I don't know if anyone watches, but on Wednesday, Paula's group performed "rhythm nation" , if you watch the monitor, you will see a similarity to Michael's " They Dont Care about Us"...that was shot in the Dome project.

Paula choreographed a few of Janet's videos and tours and they sang her song, the video made me go wtf because it's almost EXACTLY like the Dome Project.
I know I read Michael had planned on doing stuff for X factor UK before he "left" so what do yall think?

I'm watching now! Katherine, Prince and Paris spoke a bit, and they look great! All of the performers are doing something completely different with each of the songs, so there is no imitating. That is the right approach, rather than destroying the song.
Drew says to Simon, "Why should I sit since Michael would never do that?" But that's not true, MJ sat on stage on a throne, when he broke his ankle. Maybe Simon's giving us a clue that MJ's still sitting on his throne!

Edit: I'm finding it very painful , listening to all of them. Normally they are each good singers, but it simply doesn't work--doing MJ songs. I guess no one should ever touch them. I just don't like it at all. :-[

Ok, guys- I need someone with audiovisual recording and editing skills to help me out. There is this guy with a cap and very dark glasses sitting behind Katherine (to the viewers right when facing the tv). This guy is mostly hidden from view by K's nephew. At the end of Earth Song- there is a clear shot. It is right after the song stops, everyone claps, and the camera zooms to the Jacksons. You can see the guy saying something and Blanket looks back at him (or maybe he just looks at his Grandmother who is clearly touched)- but who knows. This shot was the first that caught my interest- due to the glasses.
Of course, my husband was teasing me (maybe it's Michael)- well, he doesn't know how crazy I can get over things like this. I have played it back and forth in slow motion several times, but was wondering if anyone who had recorded it can get it up on the computer so we can have a closer look. Like I said, I think this is the only clear shot of this guy.
Thanks in advance. It's probably nothing, but hey- this was an "odd" show. So much excitement. The brothers coming on stage to introduce Katherine and the kids (then they were not seen again- the brothers that is). I thought it was interesting how K and the kids actually spoke several times during the show.
I have to say, after the guilty verdict and the sentencing I have had many doubts about the hoax- but this really stirred me up again.

Yes he does, and apparently Chris Rene said that his grandfather produced motown records of Michael.. something of that sort. I wonder if he knows anything. That Believe is really freaking me out from the beginning. Now we know that his grandfather worked with Michael.. nice...

Sure, could be - but my gut feeling tells me that MJ is much more sophisticated than that. 'The mask' would be something much more discrete since everybody looks for bearded guys in sunglasses. So the bearded man could as well be a bait to draw attention from 'the real mask'. Don't know anymore.....

Also they had many flags of the world flashed on the stage, but predominately almost every second was Israel's--not the last singer. I can't find the video.
Also I really think the guy in sunglasses and hat is a distraction. I prefer the bald guy almost behind Blanket for Michael. His clap is so much like Michael's --slow and vertical.

I actually see the new versions as a way to reach the younger generation of today....if anything, and I would hope MJ is behind it, it is a genuis move....his legacy and message is so clear through these remixed rap versions....As far as marketing goes, this has "MJ" written all over it...

I did not see the entire show, I'll watch it on demand tomorrow or Friday. I did happen to see this guy and he stood out to me as well. I'm not saying that he is anyone other than a strange looking guy, but when you couple that with him being right behind the family....it makes you go hmmm.
Overall, I though that the family were doing extremely well to have had to deal with the sentencing just a day prior.

They spoke about how they had "transformed Neverland"....I don't know....he just looks like the same dude and I can't recall his name right now. If he is the same guy, and he does have something to do with transforming Neverland, then maybe that's why he is sitting next to John Branca?

Lets get real for a moment. That sunglasses guy. WHO wears sunglasses to a concert? How is it that this particular person positioned themselves so that they would he would be on camera with his kids and his mom when they spoke.
And one of the judges (I don't know these people, sorry!) said 'We LOVE you Michael.' Does EVERYone in Hollywood already know?
Why isn't anyone in the least bit SAD at this occasion, a day after the sentencing? No word like 'We MISS you, Michael?'
And won't it be hilarious when the 'film' comes out and the public sees he's been hiding in plain sight all along! They can't help but have respect for his genius at that point. AND they may finally let me out of my padded cell.
On another odd note, I agree it's strange that Blanket is always so bored and looks like he has no idea why he is where he is. And who/what is he looking toward?

