Conrad Murray (http://www.tmz.com/person/conrad-murray/) spilled his guts to his barber over the weekend, complaining the prosecutor in his manslaughter trial is intentionally deceiving the jury.
Murray's barber, Maurice from M Barbering, tells TMZ ... Murray was griping that prosecutors have said the Doc delayed calling 911. Murray told the clipper ... he told bodyguard Alberto Alvarez to immediately call 911.
And on the subject of Alvarez ... Murray is pissed at the accusation he told the bodyguard to bring Michael Jackson's two oldest kids to Jackson's bedroom. Doc Murray says he actually told Alvarez to keep them away.
Murray was telling his barber he thinks the prosecutors are more interested in convicting him than being honest.
And if you're wondering, Murray's cut cost $25 ... and he left a 5 dollar tip.

Well that's all muddled up.
Murry DID ask Alvarez to call 911 (although Murry should have done it himself before calling for security anyway) and he DID tell Alvarez to keep the children away, not bring the children.
However, so far, we've been told he asked Kai Chase to bring Prince up even before security arrived. Was this before he spoke to Michael Amir Williams?
Did she say Prince definately went upstairs in her testimony, because in old interviews she said Prince stayed downstairs. Has she changed her mind?
Is there anywhere here that we have a timeline for the events as told by the witnesses so far? We could then see if they match up and see any discrepancies between them.

According to their testimonies Prince was upstairs with Dr. Murray (implied) and if you look at the timeline, it was for somewhere between 7-12 minutes.
Kai Chase: "Dr. Murray came down the back stairs to the kitchen and said "Get Help, Get Security, Get Prince"--> she saw Prince, proceed to go get him, came back with him and proceed to go back to work. (She claims she did not see him go up the stairs with Murray) this was between 12:05 -12:10 (she claims she look at her cell phone for the time because she was preparing lunch).
Alberto Alvarez: @12:15-12:17..." I got a call from Michael Amir, I came to the front of the house - the nanny saw me and opened the front door(they are glass you can see through). Paris was standing right next to her near the bottom of the stairs. I saw Murray at the top of the stairway looking/leaning over the railing, I made my way up the stairs, it wasn't until I got to the top that I then saw Prince standing at the top on the landing with Murray". I hung up the phone, we proceeded into the room. Paris must have followed behind me, because she yelled "Daddy!" Dr. Murray said the kids shouldn't see their father like this, so I ushered them out of the room".
(apparently by then Faheem was on scene to take the kids downstairs although no one has specifically stated that-it is implied in his own testimony)
So although Kai did not "see" Prince go upstairs with Murray--->it is implied he was present
Also Alvarez did not "see" Paris follow him up the stairs into the room, she exclaimed "Daddy!" at which point he turned around--->it's "implied" she was present.
the article is a bad read...it's taking Murray's/Alvarez's comments out of context...again more reason to look at the facts instead of listening to the media. (Harvey knows all to well how to play with words)

-It's those 7-12 minutes between 12:05-12:17 where Prince is alone with Dr. Murray & Michael that could be key. Neither the Prosecution nor the Defense are making mention of it purposely.
*Side note---> I keep stating their presense in the room is "IMPLIED' because without direct testimony from Prince or Paris to substantiate it, it is inadmissible as evidence---the jury has to ignore it ;)

It's amazing how Murray let them participate actively in their day to day of family fun, shopping day , hairdressing .. this looks like a reality show! 8-)
