CONRAD MURRAY'S LAWYERS
FIGHT
During Jail Visit

EXCLUSIVE

Conrad Murray went from star prisoner to star witness at the L.A. County Jail today ... when a FIGHT broke out between his lawyers during a jailhouse visit ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Murray tell us ... Murray had been complaining about pain in his right arm and shoulder for the past couple of days ... and today, two of his attorneys (who are each working on different cases) raced down to the jail to check in on the doc.

The first to arrive was J. Michael Flanagan -- who reps Murray in all matters relating to the Michael Jackson manslaughter case. JMF arrived with his 30-year-old son Ryan, who's also a lawyer but isn't working on the Murray case.

After the Flanagans began to visit with Murray in the jail, Murray's other attorney, Valerie Wass, showed up. Wass reps Murray in all matters relating to the California Medical Board and the appeal of his criminal conviction.

According to our sources, Wass claims she tried to enter the visitation room to speak to Murray, but was physically blocked -- and pushed -- by Ryan. Wass claims Ryan and his dad proceeded to shout at her until they left.

We're told Valerie eventually got to meet with Murray --and immediately afterward, she filed a battery report against Ryan.

As for The Doc, one source tells us Murray witnessed the whole thing -- and if there's an investigation, he could play a key role in the case.

Stay tuned ...

Its not to be taken seriously / literally... I guess my American friends would refer to this as, hmmm baloney!

CM is not in Prison for a start. No one got beat up. CM witnessed nothing and these are just regular antics of the hoax. Throw out the most ludaris of stories and watch the public gobble it up and swallow it down willingly, with absolutely no evidence at all of the story being remotely true.

Meanwhile, watch all the MJ deader fans get up in arms and confused because he is being praised as a star who witnessed a mere beating and may be key in helping this case, whilst at the same time he is a alleged negilgent murderer, LOL

It doesn't get crazier than this, or perhaps it will, so I won't hold my breath, lol.

The lesson for us out of this is that Murray is key to this hoax. JMO, but I think the bam will initially come in the form of a CM revelation. At the end of the day when ppl question / entertain hoax, the first questions they have relate to Murray.

I say we watch Murray / TMZ / TIAI incredibly carefullly.

Edit: Fatihad, Jmo, but I would say they are making fun of the public here! lol

Sooooo......which is it?  The article plainly states JMF represents CM in "all matters related" to his manslaughter (mans laughter) case, right?
Yet, in the next paragraph, it states Wass represents CM in the Medical Board stuff and the appeal of his criminal conviction.
Wouldn't the appeal of the criminal conviction fall under JMF, if he's still representing "all matters related" to the case?  The criminal conviction stems from the manslaughter case, not the Medical Board stuff.

Harvey, be a dear and clear this up....you're confusing me!!!!!!!   :computer-losy-smiley:
I thought Murray didn't have a pot to wee in anyways.......how is it JMF is even still in the picture?
Who's paying him to stick around and make sure "The Doc" is OK?  Regardless, Murray is key....somehow, lol.

Thanks for posting this.....quite interesting!
Blessings Always

yes, my thoughts too.  I interpret "a key role" as really meaning 'The Doc' is the key witness or "star witness" to what happened 06/25.

It's also interesting that today's TIAI re-direct is Murray's appellate case info.  Today's update granted an extension of time -"The court has read and considered appellant's January 17, 2013 motion requesting this court vacate the default or alternatively, to extend the default period by 30 days. The default period is extended by 30 days to and including March 15, 2013. No further extensions of time will be granted."

http://www.michaeljacksonhoaxforum.com/hoaxbook/groups/topic/view/group_id/31/topic_id/80

There is no mention of ^that^ in the article but since Murray supposedly saw his lawyers today (and allegedly watched them get into a tussle!)  the reason for him seeing them would be to do with his appellate.  This would also explain why they're both there, assuming that Murray is in jail.  Which is possible.  It should be doubtful, I agree, but you just never know with this hoax.  Things seem kinda...serious...lately.

Yep agree.

