Children Services at Jackson Home

TMZ has learned members of the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services paid a visit to the Jackson family home last night to check on Michael Jackson's three kids and the other kids living at the house ... all over a stun gun.
Randy Jackson tells TMZ one of Jermaine Jackson's minor kids ordered a stun gun online and it was delivered three weeks ago. We're told someone connected with the family found out and called DCFS.
Randy says the gun was intercepted by security at the residence and the kids never got it.
We're told two reps from DCFS showed up last night at around 10:30 PM and confiscated the gun.
UPDATE: TMZ has learned the DCFS investigation is ongoing and DCFS social workers are going back to the house today.

Is it normal in the US for Child Services to visit a house where kids have ordered guns online? If so, good case! Children and guns don't mix.
On the other hand, this could just as well be another 'excuse' to go mess with the Jacksons.

i'm not american, but is sounds strange that they would go there for that reason.
BUt it's probably common for them to come visit when children are adopted or jsut living in a new family..

Jermaine needs to get his ass back there and take care of his own kids, and for that matter... stop living at Encino with his mama and stand on his own two feet and support his family himself instead of Michael paying for it all. :twisted:

I don't exactly trust TMZ either, but the first article I read about this was actually from FOX news. I mean, they aren't amazing either, but they're more reliable than TMZ.

im not exactly sure how true this is but i heard that grace and rebbie got into a fight , so i think she left or something ..one of them left , but i dont know...
Now i know dang well that jaafar know better then that , he could have seriously injured blanket :x ,..they all could have got seriously injured .. then i dont know what he would have done then.

Hehehe, to me it is completely the opposite, if I had to choose, TMZ seems more trustworthy to me. FOX is created and owned by Rupert Murdoch and he uses freemason and illuminati symbols all over. Some people even claim that he is one of the illuminati.
Jermaine is in Holland right now. He has an interview tomorrow about his brothers 'death' and he has to go to the studio to make a new TV-show called 'Move like Michael Jackson'. A show where they search people that dance just like MJ.
Very important stuff. Obviously more important than watching your children.

Ive always thought those three MJ children are in for a rough ride. Imagine the jealously there must be regarding those three children because they are set to inherit ALL of the money. There must be resentment amongst the other kids.

I've never trusted TMZ, but if the fact that the children indeed bought the stun gun online then I'm really in shock. But something tells me that the children are under good supervision when it comes to internet especially. So this could be part of the hoax so that the children will be taken away from Katherine's care... But I'm not sure about that.

So did Tmz learn DCFS was at the house from Randy or did Randy just give them an update? And Jermaine needs to stop being an attention whore and control his kids.

Guys this could be very serious. Katherine could end us losing custody of the kids. Hopefully this will not make it to the television or mainstream news because if it does, DFCS will do everything to make themselves look good. She is the legal guardian of Michael's children, so no matter who else is in the home, she is going to be held responsible for their safety.
Now here is another twist on it for us. Maybe Michael is "ready" for the kids. They are removed from Katherine's custody and goes to live with another relative. Could that relative possibly be Michael? 8-) Because in all honesty, I don't see how a gun could get ordered and delivered to a minor right under the adult's noses and no one knew anything about it.

The Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services will conduct a two day investigation into the stun gun incident at the home of Michael Jackson's family ... sources tell TMZ.
We're told DCFS will come to the house today after Michael Jackson's kids -- as well as the other kids living at the home -- return from school. DCFS will interview each of the children separately today and tomorrow. DCFS also wants to interview all the employees on the property, one by one. DCFS is also asking off-duty employees to come over for interviews.
As we reported, security personnel on the property heard strange sounds coming from the second floor of the house last week. When they investigated, they found the children upstairs playing with the stun gun "trying to zap each other, including Blanket." One source says Jermaine's kids were also pointing the stun gun at Michael's son, Prince.
We broke the story that Jermaine Jackson's 13-year-old son, Jaafar, purchased the stun gun online.
The gun was confiscated by DCFS last night.

We don't know that any of this true. It could all be made up as a prelude to something else. What makes me suspect is how does a 13 year old buy a stun gun? He'd have to have a credit card. Are the Jackson kids that privileged where a 13 year old carries a credit card? I don't know. If not, then who gave him the credit card? If someone did, wouldn't they ask why he needed it? I'd hope they wouldn't just turn over a credit card to 13 year-old child without asking questions.
Why would Randy tell anyone anything? Just handle it in-house and be done with it. Unless he wanted everyone to know about this (if it really happened)? Randy has to have a reason for feeding this story to the media, seeing as though the media was not Michael's favorite group of people. There's a motive behind this.

