Although Mr. Jackson is entombed in a private area, you are more than welcome to visit the public areas of our Glendale Memorial Park. If you wish to purchase flowers you may order from the Forest Lawn Flower Shop located within the park grounds, or purchase from another florist. Flowers ordered from the Forest Lawn Flower Shop will be delivered to Mr. Jackson's resting place. All outside flroists are instructed to deliver flowers to the Holly Terrace entrace of the Great Mausoleum. Our staff will take all flowers inside, at our convenience and as soon as an employee becomes available. All notes and letters delivered to Mr. Jackson's resting place are being mailed to Mrs. Katherine Jackson on a regular basis.

this was when I asked if there was some arrangement to take flowers there as I have seen people doing this with the security opening the up the area

Doesnt really answer the question of why the fans could take photos and video images with open doors... :?