Odd story - but I guess I shouldn't expect anything different  - so now Dr M's right arm & shoulder are painful....instead of his lower right extremity  :icon_lol:

I have the feeling that the TIAI redirect to the TMZ page for all those days (almost hinting to wait for it....there's stuff coming), now the new redirect to the Dr M appellate case info being granted an extension to March 15th and this story on TMZ finishing with "Stay tuned" means something is in the works.....recalling those tweets and the exceptional new evidence cases.........

Wonder are we headed for another court case one way or another?

One source tells us Murray witnessed the whole thing

As you said, Australian MJ Believer, most of the article is Baloney, I agree, and at the same time the above sentence could be taken at face value meaning Murray has seen more and knows more than he's fessing up to...
After all, this is a death hoax investigation, and there are truths hidden within lies, and we sometimes have to read between the lines?

I guess this is my interpretation of it all.

Murray may have witnessed the DWD patient getting ready to swallow the medication, so that when Murray left the room for 2 minutes to go the bathroom and returned, the patient had already become unconscious, if that story is true.

Murray's right arm and shoulder, seem similar to MJ's injury to police brutality during his arrest, right wrist and both shoulders.

Yes, confusing isn't it ;D
It's like a puzzle to us and for the hoax team it's very clear (i suppose).

Made me think TS's redirect 22 January too:

@everlastinglove_MJ...yes, a big puzzle, lol......
Each time I bring up the redirect, I can't help but think it's something on that particular page we should be paying attention to.
It's the "docket" page......listing a whole bunch of things.  Division 7......of course it is : )
The two things that stand out to me are the postings for 1/23/12
01/23/2012Received letter from:    Conrad Murray withdrawing request for appointment of counsel.
01/23/2012Substitution of attorneys filed for:    Valerie Wass for appellant Conrad Murray.
I get that the court of appeals (appellate court) has its own lawyers etc.....I still don't know why, if JMF is still representing CM, he isn't
listed.  It states CM withdrew his request for counsel.....yet Wass was appointed anyways?  Maddeningly confusing, lol......
Another thing struck me.....are we to see a bigger picture with this redirect?  Besides seeing it linked to lawyers....and the eventual fight,
perhaps we are to link the fighting lawyers to court documents overall.....as in there is always a trail of documents for each move.  Should we then
begin to scrutinize other court documents....say from 2005?  If we have access to CM documents, surely we have access to the 2005 case.
Perhaps we are to look at those more closely.......I will post anything I find out on the book side....there is a group there about the 2005 trial.
I see potential correlations of information and how to access it all.  TS & TMZ seem to be showing us what to do, what routes to take.....to find
important information concerning a court case.
Anyways, who knew lawyers could fight so, LOL.........
@MJonmind & @suspicious mind........I think you both bring up great points here........the memory of Michael's abuse, so painful to think about : (
.......DWD patient timing, very interesting thought......hummmmmm, quite possible.  Peter Lopez had crossed my mind when I first read this TMZ article.....
great minds think alike!  I think Michael must have witnessed a whole lot of stuff during his time with lawyers....more than he ever wanted to I bet!
Ugh.....I can't even imagine walking a block in his shoes, let alone a mile!  Michael had to endure so much with the legal system.....so unfair.

Blessings Always

Good question.....don't know really.  Again, it feels like we are being taught the legal system from Michael, through all of this hoax.......
I feel like I want to back through the trial of 2005 to spot all the wrongs myself now.
I am sure there would be a ton........it must be so frustrating to have to defend yourself and see the worst in people.

So, all of this talk about keys (key witness) reminds me of Front. Let's see - where all have we seen keys and that's who's involved in this hoax?

1) Michael (painting of the keys)
2) Paris (3 Keys Movie)
3) Jermaine (keys in background in interview)
4) Trial (single key on witness stand or table?)
5) Murry (key witness)
6) Front (mentions keys)

Maybe I"m reaching here but it just stuck out to me.

Considering the Flanagans 'raced' to check on CM's physical condition, and Wass tried REALLY hard to enter the room, CM's complaint about her hardly makes sense.

