Title: Dr. Murray's Police Interview

Dr. Murray's Police Interview
What the Jury Hasn't Heard ...

The jury only heard half of Dr. Conrad Murray's dramatic 2-hour interview with police today -- in which Murray admitted he pumped Michael Jackson full of sedatives before he died -- and now, here's the other half ... you have to read it to believe it.

Among the highlights ...

-- Murray details an emotional encounter with Katherine Jackson just moments after she hears the news -- she asks him if he knows how Michael died. Murray says he doesn't.
-- Murray claims Joe Jackson never showed up at the hospital the day MJ died.
-- And ... Murray explains why security cameras caught him exiting the hospital at 4:30PM.

The jury will hear the remainder of the recording when the trial resumes on Tuesday.

How can TMZ post something that the court hasn't heard yet. WTF?? Wake up world.  /overreacting/
Just reading through now and Murray said his eye sight was so bad he was almost legally blind?

I am pretty sure that if the family found marajuana at his house, they would not have told the world about it! Anyway, last I heard, it was found in a toilet bag, not a suitcase burried at the bottom of his cupboard! /pull hair/

Exactly...but I am glad we have the transcript so we can follow the second half because the background is distracting...such a messy interview.

There's two versions of the transcript on TMZ:

1) 40 pages
http://www.tmz.com/2011/10/07/dr-conrad-murray-michael-jackson-manslaughter-trial-police-interview-what-jury-has-not-heard/ (http://www.tmz.com/2011/10/07/dr-conrad-murray-michael-jackson-manslaughter-trial-police-interview-what-jury-has-not-heard/)

2) 125 pages
http://www.tmz.com/2011/10/07/dr-conrad-murray-michael-jackson-manslaughter-trial-police-interview-trial-transcript/ (http://www.tmz.com/2011/10/07/dr-conrad-murray-michael-jackson-manslaughter-trial-police-interview-trial-transcript/)

In this extended version, the LAPD qualifies the document as a matter of the "LAPD internal affairs group".

The given C.S.R. number of Ms. Nadine Yoshida may refer to
1) Corporate Social Responsibility --> sustainability
2) Customer Service Request --> giving answers
3) Common Sense Rule --> mind first, emotions later.

Which explanation we're going to choose - there is some good at it.  ;)

YOU REALLY HAVE TO READ THE LONG VERSION TO BELIEVE IT.

Murray,
(the children) "Whenever they were sick, they would always ask for Dr. Conrad, "Please call Dr. Conrad, you know, Daddy." And I gave them comfort.
(Paris) "She's like my daughter."

Strange way of saying, "Daddy, call Dr. Conrad." Sounds more like, "Dr. Conrad, otherwise called Daddy." like they are one and the same person. :?

Michael does not eat nor drink? He would have been dead by now.. He eat chicken and rice? I doubt it very much.. He ate very well, once I remember him saying,  he is a health freak, to be strong for his dancing. Please Dr. Murray go crawl back under a rock..
How does TMZ have the rest of the transcript if it was not passed in court yet?

Information for patients about the Tiñas or dermatophytosis In short:

Quote

What is ringworm? Ringworm or dermatophytosis is a superficial infection by fungi of the skin, hair and nails. There are three genera of dermatophytes (skin microscopic fungi): Microsporum, Epidermophyton and Trichophyton, each with several species. There is a natural resistance of the skin, hair and nails to infection by dermatophytes. The clinical manifestations, as well as its infectivity, will depend on both the own l fungus (fungi of animals tend to produce an intense inflammatory reaction in the host and are more contagious, while fungi are usually in soils are less virulent), as the patient-dependent factors. Thus there are some factors that facilitate the emergence of infections caused by fungus: Childhood. Immunological diseases. Diabetes. Diseases of the skin, such as Ichthyosis or the Keratoderma Palmoplantaris. Atopy. Treatment with corticoids. Low body temperature. The tropical or semitropical climate. Injuries. Occlusion, maceration, or sweating in the area. Occupational exposure to fungi (veterinarians, caretakers of animales…).  How is it treated? Slight localized infections respond well to topical treatment of the lesions (with as the topical Allylamine antifungal creams, or topical nitrofurans). By oral treatment is necessary if the topic fails, if many areas (or a wide area) are affected, or if there is a condition of nails or hair follicles. It is advisable to do cleaning and waxing of the affected area, and iron out and cut the infected nails to facilitate the action of the antifungal. In the tiñas of scalp, beard or hairy areas, it may be advisable to washing with shampoos with Selenium sulfate, or apply lotions with sulfate of zinc or copper, or potassium permanganate is very inflamed area. On athlete's foot, it may be necessary to also treat inflammation or bacterial infection.
How to evolve the Tinea Inguinalis? Fungi rarely spread beyond the surface of the body to cause a serious illness. However, in people with weak immune systems for other diseases (AIDS, treatments that depress the immune system such as steroids or cancer treatments), fungal infections can spread or do Chronicles. The skin tiñas usually leave no scar once the fungus disappears, and even in some cases go unnoticed and get better without treatment. The  Tinea Inguinalis that affect the scalp can leave bald.

