has anyone watched the new disney movie called "Star Struck??" Its about a young pop singer who lives the life of someone very simular to MJ. Hes 17 and sings but wants to make movie deal. In order to make the movie he has to pretend hes someone who hes not. He meets a girl and because of the Papporatzzi he has to deny his feeling for her. He says he is tryin to protect her and his career but in order to do this he has to sacrafice "love" and its sad because he is giving up something that could have been huge in his life. In one scene the girls grandmother tells her granddaughter as shes leaving that "I love you more." LOL. (weird connection but i felt MJ there) The papporatzzi bombard the girl because they have gotten secret pics of them on the beach and she is angry and has to deny that she new him. He denies that he knew her as well in a inview which she watched on tv and it hurt her deeply. ......in the end it has a happy ending so i wont tell you the rest but this movie....could be so much like MJs private life. All the things you have to deal with in order to have fame. It was a good movie :)

It was on the Disney channel last night and we recorded it for my Granddaughters. I watched it with them this morning with a big smile on my face. It felt "soooo MJ" as i was watching it. We have direct TV and it was on the disney channel. Im sure they will be showing it again.

Yes lools weird connection huh? Well wat abt when he had on that Thriller jacket?!? And when the girl that he is crushing on in the lil vid she made she has on a military style jacket!!! :D :D :D I only think abt Mikey when I watch Disney but that made it even better :lol: :lol: :lol:

I saw the parallel in that Michael always said he wanted a girl who wanted him for just him, not because he was famous like all the fans would be. Mind you then they also sometimes then treat him like crap, like LMP.

hmmm...reminds me of the story with tatiana thumbtzen when they performed 'the way you make me feel' one time during the 'bad' tour and they really kissed on stage. it just happened, chemistry, y'all know...and mj has his hand on her hip...it just plainly says 'love'! it's not just a stage kiss...
frank dileo fired tatiana on the spot after the show, in the middle of the tour. there is an interview on youtube from years later where she says she tried to speak to michael again, but couldn't get into his trailer anymore. like she was cut off.

they also had to deny their feelings for each other (i mean, here's a 30year-old telling his mom he's in love first???). i always thought they made the perfect couple and that she might have actually been the love of his life. watch 'the way you make me feel' and tell me, there is not a whole lot of chemistry between the two...i've never seen mj happier in one of his short films 'acting' with a woman!
