February 06, 2010, (Sawf News) – Dr. Conrad Murray's star defense witness in the involuntary manslaughter case against him for the death Michael Jackson will be Jackson himself!
Murray's defense team plans to resurrect Michael from his grave, in a manner reminiscent of his thriller video, to defend their client. Even more bizarre, they also plan to call Michael's elder two children, Prince, 12, and Paris, 11, as defense witnesses.
According to News of the World (NOTW), Murray's attorneys will use old footage of a spaced out Michael Jackson to prove that he was addicted to prescription medication since the past 15 years and capable of administering dangerous drugs to himself.
In the past Murray has claimed the Jackson could setup an IV drips for himself including one for Propofol, the anesthetic that is believed to have killed him.

A legal source close to Murray tells NOTW:
"They will try to prove that Jackson was in poor health and therefore the build-up of drugs and the effects of further doses were increased tenfold because of a weakened system.
"For these reasons, they will say Murray is not culpable and should therefore be found not guilty."
They will call upon Prince and Paris to testify that Michael constantly complemented Dr Murray for "making him better."

What if... (haha I love what ifs)... what if they use tapes of Michael himself...then they put one is that is him addressing the court about the fact that he FAKED HIS DEATH!! That would be awesome. Although I don't think that would be his "BAM" because not enough people would be watching. Just a nice idea :)

They are referring to the small Role he played as "Agent MJ" in the terrible film, Miss Castaways. (which was shot in his NL library) look it up on Youtube.

wasnt that movie in like 2004? ...um i dont think they should do be able to use OLD videos to prove MJ was addicted to anything because alot can happen from just even a year ago to when he passed...
im saying in order to prove MJ was in fact addicted to anything it would have to be footage of him weeks before his death slurring and acting nonchalant. But the TII footage they are going to show are not going to show that...they going to show how tired he looked so Murray will say this is why i gave him propofol with all the drugs michael already takes!! sorry Murray but i am confused as to where he is trying to get at on this one...either way...if Murray knew Michael was an addict he shouldnt have given him propofol since he obviously knew abut mjs problem
and if he was trying to treat his insomnia then he is still at fault because propofol doesnt treat insomnia...u get no RIM sleep so there is no point...sorry Murray but your argument is INVALID...

This is to funny the possible outcomes of this situation could be amazing, Michael had an addiction to painkillers when his hair caught on fire but he got off them and also he had problems sleeping and a lack of sleep can make you do weird things as well I hope they don't try and write off his insomnia as a drug problem, just a thought though was he a ticking time bomb I mean he couldnt sleep and he was supposed to do 50 concerts without sleep I think he would have died if he had done those concerts hence the hoax what do you guys think?

Court destroyed the life of Michael.
It's would be a great revenge for him to comeback during a court. :)