This sounds serious... one of those kids could have been killed. Maybe too serious to handle "in house".
imagine if the worst happened and the Jacksons had kept it quiet... we would all be critising them then.

I don't doubt the seriousness of having a stun gun. But how do we know that any of this really happened. Wasn't Michael always saying not to believe everything the media says. We don't have to think very long to come up with a multitude of examples about what they did to Michael.
Of course we would have all been horrified if anything had happened to that beautiful child. All I'm saying is that few things in this whole Michael scenario has been what it appeared to be. Why is this any different? I don't know if the story was deliberately fed to the media for a bigger reason. If so, I'm just wondering what the bigger reason could be.

Doesn't mean it wasn't directed at the other kids. The focus will always be on Michaels kids. Just like the focus was always on their Dad.
Childrens Services, now that it is released in the press will very much pursue this. They won't be happy to look bad if a 2nd gun was there and they didn't recover it. Yes it's normal procedure to interview all the kids. If Blanket was in any danger or they feared any of the childrens welfare and wellbeing they would of removed them and at least put them someone temporarily until this matter was sorted

For some reason this has really upset me and unsettled me tonight.
I cant help thinking that if Michael really has died... and that is a possibility... that this is a tragic story.
How much more can those three kids go through? Its less than a year since their loss and now they are in an unfamiliar home, without the protection of daddy, and they are being bullied and abused by Jermaines children and their pictures splashed across the newspapers.
Ive always said that if MJ is dead,.... those kids are in for a rough ride. Exposed and tossed to the wolves.
And i do find the theory that this is MJs plan... that the kids are about to be removed and sent away... well, it would be nice to think they are going home to daddy. But what if they are not, and he is really gone... isnt this really disrespectful and hurtful to them?
i mean.. in that video above.. "welcome home to Daddy. Daddy missed you". What is MJ has died, and that scenario is what those kids dream about every night and never will be....
Makes me cry. Sorry. :cry:
I dont want to disrespect Michael and cause more pain and suffering to his children.

If this is a one-off incident, the DCF will deal with Jafarr, whether that means putting stipulations on him etc or removing him to his fathers residence. They will not remove Michael's children unless they are in imminent danger or are being abused/neglected. If they are doing their job right it will be Jafarr that gets dealt with and not Michaels kids.
We really should wait it out and see what happens. It's hard to believe everything you read in the news, especially when it comes to Michael and his children.
Whether or not this is part of a bigger plan (personally I don't think so) I don't really know. It's not as easy as the kids just ending up with some "distant relative" and in the end that being Michael. DCF would interview suitable and potential carers and in the end be the ones to select where they go. They also attempt to put the kids with family members that they have a ongoing relationship with first and then be monitored etc.
If children's services are involved, I'm gonna say, this is not part of a bigger plan. Sorry.

Sources tell TMZ Jaafar Jackson ordered a Scorpion 300,000 volt stun gun online. According to the company website, "the power derived from only one 9 volt battery is unreal."
It also fits easily into a pocket or purse.
As TMZ first reported, DCFS officials just returned to the Jackson family home to further question the kids, family and employees on the property.
A family source tells TMZ, "Jaafar fired the gun into a piece of paper."

There are less controversial stories that could be used for this purpose. This type of story casts the entire family in a negative light, again, and further stigmatizes all the kids involved.

I wonder...I might be insanely off with this, becuse I'm just kinda coming up with it now, but I wonder if the people/events in this story represent things. Say...
Blanket = Michael
Stun Gun = Media
Family = People after Michael
Security = People hearing the lies, not sure what to believe
"Playing with the gun" = Michael Faking his death, "Playing the media"
We recently read a book called Animal Farm in school, and it uses everything to represent communism in the 1940's so lately I've been seeing things as representing other things. Plus it just seems so strange to me that Jermaine's kids would try to stun Blanket, I mean, he's adorable. :cry:

Michael was always going on about how children are been neglected & left playing video games & been on the internet unsupervised, he also spoke of how children were accessing guns & bringing them into the schools!!!!!! :o

There are less controversial stories that could be used for this purpose. This type of story casts the entire family in a negative light, again, and further stigmatizes all the kids involved.

