Judge Mitchell Beckloff was asked to increase "the family allowance to the children", with attorneys submitting a figure for the judge to consider.
It has not yet been disclosed in court what the additional money would be used for and their attorneys have refused to reveal why the money was needed.
I wonder why the lawyers refuse to say why the money is needed? Hmm...maybe it isn't all going to the kids...Dont they need to disclose what's the money for in order to increase the allowance from the estate?

I may have an idea...but I'm afraid its too far fetched. Anyways, we've read all sorts of ideas lol...So I'll tell you what I really believe. Maybe it is Michael who needs the money. The lawyers can't say, because that would blow the top off of everything. My doubt is that if the judge needs evidence to release the amount, then what "excuse" are the lawyers going to give? I believe $60k monthly is a fair amount for the Jackson kids and Katherine to live with. Why do they need to increase the allowance?
But again someone else may be pressuring Katherine to increase it. I dont know, though, if the lawyers are willing to cooperate under that circumstance, because that money is entitled to Katherine, and the kids only, right? So, I dont really know what to think... :?

Yes I must admit I find a lil bit odd this huge amount of money to raise 3 children... :shock:
I think there's something really strange behind this request to increase the allowance furthermore... you may be right when you think that someone is pressuring Katherine and the lawyers to get some more money. But who???
I must say : if the money is entitled to Katherine and the children, then no fraud :)

Exactly! If the lawyers prove is for the children or for Katherine, then there is no fraud. ;)
I really just hope there is no strange people behind this all. But then again, the lawyers wouldn't be asking for an increase if they werent sure it was for the kids or Katherine.
