I have just twitterd her and asked not to be nasty about Michael please     thats all nothing rude and then I see she is following Liz Tayler they cant be friends can they  seems a bit odd

No, probably not. But doesn't Joan Rivers use every possibility to mock other celebrities?
So following her could just mean, that she wants to be up to date about Elizabeth...
I would be more surprised, if it was the other way around.
