The Jackson family is NOT inside the courtroom this morning ... as they have been for most of the Conrad Murray manslaughter trial ... but sources tell TMZ -- they WILL be when the verdict is read.
Sources close to the family tell TMZ ... the family is expected to get a 2-hour heads up when the jury is ready to present their verdict to the judge ... at which point, Katherine, Jermaine, La Toya and the rest of the crew will head on down to the courthouse.
The jury has already begun deliberating -- and they could return a verdict at any moment.

I wonder what the decision made will mean for the hoax...
Do you reckon the jury will take seven hours? Apparently the jury is approaching six hours of deliberation...
And apparently, Katherine is heading down there (she’s been asked) - the distance is one and a half hours to two hours away...

I really think that if CM goes to jail it is clear that there is no hoax...seriously...it is strange that he was at the trial. Jus my opinion about the hoax...

On HLNTV they say Jury is heading home and no verdict. No verdict on 4th of november and the court is off on weekends.

Usually this an open shut case(according to my lawyer friend) The jury is taking longer than expected. I have a funny suspiscion that someone in that Jury is Michael, (anything can be with MJ) He is the one who is saying he is not guilty, and trying to convince the rest. If it is not MJ well someone is against Murray being in convicted, perhaps someone who knows MJ? All the evidence, is against Murray, so this is a open shut case as I mentionned.
P.S since when a jury can go home? usually they are sequestered from the world, they are not allowed to go home.. I know I was a juror for a murder in 1995 and I was away from my family, they got us a hotel room until the court was over, that took one month. Unless things are changed from 1995..