I think anything that is unusual or makes one think "hmmm" should be discussed...

..... so here it goes about this Police interview (http://tmz.vo.llnwd.net/o28/newsdesk/tmz_documents/1007_conrad_murray_transcript.pdf). I want to highlight certain things that caught my attention:

- First how come TMZ got hold of this transcript BEFORE it has even been heard in its entirety during the trial? WHO leaked it? WHY? Hmmmm............... suspicious// Bearing this in mind, I wonder what will be the judge's reaction on Tuesday? He should normally be FURIOUS! If he isn't then we will be able to draw a conclusion about that..........

- Detective Martinez mentions "the circus" on page 7, I know it may seem looking too much into things but I have learned that there are NO coincidences in this Hoax. We know the importance of the "circus" theme in the hoax so it might be helpful to see things in the right perspective.

-Dr Murray at some point mentions that he went downstairs to call the chef "I think her name is Rose". Hmmm...well...for someone who works 6 days a week in this house I find it strange that he doesn't know her name. I mean she is also the one who prepares his meals. And to top it all he didn't know the address of the house!

-Something about TIME. I couldn't help but laugh when Murray mentions that he looked at the sun as well to know what time it was!   I presume he looked at the moon and the stars at night!  Well if you have read the interview you understand that Murray has a watch, at one point he says "I didn't look at my watch", so he clearly has one. So I am wondering what happened to his watch when he arrived at UCLA and that he was asked by, I think it was Dr. Nguyen, at what time the patient stopped breathing. Murray's answer was "I have no watch". So what happened? Did he lie on purpose to not have to give a time? Hmmm again....

Another thing about time: Murray possesses 2 phones and had plenty of time to give numerous phone calls BUT he said that he was away from Michael for only 2 minutes. It doesn't add up.  suspicious//

-Murray says that Michael had said "I am treated like a machine". It's not the first time that we hear this word, the person from AEG (Gongaware?) who testified, also said that Michael referred to himself as a "machine". So I'm of the opinion that it has an important meaning. Maybe that Michael is trying to tell us that the people who worked with him, some people in the industry treated him like a (cash?) machine without considering his health. They probably always wanted more and more from him without taking into consideration his well being. It's very possible that it's the message here.

Now I want to highlight something else and I think it's another BIG clue imo. In the article below it is mentioned:
http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/showbiz/news/a344638/conrad-murray-home-repossessed-before-michael-jackson-trial.html

Quote
Murray managed to renegotiate the terms of his mortgage, but the house was auctioned off for just £500,000 ($777,000) earlier this year.

I see 777 .... this is a VERY significant number!  /woohoo/

Someone mentioned in another thread that it reminds them of Michael losing his house before the 2005 trial.....another parallel with Michael here and I think it's validated with the 777!

So Michael had foot fungus, jock itch and glaucoma?   I think NOT.

 lolol/

Because he was not human and could therefore never have the stuff we normal people can get? Foot fungus is something many people have (had), so why not Michael? Didn't he like to swim? Pools are the worst places to be if you don't want foot fungus. I don't know about the jock itch, but is that really that strange? I know a few men that have had worse things than that (and in a way they always think they can share their juicy stories with me... lol). As for the glaucoma: it's pretty obvious he has glaucoma, so I don't see how that's impossible. On some pictures you can clearly see there is pressure behind his eyeballs. It's probably not very fitting with his image, but he's a human being after all guys! Just like you and me.  OMG! /overreacting/

exactly I agree, I have always said it, there was someone else who was terminally ill for sure. His impersonator who had probably cancer. Marijuana is kind of legal in Montreal for cancer patient who are almost to the end.  I emphasize KIND OF.. Jermaine has said Michael was long gone to the airport, and this was his opportunity to hoax his death. I repeat this was not Michael, if it were him it would have been in the autopsy report they would have said something.

Can anyone find anything on this mystery doctor that Murray mentions....David Adams?

There was mention the marijuana was rancid (as in old/unused) in an empty shaving kit bag (with the cheap plastic store tag still on it btw)...I have doubts Michael (with his ultra sensitive skin) would have a cheap $10 shaving kit in the bathroom, yet a $300 Bose CD radio system on his bed, but I could be wrong. :?

....And still no sign of his eyeglasses or signature sunglasses he wore to rehearsals! 8-)

Anyone else notice how now Murray is changing his story to pulmonary embolism? Didn't see that curve ball coming

This is so kind of TMZ!  It WAS hard to follow what was being said when the interview was being played in court, what with all the kitchen noise etc in the background!  Now we can read for ourselves and follow along tomorrow when they continue it in court.  Just like being a member of the jury!

Remember if we hear anything in the tape that contradicts what is written in the transcript, we must go with what WE hear and understand, not with what's written.  That's what the judge says!  Wise words!

I hate to ask this but can someone make this into a different file and send it to me via PM. For some reason I can't open the links on this page or from TMZ's site directly. I have the slightest idea why I can't but it's annoying.

I gratefully thank you in advance!

If you have Adobe Reader installed, right-click the link and save the link to your desktop. You should be able to open it from there. If you don't have Adobe Reader installed, well then that's you problem... lol. You can download it online, just Google "Adobe Reader download" or go to www.adobe.com (http://www.adobe.com/)

Thanks Souza! I guess I should have listened to my computer when it asked if I wanted to update my Adobe  lolol/ . Updating solved the problem

Some more thoughts:

- Have you noticed on page 117? Murray says "You know, now that I'm finding out all of these things and it's PIECE BY PIECE"

I am sure that it will all remind you of Light Man in TII...... and Michael is revealed PIECE BY PIECE!  /woohoo/

- Something has got me thinking. The marijuana that the family revealed to the Police. I didn't really understand why they did that but I'm sure there is a good reason behind and I thought that maybe we should compare to the 2005 trial and find a parallel...so it reminded me when they falsely claimed to have found traces of cocaine in Michael's clothes, so I thought the marijuana story could be a parallel to this past incident. Then I remembered that Back had written about it, so here is his post about that:

Quote
uhmm, traces of coca my AZZ. They used "traces" for a reason. So it wouldn't be to obvious where and how to "trace" where it actually came from. Perhaps if the drawers were turned over to an independent organization instead of the SB selected outfit, those traces would have come back as verified "Tide" washing powder and not the type of powder they so conveniently claimed to find on 1 pair of booty huggers. Give me a friggin break. They had it all PLANNED. Use a little of this and a little of that to make it believable. JUDGEMENT DAY is coming .... The New 7 Day Theory::::::>> proceeds.

How can TMZ post something that the court hasn't heard yet. WTF?? Wake up world.  /overreacting/
Just reading through now and Murray said his eye sight was so bad he was almost legally blind?

TMZ knows A LOT more than some of us think. :) Plus, aren't the documents of the interview supposed to be kept confidential and in the posession of the detectives? How'd TMZ get ahold of it? This whole case scenario leads me to believe DAILY that it's a set up/hoax.

Murray,
(the children) "Whenever they were sick, they would always ask for Dr.

It's eerie, isn't it?

"So before I said Yes I pulled a psychology team together. I'm doing all of this. And I said "we need some help. We need some back up here. The children need to see their daddy. Do you think its a good idea?" "

If he would pull a psychology team together for the children, why didn't he pull a medical team together for Michael when he needed it?

There are many other contradictions in this police interview. As I read this, I feel more and more like I'm reading a script to a play/movie/show.

"Detective Smith: Alright you spoke with the doctor-- or correction-- Detective Porche?
Detective Martinez: He had a little fedora on.
Dr. Murray: Porche?
Detective Martinez: He had a fedora on. Him and his partner?
Dr. Murray: That is the guy. He is the one who--
Detective Smith: White haired guy?
Dr. Murray: That's the one who spoke to me at the hospital."

To me sounds as if Murray would be MJ´s alter ego  pale/ or as id murray was protecting Michael and he needed to leave for good, that´s why the kids saw him again.

I'm not completely convinced on the Murray is Michael theory, but metophorically it is very plausible. I just find it rather odd that Murray could find time to pull together a psychology team (at UCLA with all the chaos), yet Murray did not consider to assign medical help to monitor Michael while he looked for a watch

They said that he was bald, and if I am not mistaken, somewhere, they stated that MJ had some kind of cap on, while in the bed?  I can't remember who said that, maybe the security guard?  Anyway, the photo of him at the hospital, pictures  him with a full head of hair.  Are we suppose to believe that that was a wig, or some kind of extensions tied onto his head?

There's two versions of the transcript on TMZ:

1) 40 pages
http://www.tmz.com/2011/10/07/dr-conrad-murray-michael-jackson-manslaughter-trial-police-interview-what-jury-has-not-heard/

2) 125 pages
http://www.tmz.com/2011/10/07/dr-conrad-murray-michael-jackson-manslaughter-trial-police-interview-trial-transcript/

In this extended version, the LAPD qualifies the document as a matter of the "LAPD internal affairs group".

The given C.S.R. number of Ms. Nadine Yoshida may refer to
1) Corporate Social Responsibility --> sustainability
2) Customer Service Request --> giving answers
3) Common Sense Rule --> mind first, emotions later.

Which explanation we're going to choose - there is some good at it.

YOU REALLY HAVE TO READ THE LONG VERSION TO BELIEVE IT.