I can tell you from my experience as a D.A at Children's court in Los Angeles, that once DCFS opens up a case, it can stay open for a while. The fact that no aldult was aware of the stun gun unitl they heard the sound is not good for the guardian in charge. Once DCFS gets it's nose into your business they will stay there and turn over every stone until they feel the children there are in no danger. Now my question is who told DCFS about the stun gun? Usually DCFS cases are open when someone who is a manditory reporter, like a teacher, reports that they feel a child is being abused or neglected in some manner. Or maybe a neighbor who hears or sees something, but I don't think a neighbor can or hear anything in the Encino compound, so I have to think that it may have been Randy who reported the incident.
Wasn't it him who said that he was going to focus on bringing the family together or something like that. I think he was tweeting about MJ's family. I think Randy has been the informer to TMZ from day one when TMZ announced Mj's death before the doctor called it. TMZ said it came from a strong source and Randy knew MJ was going to die becuase he was a part of plan to help MJ leave the public life. Now he starts this DCFS investigation, so when the kids move out of Encino, no one will think it's strange that they go overseas to live and we never see them again.

Think about it; if child services think that Michael's children are in an unsafe environment, they'll have them moved to live with some "other relative". It's an excuse for them to go live with Daddy, along with a good reason for them to leave Katherine's 'custody.' But the system does not work that way. The kids wouldn't be shipped off overseas. Alternative care will always be sought first amongest his immedicate family or those the kids have formed a relationship with. Blood relatives are always sort first unless they are proven unfit or unsuitable. The kids also have some say to an extent on where they want to go, but ultimately that decision rests with DCFS. A distant relative cannot just raise a hand and be get the kids. It doesn't work that way.
Anyway this story is just B.S. and really pisses me off.

Michael would not put his mother through the humiliation of looking like an unfit and negligent parent/grandparent. He would know this would reach tabloid news and they would twist it to no end.

Jafaar is a teenager and old enough to know better than to point guns at 8 year olds.... and yes i think he would be capable of feeling jealously towards MJs children... they are, after all, new to the home and as they are Michaels children they would get all the attention because of who their dad is.

I think so, too. And someone had to file a complaint with DCFS. I doubt that anyone from that household called and said we have a stun gun. Someone called and blew the whistle. So now we have more turmoil and talk of the Jackson family. If DCFS was really there - Jafar will now have a record with them and he will be checked on from time to time.
This whole story is not meshing. Why would Randy report it and put his mother in this predicatment? Why would he embarrass the family? I think the big STUNNER is on the way. ;)

I agree with you 100% he would never do this to his mom but I do feel like someone is trying expose something that is going on in the Jackson house and if MJ is alive he is there with his kids or not far from them and not everyone wants his death to be a hoax he may have been in real danger and what better way to get to him than through his mother and kids. the worst thing you can do to any parent is call CPS on them.

TMZ has learned members of the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services paid a visit to the Jackson family home last night to check on Michael Jackson's three kids and the other kids living at the house ... all over a stun gun.
Randy Jackson tells TMZ one of Jermaine Jackson's minor kids ordered a stun gun online and it was delivered three weeks ago. We're told someone connected with the family found out and called DCFS.
Randy says the gun was intercepted by security at the residence and the kids never got it.
We're told two reps from DCFS showed up last night at around 10:30 PM and confiscated the gun.
UPDATE: TMZ has learned the DCFS investigation is ongoing and DCFS social workers are going back to the house today.

I find this story terrible - falsely accusing a 13 year old is so wrong - whatever the reason - be it part of the hoax or to get Michael out of hiding. If a story had to be made up - they could have put the blame on anyone. Why Jafar?
So if Jafar did do something that bad - then he needs to be reprimanded - though I wish it wasn't in public. Something has to be seen in the days that follow. If Jermaine carries on his promotion tour - he is a bad human being besides just being a bad father. And if it is true can you imagine how upset Jermaine would be with Randy for spreading the news all over the world.
This also reminds me about how they kids went to that big hotel room for thanksgiving unchaperoned - I did wonder who paid for it and how dangerous that was.

