CONRAD MURRAY
Prosecutor Wants Maximum Sentence
(http://ll-media.tmz.com/2011/11/07/1107-conrad-murray-court-tmz-ex.jpg)

The prosecutor in the Conrad Murray manslaughter case will ask Judge Michael Pastor to sentence the doctor to the maximum -- 4 years in State Prison ... TMZ has learned.

The D.A. just filed legal docs with the judge for the sentencing on Tuesday.

As we have already told you ... even if Murray gets 4 years, he will not spend a single day in prison because of a new California law.  He will go to L.A. County Jail, where a 4-year sentence would be whittled down to 2 years.  And, on top of that, Murray would be eligible for house arrest.

As we already reported ... Murray's lawyers will ask the judge to place him on probation.

Stay tuned.

Why would Walgren even ask for 4 years in a STATE prison if there's a new law against that? I'm sure it's just for show anyways, but I can't figure out the rationale behind it.

Thank you for sharing this article, Anna.

This is interesting. It's almost as if they are making sure everyone is aware that he will be on house arrest or probation.

Looking at this with non-hoax eyes, this justice seems so off kilter.

DISCLAIMER: I am still a beLIEver...just looking at all sides.

Blessings :)