Sounds like MJ speaking here : 'And I think I have the right to complain if I'm in pain'

This hoax is lodging one giant complaint against the evils. Music biz, press, false accusers etc.  JMO

I also like Jacksons' Conrads use of the word 'Suboptimal'

suboptimal (not comparable) ... A suboptimal solution to a problem is often more useful than an optimal ...

This hoax is suboptimal, sure at times it's hurtful, frustrating, deceitful and not optimal, but its useful! Serves purpose! We must hang in there. When its difficult need to remember the grand picture of vindication :)

Conrad: - I have liberties that’s civil, I can speak

Exactly Michael! And he speaks through this hoax and will continue to post hoax. Wrongs righted!

And if you don't mind, I'd say a little Front comment here: I have requested by now cuffing me in front rather than behind

Oh' don't worry Front. We feel cuffed here. It's difficult at times but there is no escape. The lure of the hoax lol

Again, all jmo. Perhaps I'm fishing for things

Love to all x

Restraining order issued between Conrad Murray attorneys after jailhouse, doughnut shop altercations

PASADENA  - An attorney who ended his representation of Dr. Conrad Murray after a heated jailhouse altercation with his co-counsel has obtained a temporary restraining order against the woman, alleging she threw hot water at him at a doughnut shop.

Last Thursday, Pasadena Superior Court Judge Terry Smerling directed Valerie Wass not to come within 200 yards of Michael Flanagan, his business and his car. She also was directed not to harass or intimidate him.

A hearing on whether to extend the order is scheduled April 3.

Flanagan had been assisting Wass, who is working as Murray’s appellate attorney, seeking to overturn his November 2011 involuntary manslaughter conviction in the June 2009 death of pop star Michael Jackson.

The two attorneys, along with Flanagan’s son, were involved in a physical and verbal altercation at the Los Angeles County Men’s Jail in Los Angeles in January as they were visiting Murray, where the doctor is serving a four-year sentence.

Wass filed a police report alleging Flanagan’s son pushed her, according to media reports.

According to court papers filed by Flanagan’s lawyer, Charles Unger, Wass confronted Flanagan on March 8 at a Winchell’s doughnut shop on Lake Avenue.

“Miss Wass came into Winchell’s … yelling gross profanities and threw a scalding hot container of coffee at my face and torso,” Flanagan stated in his court papers. “I was slightly burned by the coffee and also incurred property damage to clothing.”

Wass told a reporter afterward that she “should have shot me,” Flanagan’s court papers state.

Wass also has “stalked” Flanagan other times at Winchell’s, at Crispy’s Deli in Glendale and at the jail, Flanagan’s court papers state. She also has been “relentless with obscene emails to my office,” Flanagan’s court papers state.

Flanagan alleges the situation has gotten worse over time.

“In each of these incidents she used physical force and extreme profanity,” Flanagan states. “Each incident is getting progressively more violent.”

If this is not baloney, bull crap or "hoax", then I don't know what is..........

Okay....doesn't get any stranger than this one.  :icon_e_confused: so Wass "stalked' Flanny.[ she makes MJ's stalkers sound tame by comparison]  threw scalding coffee in his face in which he was slightly burned [I thought scalding coffee would burn a lot]  , and used physical force and gross profanity? Seems like Flanny is petrified of the little woman. Conrad had better think twice if he's ever going to sack her......he might not know what hit him if he tried.
Seriously...this behavior is way too weird to be real even for a lawyer.

Ah, so now we get some "insight" as to why Flanny is being uncooperative and why he hasn't handed over the trial file yet.  Time delays created conveniently by professional opposite sex lawyers who can't communicate without resorting to physical violence.  Now just why is that so hard to believe?

While judge Pastor´s speech at the end of the trial seemed truly Shakespearian, this one reminds me of Schiller

Quote
The women like hyenas grow,
With panther’s fangs unbridled tearing
The flinching bosom of the foe.
There is no sacredness remaining...

Gotta love classics  :icon_e_wink:

I sent Wass a message asking her about CM's trial and she never answered me, now I understand why, she is being busy by stalking Flanny  :icon_lol: :icon_lol: :icon_lol:
