Title: Neverland?
Post by: MeandMyShadow on March 04, 2010, 10:53:07 AM
I was going through my notebook on thoughts of things and maybe this has already been covered somewhere else, but...what was all the concrete for at Neverland, a while back.  Is there anything new, such as photos of the property since MJ's *death*?

That makes sense.  Considering, at first, they were thinking of having the memorial there, rather than Staples.  Perhaps all the concrete was to pave roads and all the flowers and stuff were for the memorial, but then was moved to Staples.  I mean the flowers , etc., obviously not the concrete (Iol)

Maybe just a thought that Michael is actually laid to rest there.
I'm on the fence on if he is alive or not, I have been.
Now don't go getting all in a tizzy on me. Its just a thought.
I like what I have read here and everyone has great ideas on what could of happened, and I
do hope Michael is alive, I really do, been a fan of his for 30 yrs.
Nothing would be more of a BAM then Michael coming back at some point and everyone with a look of  :o on their face.
But what if he is actually not alive and is laid to rest at Neverland, and Forest Lawn is just a decoy.
It would make sense not to have anyone but family know where he is.  Yes Michael did not want to go back there to live after his trial, if the fans and media knew he was there, can you imagine the chaos and traffic that would take place.   Its a peaceful place and he did love it there, but then again he could actually be alive and hiding out there, and that was another thought of mine, for some reason Neverland comes to play in this somehow, someway.
That is just my thought................

Next.....

I have always thought that if he is alive (oh, God how I hope that is TRUE) he is hiding out at Neverland.  We haven't seen any new pics of the place, nor mention of it as far as that goes.  It's close to family, but not too close.

On the other hand, wouldn't you think some zealous fans would have tried to scope that out by now?  I know if I lived out in California, I'd at least try.  Could have security out there keeping people out.

I mean, who actually owns it now?

 :?:

Yes what did they need that concrete for?
Don't forget the mentioning of Michael's casket being incased in concrete yet he is "in" a crypt at Forest Lawn. No need for concrete.
I don't like where that is going since I believe HE IS ALIVE.
Darn bummer thoughts invading my happy place!!!!

I Love you  Michael!

I mentioned on another post about Neverland how I went there in January and how you can only go up to the gate and no further.Yes there are security guards keeping an eye on everyone that shows up through a security camera. And believe me that security camera is pointed right at you the whole time you are there. You cannot see the guards  but you can hear them, they sit in a small guard house right inside the gate. I thought they would come out an ask us to leave when we started picking flowers, but they didn't.   We hung around there for about one hour reading the messages that fans wrote on the walls and taking pictures.    Finding Neverland was an adventure in itself.(to long of a story to get into).  But I can say that the residents that we came in contact with were all very friendly and cordial.     Also there were no signs reading Neverland where they used to be. There was a sign reading welcome to Sycamore Valley ranch.        Being there did make me feel close to Michael its an experience that I will cherish in my heart forever.   I would post pictures if I knew how.    :)

I went there about 17 years ago.  I know what you mean about being an adventure to find (lol)  Back then, there was no signs or anything showing the way there.  We had to stop in a video store in town and they told us how to get there.  As I recall, you pass a lot of pasture land and then there is a school back there on the road leading to Neverland.  If you keep going on the road and it leads you up to the top of a hill, you can look down and see it.  But the road gets really windy and narrow.

Anyway, I will treasure my trip there as well.  Didn't get to go in, but at least I sensed where he lived :-)

OOh, exciting to read from some of you having been there! :D
I've been there myself just last December with my friend and it really helped feeling close to Michael. It was around 4 PM when we got there, kind of cold and cloudy, yet as we arrived there, the sun came out. I never forget how beautyfully quiet is was. A real wonderful spot to live.

Anyways, as I got there with my friend, we stopped our car right in front of the gate thinking that nobody lived there ANYway, when suddenly 2 young guards got out of the littel house inside on the right and asked through the gate, if they could be of help. We told them we were just looking around, remembering Michael. They were absolutely OK, nice and KIND of outgoing - yet not too much - and just asked us to move the car away from the entrance (duh!) due to  a lot of coming and going    So I casually said, of course we'd move our car away and then I asked them in a yet again casually mode: ''So there's a new owner then, huh? And they answered, 'No'.   Of course I wanted to know why then there was supposedly so much coming and going when there was no new owner. They just said, they were not allowed to talk about it.  Go figure ...  :? My friend and I just looked at each other like, HUH?!

i also got to think that concrete might also be used for 'protecting' in terms of any rays and stuff. cell phones or any radio waves or whatever cannot be detected through concrete. you would have to use landlines then or internet (skype etc.). concrete makes tracking very difficult.  that could support the theory of michael hiding there...since he said himself, he wouldn't go back there to live, it would be a place where people wouldn't suspect him...just an idea that came to my head... :?

Oh, this sounds interesting!  Why would they not be allowed to talk about anything, if there was a new owner?  Could the new owner have bought the property, but somehow, it is still MJ's as well?  Or, perhaps it never really was sold after all?  It's a all lies of the media and MJ really still owns it?

I have always thought, if he is alive, what better place to hide.  A place where it's thought that he doesn't own, never wants to live there again anyway.

Just seems like Neverland is gonig to figure into a big piece of this puzzle.  Or maybe I am just hoping out loud :-)

Thankyou so much for posting this. Tom Barrack is a shrewd businessman, and this is his next project. His first project was Michael Jackson Live......so this will have to do. The letter is fast work considering it's been only 5 days since MJ died. You just have to wonder why Jermaine really wanted MJ buried at Neverland. Is Thome Thome still around? Perhaps Jermaine had already mooted this idea with Thome and Barrack? Jermaine is the link, no?

