This was debunked on the old forum - this guy is English and doesn't even sound like MJ.  He made a video of himself doing the voice.

The thing is though...if I remember correctly...the video was of the guy repeating the EXACT same message....he wasnt saying it again, he was mouthing the words to the original phone call...I think. Thats how I remember it.

I could be wrong though..
