Title: what are the words in the background please?
Post by: loyalfan on January 26, 2010, 04:05:46 PM: can anyone work out the words in the background between verse 1 and 2 in the song MORPHINE....it sounds like micheal saying..........dont do it .....i am interested to hear.......i love that song ....can anyone help?

Well I hear, "You heard what the doctor said?", in some type of accent.
And then someone (or Michael) responds saying "Yes you take it and then.."and then the second verse starts. That's all I got from it so far, but I'm trying real hard to figure it out.

Yep when Merrick comes to the doctor and the nurse asks him "you heard what the doctor said?!!?"

It´s a sublime movie - it´s sad but very telling and it goes straight to the heart -
I´d recommend this movie to everyone old enough to see it.
