ok so there was a fox 8 news report done in february earlier this year, they were saying elvis is still alive and he faked his death!! but they are not quite sure yet because a lack of evidence blah blah that defeats the purpose. i dont know if this will be ne help to the investigation but they showed a pic of an older guy with WHITE hair holding Marie Presely's son and they had it up against a younger elvis!!! they look alike!!! i was thinking that maybe the guy at the memorial and the burial service that everyone keeps flipping out about is elvis!! maybe Elvis helped Michael Jackson fake the death because Elvis got away with it?? and well kinda gotta away with it if the news were right??...Is the shady old man with white hair in the fedora hat elvis?!! check out this video and please tell me??

I still have a hard time believing Elvis actually faked his death. Besides, I would highly doubt he would help Michael Jackson.
Even if Elvis did fake his own death, I think he is really dead by now.

Yes, I've seen this vid before. One thing I can tell you, I am focused on Michael first. Of course, I'm curious about Elvis as I read before that someone who visited Graceland spotted Elvis but wasn't able to take any vid/pic and somebody else was able to take a pic and I just can't remember what newsprint.
Anyway, my mind is totally congested with speculations about Michael and I don't think there's enough room for Elvis as all of my mind is for Michael.

I too have heard that he had a slight problem with certain races...
I guess it depends on where you get your info ?
Idk because I remember hearing things about how mad would be if he were to know of Lisa and Michae'ls union etc etc
So therefore I don't think he'd help Michael....
but who knows
since he is in fact the one that introduced Michael and Lisa Marie when she was ten...
I'm not really qualified to make judgements since I don't know too much about Elvis..

i wasnt posting this on elvis's behalf...i was posting on michael jackson's behalf, and why not help, IF elvis really if alive he would be 72 btw...but if he were still alive i think he would help because he would understand where michael was coming from when he says he needs to get away?? maybe?? idk though i just trying to throw out all the options out there to work with...more the better. and ppl who keep saying they have "herd " these things bout elvis's racialness DONT ALWAYS BELIEVE THE MEDIA remember MJ

IF (and I say IF) Elvis is alive, I really could see him helping Michael. He was married to his daughter, and just because Pricilla didnt like Michael , doesnt mean Elvis wouldnt. I believe Michael got the idea from Elvis, because he thought he did actually hoax his death. LMP said Michael was very interested in the details of her father's death and asked a lot of questions. I believe MJ did it to find out how Elvis pulled off the whole "hoax" thing.

I think the answer to why they dont get along is because they might not like Michael and he married Elvis daughter. Personally, I think it was a combination of genuine love and affection AND a PR stunt to clear his reputation after 93 but for one reason and another Lisa and Michael did not get along so they divorced. I think there is some truth to what Lisa has been saying. I agree, Michael asked tons of questions of Elvis death along with James Brown's death and spent 4 hour with his body asking questions about the process of prepearing a body.

Interesting video...thanks for posting. I've never believed Elvis was alive, but at the off chance he did fake his death, then I'd guess LMP told MJ and that's where he first got the idea, since she said he asked so many questions about it.

I don't believe that Elvis is alive. I spent years researching it when the Is Elvis Alive hoopla was at its peak in the late 80's. There's not one "clue" or piece of "evidence" that I can't refute, at least in my own mind. No one could ever convince me otherwise. And Elvis would be 74 (75 in January!), and the guy(s) at the Memorial and Funeral were NOT anywhere near that old. They also did not look a thing like the guy in that video who is supposedly Elvis.
Interesting video....but I don't believe for a second it's Elvis.

just to clarify a point...i love elvis then and still..i'm 50 i also love mj since i first saw him on ed sullivan. i was 9..maybe not all mj fans hate elvis fans..maybe we just know 'real' spiritually gifted people when we see them.

We had a great thread on MJHD about the parallels - did you post there as well? The similarities are very strong - even Michael's last home was literally across the street from Elvis house :-D

First of all I must say that Elvis was not a racist-far from it. It fact most people when they heard his music thought he was black until they saw him, no white man had at that time performed with a black feel to to music as Elvis did. He admired and was influenced by many black artists and loved gospel.
Although I do believe Elvis hoaxed his death-as do both my Mum and Gran the guy at the funeral was Rick Baker. As someone pointed out Evvis could well be dead now if he didn't die all those years ago as he would be in his 70s and he wasn't in the best of health.
So are we to assume that Elvis was at Michaels funeral and also Michael was Blonde lady? Sorry but am finding this really funny! Was Lord Lucan there? :lol: :lol: :lol:

As for Elvis being Hatman, can't tell yet. The hair is similar but there's a lot more to consider. Interesting topic, OP!!!

im sorry to all the elvis fans out there for what i'm about to say cuz i know whats it like to be made out to be crazy thinking Mj is still alive. but I have to agree. I don't believe Elvis is with us any longer. I could be very wrong, though.

