Hi Serenity, I guess, I might be wrong.
Thanks for the info that shows TMZ often fails to check its sources for confirmation and just letting news out. They work in fast paste environment.  :D
Many businesses use fictitious name to get established and may use their home address. It does not affect the original title held by homeowner of the residential property. Thus, Michael is the owner. I honestly don't get La Toya's name purpose as it does not clearly describe her ownership relation to the house. It is not the legal way to define titles. And also there no some business manager as TMZ said. Which is good news.
Alejandra, on the other hand, being named as one of the business managers, does not aquire the right on the house, in simple words.  ;)

You have misunderstood my post Scorpionchick. Alejandra having her own design/clothing company has nothing to do with La Toya possibly owning the Encino property.

La Toya is listed as a joint owner of the Encino home as of the 2008 ownership/assessment documents. TMZ has not provided any documentation showing that this has changed since 2008 besides the statement that the business manger is listed as co-owner.

MY post continues with information that Alejandra has her own companies, it appears she may have two companies. One a clothing design company and a partnership in an importing company (also clothing)...maybe the same company but they have different names.

I only put these two topics in one thread rather than create single threads for each topic because forum members had been posting things such as "Why doesn't Alejandra get a job" etc whenever TMZ has an article about Alejandra. It appears that Alejandra does have a job and her own income after all.

I wonder if all of the drama will stop long enough to celebrate Liz’s life.  Will they attend the services or maybe even participate?  I certainly hope so :?

I see. I thought it has to do with why Alejandra does not want to leave Encino.
Why she used Encino address on her business?   Why Jacksons allowed or maybe they did not know at the time?

The reason;

Article: Michael Jackson Sued; Jackson Family Home May Wind Up In Hands Of Creditors In Fraud Suit.

SANTA BARBARA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 9, 1996--The Los Angeles County mansion where pop star Michael Jackson grew up and his parents still reside may wind up in the hands of a Korean newspaper after the Jackson family lost a $4 million lawsuit for fraud and theft, according to attorneys for the newspaper.

Attorneys for the Segye Times of Seoul, Korea, late yesterday filed a lawsuit in Santa Barbara County Superior Court against Michael Jackson to take ownership of the home of Joseph and Katherine Jackson. The ownership is legally listed in Michael Jackson's name.

The lawsuit alleges that "Katherine, Joseph and Michael conspired to hinder, delay and defraud the Jackson parents' creditors."

The suit claims that the legal title to the family's mansion at 4641 Hayvenhurst Ave., Encino, was transferred into Michael Jackson's name, while the parents continued to reside there, so that creditors, such as the newspaper, could not collect their debts.

The lawsuit contends the Jackson family mansion actually belongs to Michael Jackson's parents and that the family is playing a "legal shell game" to keep the home from being taken from creditors, according to Edwin Bradley, an attorney for the Segye Times.

In February 1994, the newspaper's attorneys obtained a trial judgment finding that defendants Mr. and Mrs. Jackson, Jermaine Jackson and promoter Kenneth Choi, had wrongly taken concert money advanced by the Segye Times, a major Korean daily newspaper.

The judgment against the defendants was for $2 million in actual damages and $2 million in punitive damages.

The basis of the lawsuit was that the newspaper paid a $5.5 million advance for a concert by Michael Jackson and the Jackson family. The money was placed into what the newspaper believed was an escrow account. However, according to the lawsuit, the defendants took $2 million of the advance to purchase gifts and make cash payments to themselves and extended family and staff; the concert never took place.

The ownership of the Jackson family mansion has exchanged hands within the Jackson family numerous times over the past decade, according to the lawsuit, all in an attempt to keep creditors from collecting debts.

The suit alleges that Mr. and Mrs. Jackson "embarked upon a scheme and course of conduct to divest themselves of legal title of the Hayvenhurst property, while retaining the equitable and beneficial ownership" of the mansion.

In 1983, Mr. and Mrs. Jackson purportedly conveyed to their son Michael a 50 percent interest in the property, retaining the other 50 percent ownership in their name. Then, later that same year, Mr. Jackson purportedly conveyed his remaining 25 percent interest to his son.

In 1987, Mrs. Jackson purportedly deeded her remaining 25 percent interest to daughter LaToya Jackson. In 1990, Mrs. Jackson sued her daughter to return her 25 percent interest because that interest "was in jeopardy as community property and subject to loss in the event of any adverse litigation involving other family members."

In 1993, a deed was recorded in which Mrs. Jackson "who previously conveyed to (and withdraws from) LaToya Jackson, as nominee only, an undivided 25 percent interest" and then purportedly conveyed that interest to her son Michael as "nominee only."

The lawsuit seeking ownership of the Jackson family mansion for the Segye Times newspaper alleges that "in making the transfers... Katherine, Joseph and Michael agreed and knowingly and willfully conspired between themselves to hinder, delay and defraud Katherine and Joseph's creditors, including Segye, in the collection of their claims against Katherine and Joseph."