I can't say for sure whether or not the hat man is Michael or not. But assuming that Michael is meticulously directing this 'farce,' I have to conclude that the appearance of the hat man is intentional and his appearance is not accidental. After all, he is directly behind the Jackson family. One would think that serious consideration would be given to the seat assignments surrounding the family.
He could be a decoy and Blanket could be pointing with his eyes to Michael's actual location....up there in the director's chair laughing.

He's had that tattoo way before the show even started. He's a reovering drug addict and was involved in a serious car accident last year sometime. So I don't think there is a connection to Michael. Just my 2 cents.

Blanket is indeed bored, it seemed as if he was forced to be there. I understand, he is still a child who probably wants to play with his friends, and doesn't want to be in these functions, example the concert tribute, and x factor. I deal with children,every day, and I have kids of my own. My kids never wanted to go to functions, if they did come they were bored out of their skull, this is part of being a child.
I still am not to sure that Blanket knows about the hoax, remember he is very young, and the truth comes out from the mouth of children.. They probably did not tell him afraid that he would talk. This is my opinion.. I am so happy the Prince spoke so well about cirque du soleil in Montreal.. That warmed my heart.. At least they will remember Montreal.. Blessings to all..

Grace - that was very interesting (even though I couldn't understand what was being said). I totally believe that it was in the works before June 2009 - most ideas and marketing plans like this take time to plan out so it's very reasonable to believe Michael planned this before his absence.
I totally believe everything we are seeing was planned by Michael a long time ago. This is a total takeover, remember, and that is exactly what is happening IMO.
So, regarding Branca - I noticed him too. Actually he stood out more to me because the family hasn't spoken well of Branca (with the exception of Katherine as of late). Anyways, the family was thanked for allowing the show to use MJ's songs...but "if" the executors are in control then the authorization would have come from them, correct? Thinking out loud - if it was Branca who authorized the use of the songs then why would he want to be there in person? Maybe he's a huge fan? And, to be right behind Katherine and the kids? That is very strange to me since Michael's brother's weren't even seen again after the announcement so it's likely they didn't have seats next to Katherine and the kids (if they stayed at all).
About Blanket - I love this kid. He's so open and honest with his feelings. It seemed apparent that he was there because he had to be, not because he wanted to be. I can picture that when he grows up he's not going to be the one loving to be at these social functions. So, that makes me think that Michael was not there. Any picture I've looked at (not many) where he was with Michael his expression is always happier. I think if Michael were behind him he'd be more joyful. JMO. It is strange that someone would be wearing glasses inside though...perhaps he has problems with his eyes?
I also was glad that the singers changed the songs to make them their own. There is no way to imitate Michael well and for me it shows the difficulty in those songs because most singers don't do them justice. However, I did like them and think they will reach a whole new, younger audience. I really felt the genuine love and appreciation for Michael from not only the performers but from the judges and that was really nice to see.
On a side note - didn't Michael meet with the producers of American Idol or was is X-Factor? Either way I believe this is an indication that Michael's approval is there.

This episode of X-Factor had to have been planned for a while (and it just happens to air the day AFTER the sentencing of Murray?) :lol:
If I think about it, whenever we've "suspected" Michael of being anywhere, there has always been an "unusual" person in the midst (and we always seem to notice it).
I think Michael has been "Bamming" all along....if you "know" it's him in disguise, then you know it's HIM (believer)...no need to come out of the disguise--->He's revealing himself without revealing himself yet!
(I hope that makes sense) :lol: Either that or I've completely cracked my crackers... geek/
I'd be curious to know how many "disguise" sightings line up with projected "BAM" dates? typing/

Why does Prince always has ear plugs in his ears? I would understand if he is waiting in a doctor's office where there is no music, and he wants to pass time. He is in the X factor where there is music dancing singing etc... So why ear plugs? Is it because he is being coached by Michael, that is there way of communicating? Here is a picture.

Thanks for this clear pic. If you try to look through de glasses the eyes and their shape look like Michael's. It was to be expected that we'd speculate, so it could be him, but this person could be a distraction as well (sorry no offense to this person). I'm pretty sure Michael is there, like he was at the Michael Forever Tribute in Cardiff 8-).

An Ipod and an Iphone at a glance look alot alike (and easy to slip into a coat pocket).

I could understand what you are saying, right now you are listening to your father's music isn't it disrespectful to listen other music, while you are listening others singing? Like I said if that would be a symposium, and boring I would understand him listening to music, right there and then there was music, his father's music.. There is more than meets the eye.

On a side note - didn't Michael meet with the producers of American Idol or was is X-Factor? Either way I believe this is an indication that Michael's approval is there.

No I didn't. When I replied I was scrolling through the thread on my phone(on break). Therefore I didn't have a whole lot of time. I must have missed the part about his grandfather. Either way, I think the tattoo is special to Chris Rene and is not for Michael. Think what you all want. It's just an opinion and we all have a different one.

I think the picture with Prince and the earphone is very interesting for many reasons- one, yes the earphones. I doubt you can hear music very well in a studio where a live show is being taped. Phonecalls also seem out... Hm
Then, let's look at the guy again- he is bent forward and very interested in what Prince has to say. Everyone is as well- but compare their bodies to this man's. Those of you who are parents recognize it, I am sure: it's the tension filled moment when your kid is on stage or in the spotlight. Everyone else seems more relaxed, smiling, listening- this person seems to have a special interest.

However, in Europe, there is still "MJ Licensing LLC" (MJL) (a competition to Bravado as to merchandising).
Product launches with the name of Michael Jackson are bound to contracts with "MJ Licensing LLC" (MJL) and may be executed in parts of Europe until mid 2012 without the estate being involved.
Also for gaining full licensing and brand ownership back, a comeback might be delayed until fall 2012.
Just a thought. I always considered paperwork and contract agreements / infringements being one of the main reasons to buy time.
The thought from "x factor" to a "factor 2 x" company is nevertheless interesting.
Might be another koinkidance or another exploiting of MJ's name.

It doesn't make sense to think he's listening to music.

Since the judges are all greeting the family, I'm assuming its either before the show started, after the show ended, or a commercial break. Meaning that no one was performing, so he might have pulled out his iPod to pass the time until the show started back up.

I think the picture with Prince and the earphone is very interesting for many reasons- one, yes the earphones. I doubt you can hear music very well in a studio where a live show is being taped. Phonecalls also seem out... Hm
Then, let's look at the guy again- he is bent forward and very interested in what Prince has to say. Everyone is as well- but compare their bodies to this man's. Those of you who are parents recognize it, I am sure: it's the tension filled moment when your kid is on stage or in the spotlight. Everyone else seems more relaxed, smiling, listening- this person seems to have a special interest.

Michael Jackson is being lined up to make a guest appearance at the final of television talent show, The X Factor.

Executives from the programme's production company Talkback Thames have been in discussion with the pop star's manager Frank DeLeo in a bid to thrash out a deal.
It would see the King of Pop, who is playing a 50 date residency at the O2 arena in London from July this year to February next year, appear on the final show as a mentor to one of the three finalists and perform live singing in a duet with his contestant.
Last year's winner Alexandra Burke sung with Beyoncé and other superstar guests from other series include Mariah Carey, Kylie Minogue and boy band Take That.
A programme source said: "As soon as it was confirmed Jacko would be in London performing at the O2 at the same time of the X Factor final, Simon [Cowell] saw a golden opportunity. Talks are at an early stage but progressing well. Jackson's representatives are open to negotiations and Jackson himself is said to be keen on the idea.
"Simon's priority is to get bigger and bigger guests on the show each year and they certainly don't get much better than Michael Jackson. It would be a real coup for the show."
The source added: "Simon [Cowell] desperately wants this and we are pulling out all the stops to make it happen. It will be the best series of them all and there is a real buzz building about this."
Auditions for X Factor 2009 are already under way with the show beginning in late autumn.
Tens of thousands of applicants will bid to make it to the show's final, held live on ITV1 the week before Christmas. The winner receives a one million pound recording contract.
The source added: "A starring performance on the X Factor Christmas final, watched by millions of viewers, just weeks before his residency is due to end in London, will no doubt be as beneficial to Jackson as much as it would be for the X Factor."
Meanwhile, it has emerged that Jacko's stage show dancers have been asked to commit to his tour for two years, sparking speculation the singer may play more than 50 dates at the O2.
Twins Maya and Nandy McClean auditioned in Los Angeles to take part in the O2 shows and said they could not sign a contract for two years because they had other commitments.

X Factor seems to have a lot of connections with Michael. :shock:
They sponsor Pepsi. (Michael is the 1st of their Pepsi commercial).
Paula was a friend of his.
LA Reid is now officially the new chairman of Epic Records (Since July 2011). Michael was under that record for some time, and Epic Records worked with MJs Estate and announced the Immortal Tour.
Simon wanted Michael for the show. (Side Note: He also produced/was a judge on Britain's Got Talent where Michael chose Shaheen Jafargholi for his tour. They must have had some contact in that.)
As for Nicole, there is no connection. As far as I know, she never met him :|
But the LA Reid thing shocked me. REALLY coincidental. Just thought I'd share.