New 'update' from TMZ, not revealing anything;
The L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services conducted a marathon investigation yesterday at the Jackson family compound in Encino -- trying to figure out what exactly happened with a stun gun on the property.
DCFS social workers arrived at 4 PM yesterday and left at around 10:30 PM -- 6 1/2 hours later.
As we first reported, DCFS showed up the night before after receiving a tip that Jermaine Jackson's 13-year-old son, Jaafar, was playing with a stun gun on the second floor of the residence.
Sources tell us the social workers are interviewing all of the children in the house -- including Michael Jackson's 3 kids -- along with other family members and staff. We're told DCFS is taking the investigation very seriously and the plan yesterday was to come back today as well.
Sources say some of the individual interviews have taken a long time and there is a lot of tension on the property.
We've learned there's a conflict among people who live and work at the property. We know some members of the staff will tell DCFS that the stun gun was there for several days, before a member of security went upstairs and allegedly found Jaafar and other kids playing with the gun and pointing it at Michael's sons Blanket and Prince.
Katherine Jackson's lawyer, Adam Streisand, insists Blanket and Prince were never in the room with the gun and that Jaafar was playing with the gun for a few minutes -- not days -- before it was confiscated.
Some members of the staff will tell DCFS there is a second stun gun on the property. Streisand says that is absolutely not true.
How does TMZ know what members of the staff will tell to DCFS?

All i can say is when MJ was 'alive', how many times did he allow his 3 children to mix with Jermaine's? Or any other children of the brothers? BTW is Jermaine the only brother living at the Encino compound? Would MJ want all those children living together under the same roof. MJ specifically asked Katherine to look after his kids, yet with them all living under the same roof along with Jermaine's kids, aren't they going to be directly influenced by Jermaine as well? In my opinion MJ's kids should be living in their own space, their own home, with the correct support around them in that home. Ideally Jermaine should move out of the Encino home with his kids. Katherine should give him some money if necessary to make it happen. MJ's kids should be living as they were before, in their own space, but with Katherine and whoever to help. I think that Michael's kids should live in their own home too. After all, they were accustomed to being with Michael all the time. Maybe these other kids were not raised in the same way they were. I hope someone does something to help them.

All i can say is when MJ was 'alive', how many times did he allow his 3 children to mix with Jermaine's? Or any other children of the brothers? BTW is Jermaine the only brother living at the Encino compound? Would MJ want all those children living together under the same roof. MJ specifically asked Katherine to look after his kids, yet with them all living under the same roof along with Jermaine's kids, aren't they going to be directly influenced by Jermaine as well? In my opinion MJ's kids should be living in their own space, their own home, with the correct support around them in that home. Ideally Jermaine should move out of the Encino home with his kids. Katherine should give him some money if necessary to make it happen. MJ's kids should be living as they were before, in their own space, but with Katherine and whoever to help. Isn't Jermaine living off MJ?

I don't understand why you want Michael's kids to live isolated from other kids. This is a big family and we don't know what is going on in that house. I think it is a big house and there is space for a lot of children and maybe there are doors one can close if one needs time for oneself. And you think it would be good to throw Jermaine and his kids out of their home because Michael's kids arrive? I'm really confused about those ideas.

No, not isolated, just a place to call their own. If they had a mother, they would now be living with that mother in their own home.I do not think that Jermaine Jackson (who is 55) should be living in a home that his mother lives in which is financed by MJ. Am i right in saying Jermaine lives there? Correct me if wrong. MJ finances Encino because his mother lives there. As i understand it, both Randy and Jermaine have children by one woman - Alejandra Oaziaza. This woman has lived at Encino supposedly for the last 18 yrs, i'm guessing looking after the 4 children she has by Jermaine and Randy (2 each). All 4 children live at Encino. It's extraordinary that MJ is having to put a roof over all their heads. Thoeretically, they are Jermaine and Randy's responsibility, but can Randy/Jermaine afford to have the 4 kids and Alejandra in a home of their own and maintain the upkeep? MJ picks up the bill.
You have to understand, i'm not advocating segregation/separation for the sake of it - but I do think brothers should take care of their own individual families.

Im struggling with how this fits the hoax... so MJs children are living there without MJ for 8 months now? If MJ was alive he would leave his children for this long?
The kids must live there as childrens services go to interview them..... and if MJ was living there he would not let this happen.

