He always conveyed so much emotion through his eyes. He make me think of the saying the eyes are the stairway to a persons soul. I think that's why he was able to connect with so many people. His eyes tell a story without him saying a word. You can just look at his eyes and tell what emotion he is feeling. Maybe that's why he use to wear shades so much because he knew people could see things about him by looking at his eyes. I remember Brooke Shields saying that she ask him why he always wear shades and he said something like he didn't want to put all of himself out there. My brother is the same way he wears sunglasses 24/7 no matter if it's sunny or cloudy outside. He even wears them inside the house. Even back in 1984 when he won all those awards he took his shades off because he said Audrey Hepburn ask him to do so and for the girls. Soon as he took off his glassses the ladies started screaming. Great eyes are one of the best features on a man. His eyes always stood out to me and his smile and laugh.

I too see pain and sorrow in those beautiful eyes. I wish I had been there to comfort him that day and all the days he felt like the world had abandoned him. I'm in tears as I write this.

Michael's eyes (and his smile) have always been his most striking feature IMHO. He has his mother's eyes, no doubt about that.
What a gorgeous picture. I am always moved to tears when I see a beautiful picture of Michael and I think about what he went through. Words fail me......it breaks my heart into a million pieces. Who could ever hurt this man?? Why?? :(

the 3rd one is my favorite. it's the face i imagine he'd make if i were in a conversation with him. his expression just seems open and there's a little smile. it's genuine. damn, boy looks fine.
the close up of him wearing all black makes me really sad. his eyes show the hurt. i hope that expression never appears on his face again. he deserves only happiness.

Thanks i thought so with the hairstyle and all. He always looks SOOOO good no matter what he is going thru. The last one however breaks my heart. He does look so lost you just want to go and hug him and tell him it's going to be okay honey bunch!!!

i agree. The magazine issued just weeks after his supposed 'death', and the picture is so sad and painful..offcourse i didnt know about the hoax then =)
But everytime i look at it i get so sad..

He does look nice in mustard yellow. It's interesting I noticed the photo in front of the elephant - he is wearing on top, an Arab "Bisht". It's a long black thin cloak, with no buttons or closure in front. (some come in beige, cream, brown, but mostly black) It's worn during formal occasions by men on top of their long white traditional "Thobes". He must have gotten it from someone in the Gulf Arab countries, or during his stay/visits there. I like his unique twist on wearing it..

The second picture looks photoshopped. He is beautiful naturally but there is something not quite right with the second picture. We don't need to go there, I just think it's been messed with.

Hi Londonluck, thanks for the pics, he looks great! This has nothing to do with you of course, but this particular hair I did not care for. It's too bulky and austere on him. The loose curly hair just seemed a more natural look for him and much more enhancing to his face. (But that's just MO) but he was always changing wasn't he ;)

Yes, me too. It's so hard to believe how anyone could have ever treated him so badly. :( Such a genuine, caring, gentle soul.... At least he knows that his fans love him. Hopefully that thought brings him a lot of comfort. :)

She's done a nice job talking about the changes while showing pics, and we hear a surgeon's opinions too.
