources connected to Murray tell TMZ ... the only video the LAPD turned over was from around 12:30 AM the day MJ died ... showing Michael returning to the house after his rehearsal.

Sources connected with Murray claim the cops only downloaded 11 minutes of the video.  Murray's lawyers want to see all 24 hours ... particularly who comes in and out of the house in the hours before MJ died.

Michael Jackson Surveillance Video Erased (http://www.tmz.com/2011/03/15/michael-jackson-surveillance-video-erased-lapd-dr-conrad-murray-tape-death-died/)
3/16/2011 12:30 AM PDT by TMZ Staff

The surveillance video of Michael Jackson's home the day he died has been erased -- lost forever, because the LAPD never knew MJ's death would turn into a criminal case.

TMZ broke the story ... the LAPD only copied 4 minutes of footage from the surveillance videos trained on Michael's house the day he died.  The video shows Jackson coming home from rehearsal at around 12:30 AM.

Dr. Conrad Murray's lawyers will ask a judge today to order authorities to turn over the nearly 24 hours of surveillance video surrounding MJ's death.

But here's what we found out.  The tape recirculates every 24 hours, and when the LAPD pulled the video shortly after MJ's death, the case was not a homicide investigation so all cops wanted to do was establish a time line -- so the only relevance of the video was showing when MJ entered the home.

We're told cops never looked at the rest of the surveillance video.

The video would have shown who entered the house and when, on the day MJ died.  It will now and forever remain a mystery.

Dr. Murray: Key Witnesses Are Undermining Me! (http://www.tmz.com/2011/03/16/michael-jackson-dr-conrad-murray-arnold-klein-aeg-randy-phillips-subpoena-manslaughter-trial-quash/)
3/16/2011 11:30 AM PDT by TMZ Staff

Lawyers for some key witnesses in Dr. Conrad Murray's manslaughter trial over the death of Michael Jackson went to court today, trying to avoid giving up what could be critical evidence in the case.

Lawyers for Dr. Arnold Klein -- Jackson's longtime doc -- and AEG honcho Randy Phillips asked the judge to quash subpoenas issued by Dr. Murray, requiring them to produce information about MJ that the defense claims is relevant to his death.

Murray wants to find out exactly what drugs and treatment Klein gave MJ in the months before his death.  TMZ reported Klein injected Michael with Demerol 51 times in the 3 months that preceded his death.

As for Phillips, we've learned Murray's team wants to know what interactions AEG had with Michael -- in particular, AEG's expectations about Michael's rehearsal schedule and its involvement in selecting Dr. Murray as Michael's doc.

Lawyers for 5 other witnesses, including Tohme Tohme, Michael's former advisor, also tried to quash their subpoenas.

Conrad Murray: Michael Broke the Syringe! (http://www.tmz.com/2011/03/15/dr-conrad-murray-michael-jackson-manslaughter-case-trial-propofol-court-hearing-syringe-propofol/)
3/16/2011 11:00 AM PDT by TMZ Staff

A huge development in the Dr. Conrad Murray trial involving the death of Michael Jackson ... the defense wants a first generation fingerprint of a broken syringe found in MJ's bedroom the day he died ... and our sources say they think it could prove that Michael killed himself.

Dr. Murray's lawyers were in court this AM.  Among other things, they lasered in on a broken syringe that had rolled under Michael's deathbed.  The defense wants a first generation fingerprint to determine who was handling it.

Defense sources tell us ... Dr. Murray insists he did not break the syringe.  As TMZ first reported ... the defense believes MJ caused his own death by giving himself a massive overdose of Propofol while Murray was out of the room.

Defense sources say ... there were only two people in the room, and since Murray did not break the syringe, Michael must have handled it.

The defense is asking that the FBI deliver the first generation fingerprint.

Conrad Murray -- A Quarter for Your Thoughts ... (http://www.tmz.com/2011/03/20/conrad-murray-michael-jackson-new-york-city-video/)
3/20/2011 7:35 AM PDT by TMZ Staff

Kind of ironic ... Dr. Conrad Murray shows up on the streets of New York City on the same weekend Janet Jackson is playing Radio City Music Hall.

(http://ll-media.tmz.com/2011/03/20/0320-conrad-murray-video-ex-credit.jpg) (http://www.tmz.com/videos?autoplay=true&mediaKey=ede33d18-997a-4d38-9214-bedae7da1424)

Our photog spotted him out Saturday afternoon and helped him make sense of a parking meter -- 'cause, you know ... checking on things after being gone for a while -- never a good idea, Doc.

Dr. Murray: Arnie Klein Made MJ a Demerol Addict (http://www.tmz.com/2011/03/22/dr-arnold-klein-dr-conrad-murray-michael-jackson-demerol-drugs-addict-addition-manslaughter-trial-discovery-witness/)
3/22/2011 12:20 PM PDT by TMZ Staff

Dr. Conrad Murray's lawyers just filed blistering legal docs, claiming Dr. Arnold Klein -- Michael Jackson's longtime doctor and friend -- addicted him to Demerol and another powerful narcotic.

In legal papers obtained by TMZ, Murray's legal team claims Klein fueled MJ's drug dependency by giving him scores of Demerol injections in the months prior to his death.  TMZ broke the story ... in the 3 months before Jackson died, Dr. Klein gave MJ 51 Demerol injections.

The docs claim, "Due to Mr. Klein's actions, Mr. Jackson became physiologically and psychologically dependent on Demerol."