A gun like that sould be deliver in a box via, fedex, purolator, UPS and when you got your pakage you have to SIGN of they just leave it in front of the door (they leave my OPUS book in front of my parents home for about 4 hours in winter grrrrr A**H**E) And i really don't think they let a 13 years old sign or i don't think the security will bring the box to the guys without askng what in it...and hummm don't you need a Credit Card to purchase something on the net? Michael stated in the past that his brothers had sex in front of him when he was a child, and that his father beat him to a pulp.... so i dont think MJ has a problem with stating the truth even if it does make his family look bad.

@jennyruby - I thought about the 13 year old boy too and thought maybe Michael would have been sympathetic to him as he understood kids that age very well.
Either way slandering a boy that age is not acceptable whichever angle you look at it.
If Michael is alive then maybe he is in the Encino home and someone has made this up so that they can look for him there. Maybe Jafar was framed or tricked.
Also makes me think that at least one of the kids is really on twitter and posting those personal pics - they seem to have lots of access to the internet.

It is strange that MJ always spoke about children being left alone on the internet and not being cared for their parents, and the reason that kids ran around with guns was because its an outpouring call for love and attention.
So that means those kids, well Jermaines kids, are lost and lonely and without love!?

Yes you are right QurikyDiana. It does not fit in the hoax. All these people leaving comments on how this is an elaborate plan for Michael to get his kids back to him or expose past injustice in the molestation trial or whatever, do you actually know how DCFS & the system works? Not at all in the way you guys are portraying. Your also implying that Michael would use a 13 year old boy at any cost to accomplish his goal. Do you really think that sounds like Michael? These kids would be hounded more than they are now if they were to leave the Jacksons care. The media would have a field day with them.
They would not be shipped off to a distant relative overseas. DCFS being involved is serious. Some of the things going on in the past 8-9 months are not all hoax related.

He is more than likely protecting his son. Look how much the media has blown this up. They are having a field day. Jermaine sounds as if he is trying to draw the attention off his son and on to him so that the media would leave Jafarr alone and focus on Jermaines stupidity.
They can't prove that he didn't get his son to buy it for him unless Jafarr says he didn't. He's protecting his son in my opinion.

That's a good point. I was thinking a little while ago when watching Bashir's documentary how embarrassing it must have been for his family to have that info out there and exposed like that. Don't get me wrong, I feel more for MJ for having been put through it like that, but this doc was also played at one of MJ's trials. I would hate to embarrass my mum or my family so publicly like that. It would make me squirm. I do really wonder though what benefit there is in airing it in public, besides getting the matter off your chest. As a moot point, i wonder how his brothers felt about what he said?
But really, about child services coming in being part of the hoax, i don't get it. There is a huge tendency to attribute everything to the hoax even if it doesn't make sense. I guess it is the fear that if it doesn't fit then people get scared MJ passed. Well, in all honesty, that could be true. And that's what i mean about mental wellbeing. If people are unwilling to even contemplate that MJ passed and that some things do not 'fit the theory', then that is a worrying situation. You have to accept reality, whichever way it goes, and be prepared for both scenarios.

I have to agree with you.
Even though in the US guns are more 'normal', I honestly don't think you are protecting your children by telling them to order weapons online. I can imagine these children need more protection than other children, but that is why they have security and bodyguards right?
Guns and kids never mix. Ever.

No, I don't think this makes the situation worse. Jermaine is a big boy, he can handle the heat. His 13 year old son, most likely not. Him being portrayed as a bad parent, is something I'm pretty sure Jermaine can handle.
I won't debate this situation any longer. I used to work fulltime with abused woman and children but now do it voluntarily as I have a family of my own to care for. My parents are 40 years + Social Workers and 40 years + Foster Carers, so I grew up with foster children around me. 3 of my sisters are also foster carers. As for me, 4 out of my 7 children are adopted from the foster care system, plus my husband and I have been carers ourselves for the past 13 years.
I understand how the system works, particularly when it comes to child protection laws, removal situations etc, in fact I advise parents and carers in situation like these often.
This whole incident to me is unrelated to the hoax. But if people believe it is, then that's their choice.

TMZ has learned Jaafar Jackson, Jermaine's precocious boy, found a serious loophole in his pursuit of the electronic weapon -- at an L.A. Ralphs supermarket.
Sources tell us Jaafar bought several gift cards from the market -- we're told either Visa or American Express. He then used the cards to purchase the weapon online.
Online sites that sell the weapon in question make prospective buyers declare they are 18 years of age or older.
So apparently, Jaafar figured out if he got a lawful credit card number, no one would be the wiser.
Smart kid.

