Title: Why he should have his licence suspended!
Post by: Alem (Thetruth) on December 02, 2009, 10:37:58 AM

Heey people!

I talked to a guy on chat and he told me that he had called the LAPD and asked what the hell was with Dr Murray still being able to practise medicine. The officer said: “Well, he hasn’t been charged with any crimes”. So it is as simple as that…

No it is not as simple as this!

“Dr. Murray has DEA registration numbers in Nevada and Texas, but he does not have one in California,” a federal law enforcement official told FOXNews.com. “You absolutely have to have a registration number to prescribe controlled substances, and there was nothing in California.”

"--Murray was and is not allowed to administer, dispense or prescribe drugs classified as Schedule II, III, IV and V controlled substances."

Lorazepam (Ativan), Valium, Versed (Midazolam) are all a controlled substances which to my understanding this Dr had no legal right to give in the state of California. Though he is able to administrate Propofol because this is not a controlled substance. As this is enough to withdraw his licence, temporarily and even permanent. But so far nothing has been done and I wonder why, any of you have any answers besides that his screams hoax!
;)

Sadly there's no charges, therefore he is still allowed to practice his profession as a doctor, unless of course the Medical Board will investigate the case.. :ugeek:

Yes I understand that but given the fact that he did administrate drugs to Michael which he have no legal right to do in the state of California I wonder why his licence have not been temporarily suspended? I don’t make any sense to me nor is it cooperating with the Californian Law.

I agree. I don't know why there hasn't been any mention, from any of the state medical boards where this man supposedly has licenses, of any investigation into this man's medical practices with at least temporary license suspension. We have only seen where police and I guess the DEA have done some investigating. I don't know if I have missed something. This is a major red flag for me.

He didn't have his license suspended; there are no charges; it seems there's something wrong in all this; hopefully it's because it's all a hoax.

Hmm, I don't think so. He has commited more than one crime, and he hasn't been charged with any yet(not having a license in Cali, murder, the use of controlled substances out of the hospital and maybe others).
I believe that, legally, he is still able to practice, even though I don't agree with the law.

I think this is one of those cases where they could have charged this doc with a crime, maybe not the crime of murdering MJ but a crime related to his license or some other technicality. If this was a real crime, someone would have been charged with a crime by now. So that's why I am thinking this is a hoax. (keeping my fingers crossed).

My point exactly, if he will not be charged of neglectance then at least this..

One more thing if Dr Murray was going to be Michael’s personal doctor in London wouldn’t he had to have a special license to practice medicine outside the U.S border, and as far as I know he didn’t have that. What would happen there? Michael would still need his medication, would Dr Murray illegally inject it to him?
Make up your own minds...