Murray's team wants Klein to produce all his medical records, claiming "Dr. Klein is a relevant and highly material witness to the defense."

Dr. Murray Targeting Jurors Who Take Responsibility (http://www.tmz.com/2011/03/23/dr-conrad-murray-michael-jackson-jury-questionnaire-manslaughter-case-trial-responsibility/)
3/23/2011 3:05 PM PDT by TMZ Staff

With jury selection beginning tomorrow in the manslaughter case involving Michael Jackson's death .... TMZ has learned ... Dr. Conrad Murray is targeting 12 men and/or women who take responsibility for their actions ... this according to sources who have seen the jury questionnaire.

One of the more revealing questions:  "Do you believe patients have the responsibility to tell their doctors about their complete past and current social habits, including use of drugs, alcohol and prescription medications?"

A central part of Dr. Murray's defense is that Michael Jackson was a hard-core Propofol addict who hid his drug dependence from the doc ... thus Murray wasn't operating with full knowledge.

Other questions laser in on what people think of the case, with a heavy emphasis on social media.

-- Do you have a blog?  If so, describe.

-- Are you active on social networks.  If so, which?

The answers will lead Murray's lawyers to spontaneous comments of prospective jurors that could be more revealing than answers they give in court.

And the questionnaire asks:  "Do you financially support others outside your immediate family?"

Dr. Murray has had money troubles that could make him sympathetic to certain jurors.

Other questions include:  "At what age should a person be held accountable for their decisions, actions and consequences."

The defense is looking for people who believe in personal responsibility, such as small business owners.

Dr. Murray Propofol Pharmacy Shut Down (http://www.tmz.com/2011/03/24/dr-murray-propofol-applied-pharmacy-michael-jackson-shut-down-las-vegas-bankruptcy/)
3/24/2011 4:10 PM PDT by TMZ Staff

The Las Vegas pharmacy that supplied Dr. Conrad Murray with massive amounts of Propofol for Michael Jackson has been shut down ... TMZ has learned.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ ... "Applied Pharmacy has been shut down by the State of Nevada and will file Bankruptcy in 90 days."

The pharmacy shipped multiple packages of Propofol to Murray at his girlfriend's Santa Monica address in the months before MJ died.

Michael Jackson Estate Settles Vegas Claim (http://www.tmz.com/2011/03/27/michael-jackson-estate-settles-vegas-claim-las-vegas-aner-iglesias-creditors-claim-phone-alarm-system/)
3/27/2011 12:50 AM PDT by TMZ Staff

The Michael Jackson Estate has settled a claim filed by Michael Jackson's former Las Vegas landlord.

Aner Iglesias filed a creditor's claim with the Estate and later filed a lawsuit, alleging MJ damaged the home he rented to the singer in 2008-2009 to the tune of $234,000.

Iglesias alleged MJ damaged the exterior and interior of the home, and screwed up the phone and alarm system.

The case settled for an undisclosed amount of money.

Barely Legal -- Good Enough for Conrad Murray (http://www.tmz.com/2011/03/30/dr-conrad-murray-michael-jackson-18-santa-monica-photo-picture-manslaughter-case-trial-propofol-barely-legal/)
3/30/2011 6:23 AM PDT by TMZ Staff

A good defense team always telegraphs subtle messages to potential jurors, and Dr. Conrad Murray did just that yesterday in Santa Monica.

As his lawyers were in downtown L.A. picking a jury that will decide if he is criminally responsible for the death of Michael Jackson, Dr. Murray proudly sported the number 18 -- the magic number that makes people barely legal.

Barely legal is all it should take to get an acquittal.

Who knew, the best jury consultants in town were Abercrombie and Fitch?

MJ Family Offended by 'A.I.' Pepsi Moment (http://www.tmz.com/2011/03/31/michael-jackson-pepsi-commercial-american-idol-james-durbin-family-reaction/)
3/31/2011 11:40 AM PDT by TMZ Staff

UPDATE: Idol contestant James Durbin just tweeted, "For anyone talkin..I said pepsi NOT MJ! I have no disrespect for Michael. I grew up singing his art. I guess youll take it how you want it..." and then followed that up with, "Talkin about MJs passing is too soon. Making a reference to an incident 25 years ago..not too soon. The stab was at pepsi people."

Michael Jackson's family is offended by a comment made on "American Idol" last night by a contestant, who made light of MJ's devastating injury that triggered years of drug abuse.

(http://ll-media.tmz.com/2011/03/31/033111-american-idol-video-credit.jpg) (http://www.tmz.com/videos?autoplay=true&mediaKey=53a079dd-5c99-4e8d-8cdf-57f3d7882d78)

If you saw the show, James Durbin told Ryan Seacrest after his performance, "I have a lot of hairspray in my hair to keep it from jumping around -- so much so, the one thing I was worried about was having a 'Pepsi moment.'"

The "Pepsi moment" is a reference to the 1984 incident where Michael Jackson's hair caught on fire during the filming of a Pepsi commercial, severely burning his scalp -- an injury that triggered an addiction to prescription drugs that may have ultimately taken his life.

(http://ll-media.tmz.com/2011/03/31/033111-pepsi-splash-video-credit.jpg) (http://www.tmz.com/videos?autoplay=true&mediaKey=c6a821c8-96d4-4ed3-9369-3dd4be0c2233)

A Jackson family rep tells TMZ, "We were shocked to see this. It's nothing to make light of and everybody should be focusing on who was responsible for Michael's death."

The rep says Joe was particularly upset that producers didn't take the remark out of the West Coast feed.