Maybe i should do more research on the death of Elvis but I just don't think he would have had the type of means that Mj has to pull off sucha hoax.
I hope I have not hurt any Elvis fans out there cuz like I said I now know whats it like to be put down and made out to be crazy when I talk about Mj possibly faking his death.

yep even the famous tejano singer (i mentioned some where else) named Selena who was sadly murdered, even she (who didn't exactly have the same level of celebrity status such as Michael JOE Jackson) had a viewing. James Brown, Elvis Presley, The Pope all had viewings, and were shown on television.

I know nothing about Elvis, I was just a little baby when he died, and I never believed he faked his death, because my mother told me they showed an open casket, so it was not possible that it was faked. What I ask now is: why did Elvis decide to fake his death? Has someone ever explained it? And has his family ever denied these rumours publicly?? Just out of curiosity, if any of you can help me on it, thank you in advance! :)

Yes-and up to this day the wrong spelling has never been corrected. When you delve into the death of Elvis there are many inconsistences. I think Michael would have specified that whenever he passed he would have wanted a funeral similar to James Brown's where the masses of fans were able to show their respects, Michaels was just the opposite. I also think there was no sort of trickery regarding Michaels body in the casket due to the doubts of the body in the casket of Elvis. people have been pointing out doubts about the Elvis body in the casket-even Elvis's own cousins so I can imagine Michael was aware of this and that is the reason why we saw no "body". BTW-Michael had a real funeral-well as real as Elvis's! :lol:

But Latoya said he was very handsome in his casket !!! :-) So, the problem was not that he wasn't viewable... I assume that the problem was that... he was not in the casket at all... :-)

Wow! Thank you for posting this video :o ...the most interesting part to me was the reporter stating that 'she felt like Alice In Wonderland looking down the rabbit hole'!!!! This movie coming out with Depp on 'March 5th' has stirred my imagination, Jordies girlfriend has a song attached to the movie trailer and now this :shock: !!! Am I heading down my own rabbit trail? :lol:

When Elvis died, there was a lot of people that thought he faked his death. I believe that he did, if he didn't, then why didn't anyone cash in the life insurance policy. Also, back then they didn't have the internet like we do. People may have talked about all the inconsistencies but they didn't have a network to post to everyone all over the world. We do! They just talked to other people about it and if one didn't believe then the other was persuaded in that direction as well.
Even though the picture was of an older person, the facial features remained the same. That person's cheek bones resembled that of Elvis. I could be wrong, but this is just my opinion on this matter.

Hmm... but if he has the same face features nowadays, it means he didn't change his face and was able to go out without being recognized... and now he allows to be photographed without any kind of disguise... just a thought. I'm still not sure if I can believe that Elvis faked his death. Does someone know if his family denied this rumours publicly???? :?:

When the hat man first was noticed and was being discussed, a guy who claimed he was investigating the death of Elvis posted a recent picture of elvis in a fedora head (at least his team believd the man was Elvis) and compaird it to "our" hat man... they were kinda simmelar. But since the old MJDH forum is gone with its content I would not know how to find it back...

As ive stated i dont know Much about Elvis so i can not Judge him OK....So Please b4 ya jump down my throat Understand and Read my Damn Comment.........and i will stick to my belief and say I dont Feel Elvis would help MJ thas just me....and actually i have heard from a college professor who IS white that Elvis did steal black peoples music because it was around the time Blacks really didnt have much play on the Radio.....But as Always Theres 3 sides to a story...Elvis, The People, and the Truth......IM NUETRAL.......i have nothing against Elvis and i like some of his Music but My concern about him "faking his death" is limited....My main Concern and and always will b MICHAEL so think wat ya'll want...........
and BTW that guy is wy to young to b "Elvis" so that theory is shot dead...

with elvis i do not think he faked his death but that coffin picture was of a waxwork .when elvis died he was out of shape so i no that coffin picture is fake
Right. At the last time of his life he gained a lot of weight, because of pills and alcohol... And look at the coffin picture, it looks like Elvis in his younger years....
I never believed Elvis faked his death....but maybe because it was just not my time....IDK ...it's very :shock:

i think elvis could easily fake his death because he had MANY impersonators...Michael Jackson doesnt have many impersonators from his recent age. thats why i think elvis was able to fake it and go into hidingbecuz if someone said "i saw elvis!!" they would just say it was an impersonater. Michael however doesnt hv many impersonaters from his most recent "look"...does this make sense? im at a loss right now. Now if elvis were still alive he could go where ever he pleased because no one knew what he looked like at such an age...
i am really trying to figure out how michael can get away without being spotted for sooo long with him being so famous!!! gosh this is so frustrating, i hope im just not in a major denial right now!!! ahh

That's so true about all the impersonators! MJ wouldn't have the same luxury, unfortunately.

You must be kidding... Elvis was groundbreaking just for the fact that he incorporated black music into his music, making black music available to all. How can someone even consider him to have been a racist. I tend to think that of the people claiming Elvis to be racist, to be quite honest...
