Several artist have already signed on to do the Michael Jackson tribute but where is Chris Brown? No other celebrity can imitated M.J’s smooth moves quite like Breezy. So , Why is he not on the list?? Word on the street is the Family asked him but he turned them down. Breezy denies ever receiving a Michael Jackson tribute invite.

Acts signed for October’s tribute concert for Michael Jackson include Christina Aguilera, Leona Lewis, Smokey Robinson, Cee Lo Green and JLS, the promoters told CNN Thursday.
Members of the Jackson family taking the stage October 8 in Cardiff, Wales, include several of Michael Jackson’s brothers, “the next generation of Jacksons,” and 3T, which consists of Tito Jackson’s three sons.
Alternative rock band Alien Ant Farm and British R&B singer Craig David are also on the bill, while other artists will be added in the next few days, according to promoter Global Live Events.
Lets just hope they can get this setup so we can see Breezy in action.

That was exactly my thought. lol I think Chris Brown would do that tribute in a heartbeat, especially if MJ's mom asked him to do it personally. So I really believe Chris on this one and that he never did get an invite.

The Tribute, just like the album MICHAEL....filled with controversy, just like Michael likes it. 8-) I guess we wil have to just wait and see. The best is yet to come!.....hopefully!

Who knows, maybe this tribute WILL actually happen...artists uniting for the LOVE of Michael Jackson...showing support to the Jackson family...and if they do livestream it, it'll get a lot more attention, a Live Aid show type-thingy. While the trial is going on (maybe) and Dr. Murray's future apparently in the balance, we have people getting Michael-fever all over again... Then what?

Maybe Chris doesn’t believe that Michael is dead and feels the tribute would be bogus. I don’t see Usher or Ne-Yo on the bill either or Lady Ga-Ga.

cris was invited but (tmz say) "We're told Chris Brown, Justin Bieber and Bruno Mars have each respectfully declined the invite due to scheduling conflicts ".

well tmz has provided many clues, tips and info for us.. so why shouldn't this be correct? my tip for you: if you want to know how tmz know what they know ... email them and ask elvis_/

In the articel I posted it said that the Jackson family did ask Chris and he denied it. I guess we know why he has his own tour in Prince Edward Island. Why would Jackson lie.. oops wrong wording.. Lie.. they are good in lying, but when they want to protect Michael.. blessings.

why does everyone want chris brown there so bad? I know he's on tour, but he's wasnt going to make or break the concert. Yeah he can dance like MJ, but im sure they can find some one else to do a dance sequence.

forget all these minor acts where are all the biggest names in the industry i.e madonna,cher,tina turner,diana ross,meatloaf,prince,lional ritchie,stevie wonder,elton john, people that watched michael grow over the years not artist that grew on michael it wouldnt suprise me if michael organised this whole thing himself just to reassure himself that his spirit is still well and truely alive and to also see if people still take charity seriously since his departure? and wheres britney and usher

She's on a world tour but has a gap in between Los Angeles on 1st September and Perth, Australia on 18th October, so she is free. 8-)

Who's a minor act? These artists are relevant right now, and some are very accomplished. They may not be legendary artists right now, but some. One like Christina Aguilera could be years down the road. Maybe people like Madonna or Cher turned down the invitation. Some of these artist, like Britney, are on tour right now, and have other obligations.

as for madonna she has currantly finished filming and is now in the recording studio and preparing for a world tour not saying any of these artist are rubbish just sayin wheres the big names even liza minelli was at freddie mercurys along with annie lennox and various other big names