I can tell you from my experience as a D.A at Children's court in Los Angeles, that once DCFS opens up a case, it can stay open for a while. The fact that no aldult was aware of the stun gun unitl they heard the sound is not good for the guardian in charge. Once DCFS gets it's nose into your business they will stay there and turn over every stone until they feel the children there are in no danger. Now my question is who told DCFS about the stun gun? Usually DCFS cases are open when someone who is a manditory reporter, like a teacher, reports that they feel a child is being abused or neglected in some manner. Or maybe a neighbor who hears or sees something, but I don't think a neighbor can or hear anything in the Encino compound, so I have to think that it may have been Randy who reported the incident.
Wasn't it him who said that he was going to focus on bringing the family together or something like that. I think he was tweeting about MJ's family. I think Randy has been the informer to TMZ from day one when TMZ announced Mj's death before the doctor called it. TMZ said it came from a strong source and Randy knew MJ was going to die becuase he was a part of plan to help MJ leave the public life. Now he starts this DCFS investigation, so when the kids move out of Encino, no one will think it's strange that they go overseas to live and we never see them again.
Making a false report to DFCS is not against the law. Nothing happens ;) legally and the reporter is never revealed.

Is it normal in the US for Child Services to visit a house where kids have ordered guns online? If so, good case! Children and guns don't mix.
On the other hand, this could just as well be another 'excuse' to go mess with the Jacksons.
If someone called child services, a complaint was filed. That someone is screwing with the family most likely.

I think we are missing a very important point in this what if Jermaine's son felt that he need it for protection not only for himself but his other cousins. If he took time and went to the grocery store to buy gift cards for a stun gun he was trying to protect something plus notice this didn't happen until that security guard came back think about of all the thing he could have brought why would he buy this unless he felt he or they need it.

So if Jafar did do something that bad - then he needs to be reprimanded - though I wish it wasn't in public. Something has to be seen in the days that follow. If Jermaine carries on his promotion tour - he is a bad human being besides just being a bad father. And if it is true can you imagine how upset Jermaine would be with Randy for spreading the news all over the world.
This also reminds me about how they kids went to that big hotel room for thanksgiving unchaperoned - I did wonder who paid for it and how dangerous that was.

Geeeze, people. Have we learned nothing????? If you saw Jermaine's interview, he never used the words 'stun gun.' He was very vague about what happened and didn't seem the least bit concerned that his son could have tazered Blanket. The whole story is preposterous. Why would Randy call TMZ about something that is an internal family affair and give details? It makes no sense. Something is up, for sure.

Yeah they were discussing this story on the Insider today. They said Jermaine's 13 yr old son ordered the stun gun and also they said that Omer Bhatti MJ's alleged son could have a second stun gun in the house. I find it strange that MJ kids haven't been really seen since the grammys but now you hear this crazy stun gun story. Everythime a story comes out about the Jacksons now it seems to get more and more outragious. I don't know what to think about this story. It almost seem like the Jacksons were in the tabloids so much in the past now they're creating their own drama. I wonder how many kids actually stay at the Encino compound because Jermaine's kids should be with their dad I would think. So Omer is still staying there too?

Did anyone see TMZ today? They asked Evan Ross what he thought about Jaffar & the tazer/stun gun, his reply was "I can't see Jaffar doing that. It's probably nothing & was blown way out of proportion". He seemed to think it was as ridiculous as we think it is & kind of said it was probably not true, in other words. Anyways, the whole story is strange & the fact that TMZ made fun of the kids pissed me off. They made fun of Jaffar & Jermajesty's names & then went on to make fun of Jermaine for naming them those names. They also said if they had tazed Blanket they'd have to change his name to "Electric Blanket" :evil: Like hello, he is a CHILD! He's only 8 years old & so small, do they not realize how badly he could have been hurt? & the fact that a 13 year old was allowed to purchase a tazer/stun gun?! WTF?!! & Jermaine, yeah Jaffar is his son but as his parent he should be angry that he was so irresponsible & that he could have hurt his baby cousin! What if it had been Jermajesty that was targeted would he say something then? & Why would Randy alert the media? That's so ridiculous. I think this story is made up, blown out of proportion or something's up. Also, I am not bashing Jermaine or Randy, but why is it that their kids live with Katherine? Why can't their kids live with them? Oh, sorry I forgot about Alejandra, never mind they live with their mother. Oops. & Sorry for this but to me Donte looks a lot like his "Grandpa" Joe. i don't think they got if fro protection, they were probably just buying them because they thought they were cool. If Omer has one too, I think it was just that he wanted one. & I don't know what's up with Omer but Jaffar is only 13, he probably wasn't thinking "I probably shouldn't be playing with one of these, I could hurt someone." He was probably like "that's so cool, i want one too" & maybe didn't know how dangerous they are & the extremely high voltage in one of those guns. That would have been the responsibility of the person who allowed him to order it or since Omer has one too, supposedly, as an adult he should have done or said something. This story is just so strange. You'd think people would teach their kids not to mess with things like that & certainly not to point them & use them on anyone, especially an 8 year old. But who knows these days?