The lawsuit was filed in Santa Barbara County because that is where Michael jackson now resides. For a copy of the lawsuit or more information, call Kerosky & Bradley ....

South Korean Magazine Sues Michael Jackson

South Korean newspaper seeks $13 million from Michael Jackson’s estate.

South Korean Newspaper Segye Times has filed a $13 million lawsuit against Michael Jackson’s estate. The South Korean courts that they had received a judgment against Katherine Jackson in 1994 for $4 million. Earlier that year, Segye Times wanted to host a Jackson reunion concert. Joe, Jermaine and Katherine asked the newspaper for a $5.5 million advance for the series of concerts which never took place. Segye Times’ is suing Michael’s estate for inflation that has built up over the last 16 years.

As the main recipient of Michael’s estate after his death a little over a year ago, Michael’s will gives Katherine alone 40%, 40% to Blanket, Prince, and Paris, and the remaining %20 goes to charity. TMZ claims that Katherine has dug herself into this hole because she has been seeking as many deals as possible, such as book deals, gala events, and also the documentary This Is It. The estate, and thus Katherine and the other executors of the estate, benefit monetarily. Michael is still a very profitable source, since his estate, which was in debt, has netted $1 billion since his death.

Michael Jackson's Estate - Will Katherine Jackson Lose Her Inheritance?
By Julie Garber, About.com Guide  July 6, 2010

aybe it's really just a coincidence, and maybe it's not, but right on the heels of the one year anniversary of their son's death, Michael Jackson's parents have become embroiled in two different legal battles. Today I'll discuss the legal troubles of Michael's mother, Katherine Jackson, and tomorrow I'll discuss those of his father, Joe Jackson.

Probably the more disturbing of the two legal battles is the $13 million+ claim filed by the South Korean newspaper, Segye Times, against Michael Jackson's estate, in relation to a judgment that the newspaper obtained against the Jacksons in 1994. According to celebrity gossip writer Roger Friedman, the battle between Segye Times, which Friedman claims is a front for Reverend Moon's Unification Church (better known as the Moonies), and the Jacksons has been brewing since 1990 for the following reasons:

1. In 1990 Katherine Jackson, Joe Jackson and Michael's brother, Jermaine Jackson, guaranteed that Michael Jackson would participate in a South Korean tour along with his brothers that would be financially backed by Segye Times.

2. Gifts of cash, Rolex watches and luxury vehicles were bestowed upon Katherine Jackson, Joe Jackson and Jermaine Jackson by Segye Times in exchange for their promise that Michael would participate in the South Korean tour.

3. When the tour didn't happen, Segye Times sued. In 1992 Michael Jackson settled with the newspaper for an undisclosed amount, but in 1994 it obtained a $4 million default judgment against Katherine Jackson, Joe Jackson and Jermaine Jackson because they failed to defend themselves in the lawsuit.

4. In 1996 Segye Times filed a lawsuit against Michael Jackson in order to take over possession and control of a house he owned in Encino, California. This is where Michael's parents lived and the newspaper claimed that ownership of the house had been transferred into Michael's name in order to defraud the creditors of Katherine and Joe Jackson and prevent collection of debts they owed.

5. In 1999 Katherine and Joe Jackson filed for bankruptcy and listed the Segye Times' judgment as one of their outstanding debts.

So apparently since then Segye Times has been waiting patiently to collect on its $4 million judgment which, with interest accruing over all of these years, has ballooned to over $13 million. By filing a claim against Michael Jackson's estate, the newspaper will attempt to collect on its debt by seeking payment from Katherine Jackson's share of the estate (note that Michael cut out his father as a beneficiary of his estate, otherwise the newspaper would be going after Joe Jackson's share too). But it will face an uphill battle trying to get anything out of the lifetime trust that Michael Jackson established for his mother under the terms of the Michael Jackson Family Trust. Instead, the newspaper may be able to force a settlement for pennies on the dollar, otherwise it may just have to wait for Katherine Jackson to die and then go after her estate.

Thanks Serenity's_Dream for this post.  I tried to relay to the posters here that Alex was on the good side.  God is her judge as it tpertains to her personal life/loves.

Love and miss your posts girlfriend.  I especially love that Religious Symbolism thread.  Goodness gracious.  It is just outstanding.  And how about the part where it would seem that a VEIL was being pulled from in front of MJ's face before he's shown sitting there with book in lap.  I forgot, but I think someone else pointed that out.  Over all, just a sublime thread.  Thanks for that, and to all that offered up some great poins and info.

Have you seen the below video?  One of them, I forget which one now, for I saw them months ago - showed that in the Bad video/CD is where he is showing how he broke free from Illuminati control.  They had him up thru Thriller poster infers.  I don't know that I agree with everything this tuber posts, but some of it makes sense.
