Ok I know that we never knew the exact connection btw Michael and Sony. And I must confess that many times I thought that if this could be a game of Sony to us to make us watch TII etc. But Michael's official web-site is still in control of Sony http://www.michaeljackson.com/us/home (http://www.michaeljackson.com/us/home)
When we scroll down to the bottom here's what we see there : Copyright © 2009 Sony Music Entertainment. All Rights Reserved.
And when we click on Terms and Conditions Sony again
The question is if they were enemies, would Michael allow them to keep on controling his official webpage?

I don't think michaeljackson.com is "Michael's" website so much as it is Sony's website about Michael Jackson. That's my interpretation at least....

No, it's his OFFICIAL website :) If Sony and Michael were enemies, would Michael and his family allow Sony for this page? :D

Michael has partnered w/Sony for years & is even part owner to Sony ATV/Publishing so seems normal that Sony is owner of this site. Sure MJ had struggles w/Sony but don't think he ever truly got out from under them....