The thing is Jermaine claims here in a Dutch interview that Jaafar bought it for him? Why does Jermaine needs stun gun in the first place and secondly who would ask his 13 year old son to buy one? That doesn't seem right!

Except as this may apply to the hoax investigation, IT IS NONE OF OUR BUSINESS WHERE THESE KIDS LIVE, OR HOW THEIR PARENTS TREAT THEM. PERIOD. It is very troublesome to me that on this forum, where people are supposed to be MJ supporters, there is ANY discussion, opinion, or anything at all about the Jacksons' personal lives. Sorry to go off like this, but how would Michael feel if he read comments about his brothers' or mothers' parenting skills?

I agreee, maybe they arent living there full time, but it does seem that a FEW of them are living there. One of the ex wives is living there too.....why would an ex wife live at her former mother in laws house?

I just had a thought......if it's part of the hoax....say the stun gun is to symbolize MJ....he will stun the world.....delivered to the encino home three weeks ago...he's back on the second floor....incident happened last night, March 1st...21 days ago was Feb 8th....what happened on that day hmmmm? Murray in court and autopsy report....crazy? Maybe But maybe the Bam that will STUN the world is near

That's true if could be a fake. I was just saying that "he" posted it on facebook, I didn't say it was absolutely him. I don't really know who's fake & who's not, I added this Jaafar page to prove a point that the Jacksons & other people on that Steph Williams lady's facebook will add anyone & obviously because every one of them added me. I just asked Brandi (who's page is real) whether Jaafar has a facebook or not. I just found out that the Stevanna Jackson that Steph Williams has as a friend is fake. So there's 1 fake Jackson on her page, if Jaafar turns out to be a fake, that will be two. I know she's just a fan, pretending to know Michael & the family, but I'm proving it to the people on here & all those pics she posts cam from other people, she just googled them.

I just want to say, that it is wrong to blast Jermaine & Alejandra on here. & question why the kids live with Katherine. I myself was guilty of that on previous comments, but I do feel that when you do read about what happened, your first reaction is going to be why in the world does a 13 year old have a stun gun?!! that's a normal reaction. second, why would he point it at his 8 year old cousin?!! that's also a normal reaction. third would be who the heck got it for him?!! Omer?!! what was he thinking?!! & then come the questions, why would the parents not teach their kids not to play with things like this, they are not toys, they can hurt someone if you misuse them. those are all legitimate questions. then after asking those, & realize who reported it, watch their show & listen to their comments, then you start to think it may be BS. they just like picking on this family or perhaps there's a hidden agenda behind all of this. i now don't believe that he pointed it at Blanket, i think he'd know better, he probably just got one because Omer has one & tested it on a piece of paper or something else. the media probably blew it up into something to make the family look bad again, wouldn't be the first time & certainly won't be the last. or else there is a reason why randy leaked this story to the media & we just don't know it yet. all i know is that Jaafar isn't horrible, he's 13! i have 2 brothers & a bunch of male cousins, i know what kind of trouble 13 year old boys can get into & the interest in a stun gun when you're that age, makes sense to me, i wouldn't ever say it's okay for him to have one but i get the excitement he would have in it, he's a TEENAGER & a BOY. i think people just need to lay off.

As much as I would love for them to go live with Michael. It worries me that this is happening because if Michael is gone, there's the chance they could end up with Diana or...Debbie could go to court for custody :? I would never want to see them end up with her & Diana? No, they belong where they are with Katherine or with Michael. It would be awesome if we hear about them leaving Katherine's home & going to live with Janet though, that would really make me believe they were with Michael :D
