Altolà, forse abbiamo corso troppo, e con noi il mondo intero. Ci avevano detto che le indagini sulla morte di Michael Jackson si erano finalmente concluse, e ci avevano mostrato – pochissimi giorni fa – anche il suo certificato di morte aggiornato con la voce ‘omicidio’.
E adesso invece ci avvertono che la strada è ancora tutta da percorrere. La portavoce del distretto del L.A. Jane Robison ha infatti smentito che il caso sia stato chiuso; per accusare di omicidio involontario il Dottor Conrad Murray, occorrerebbero prove più concrete.
La Robinson ha spiegato:
Non è cambiato nulla, si tratta di una relazione fasulla. Non abbiamo nessun caso chiuso. E anche il certificato di morte è un falso.

The spokeperson of LAPD Jane Robinson has denied the case is solved.Not yet concreet proof for accusing Dr Murray.
JR says: Nothing has chanced.It was a fake info.There is no case closed.ALso the death certificate is a fake

what do we have to think about it? Is there an american news source behind this? I have found just on that italian blog today.

Yes i also believe TMZ have run a fake story... there has been nothing for a week and a half since they printed that story.
The only source was TMZ who quoted an "un-named" source. So either TMZ are lying or they have a dodgy source who lied to them.

The article is saying that he last death certificate is false ?
Is that is it saying ? :D , At least they are being honest , or maybe did I understand what you said wrong ?
I think TMZ's role is to lead us and to sometimes mislead us after all.

Jackson doctor 'to be charged', media didn't ask official sources

Legal scuttlebutt in LA went around the world instantly about possible charges against Michael Jackson’s doctor, Conrad Murray. Less impressive is the fact that 927 news articles were produced before someone checked facts about any actual prosecution.
The LA District Attorney’s office was said to be waiting for police to hand over the case, although this has been the case for a while now, and confirmation from official sources was lacking. The “anonymous sources” element also helped making facts hard to pin down.
The difference between rumor and fact in this instance is that there is no case, and no basis for the massive gossip, until a prosecution is formally in process. The information so far is meaningless, until that happens. AP and Fox have taken a more balanced approach, stating only that the prosecution is under consideration, not that there’s been a decision.
The information and news quality at this stage was highly debatable. Not one of these pieces had a word about any official statements. Actual information finally occurred when somebody got off their major anatomical assets and rang LA DA and asked what was happening.
ABC News, after running an earlier piece in the same vein, later reported that the LA DA hasn’t decided to lay charges. Some sources are still publishing the rumor, hours after ABC's statement of the situation.

Thank you for the links. It's true = so many stories and no source. Geraldo, did the same thing from the git go. I always liked him because but lost all respect for him when he read what was handed to him without checking source. It was at the beginning. He said things that made no logical sense [didn't make Michael look to hot] at all which should be quite clear by now, just wasn't so. I stopped following him concerning Michael. I don't watch tv anyway, but would watch the vids online. Geraldo is part of the problem, not part of the solution.