I was reading the Rabbi's book and he said in there in a question directed at Michael that Michael had helicopter.  Just really made me wonder about the helicopter's we've seen so far in regards to june 25th and all that medical coroner stuff.

I think if Michael did have helicopters, they we're involved somehow on that day...Just cant quite figure out how or why or what exacly yet.

If there was a new owner, I really dont see how this person could resist bragging about it or for that matter how the story of the sale would have not been sold out to a media source. Especially at a time where the topic is so hot. :?

There is also a hunch I have that is very strong but I have nothing really to back it but I'll share it anyway with you guys. I think there could have been secret rooms that have been built underground right under the living part of Neverland Ranch. I watch a lot of history shows on the history channel and the Freemasons, during the period where they we're freeing black people from slavery, we're building underground secret rooms and tunnels to hide the slaves until they could safely get them out so they could escape. The show also explained how free masons had a secret code of language wich every member could understand. Like : If there is a house with a white cheminee and a clothes line in such a place it's safe to come in.... I dont think that was the exact meaning of it, I really cant remember cause I was still in AWE at the small underground hideout's and tunnels when they we're briefly giving details of their secret language code. And the last detail I remember about the show was that the Masons ans escaped/saved slaves would be on the move through the night. Correct me if I'm wrong please but isn't Michael said to be a freemason? And didn't he like to read up on such stories of our history?

Just remembering the Bel Aire mansion (very ritzy posh with online slide show) that the news article said MJ was considering buying, and there was a underground "bat cave" that really appealed to the 3 kids. Then there was a news artlcle on a home MJ supposed bought in Dubai that also had an underground bat cave or system of living area. Just like the hero in V for Vendetta he lives in an underground large apartment, like Batman. Maybe these articles were hinting instead that Michael was really living somewhere-- in an underground place (like maybe NL?)  Also remember the video posted a while back (maybe on the old MJHD) of these german girls visiting Neverland shortly after his death, and someone delivered a horse -- for Michael to ride around maybe??  MJ owning his own helicopter, could very well be. It would come in handy getting to and from Neverland to places quickly without fans and paps bothering him. There's no runway at NL is there for a jet? Someone said MJ had his own firetruck that he used for things and now helicopter--he has everything for the hoax, coroner van??

But the only thing I thought when I first heard about this with the concrete & flowers is he is buried there  :(
But then I got to thinking & burying someone & making a mausoleum or something wouldn't take 32, 000 TONS of concrete, that's a heck of a lot of concrete!! I got my faith back with that thought  & the security guards, what are they guarding? Better yet who & why?? It's not like anyone can get in, so why are they there all the time? Wasn't this Landing helicopter story at Neverland brought up by TMZ ??

Copters Land at Neverland -- Not Jackson's Body

Posted Jul 7th 2009 9:50PM by TMZ Staff

Michael Jackson Neverland RanchA helicopter landed at Neverland Ranch just a short while ago -- and another just hovered -- but Michael Jackson's body wasn't in either of them.

Here's what we do know: it was part of some kind of interview about the ownership of Neverland, done by a media outlet that will air tomorrow. They requested to use Neverland as the backdrop and permission was granted.

Read more: http://www.tmz.com/2009/07/07/copters-l ... z0hPgj2r0L (http://www.tmz.com/2009/07/07/copters-land-at-neverland-not-jacksons-body/8#ixzz0hPgj2r0L)

so..does anyone had seen this interview? It wasn't the LK interview with Jermain, that was earlier? So anyone knows?

Remember: It's TMZ who brought up the story ;)

what did i say?    they're doin' the roads! neverland is getting a polish-up!   total overhaul!

can't post the pic here (board full!), but there was a recent photo on elusiveshadow.com which is not listed within their neverland photgraphs, i can't seem to find it anymore. it popped up on the side where they show a different pic each time you change the page and i clicked on it without seeing where they stored it. i saved it to my comp, though. it was clearly visible that they had machinery out there to fix the roads, including those concrete delivery trucks. and there were some more pics where you could see that the grounds were recently cleaned and further work is being done. re-opening soon?   i think it would be great if it stayed an amusement park for deprived kids. maybe turn the main house into a 'hotel' for the kids, with theme rooms, kiddie menus, nannies and everything else fun. keep michaeling...

I know Michael had said that Neverland was "tainted", because of the child molestation charges. He was advised from his lawyer to vacate Neverland because of the "attraction it has for children" that he would be opening himself up to future allegations. And I do recall him saying in interviews that he wouldn't return to Neverland. That with the cops searching it, it took away his feeling of being secured, and innosense of the whole home.

Could have been said as part of the hoax, even back then.  What better place to hide?  He stated that he never would return there.   It makes perfect sense to hide out there.   Just to hideout, not to make his permanent home.   Just a thought, nothing to back up the idea.

Or, perhaps the Jacksons are fixing it up as it was before, to make it like a Graceland?  I hope that is not the case.

Could be connected - or I'm reaching - worth a thought though :D

Hey guys, just a couple things to add, and I don't remember where I got this info, if I remember I will update.  The first is that MJ was told to leave Neverland by Mesaro and others of his team because LAPD and Tom Sneddon would NEVER let him rest and would be on his case looking at him with a magnifying glass.  This is why he left.  MJ said he would never LIVE there again but WOULD visit and he also said he would never sell it.  OK, now for the weird thing.  Someone said that you have to be careful of what you say or what you do around neverland because you may think MJ is not around but he has a hiding place (NOT HIS GIVING TREE...LOL) that he can be in the open but hidden and know everything and see everything that is going on...  When I heard that, I thought of some sort of control room, microphones or something.  Video cameras that are in the "open" but concealed...I'm sure he had some way of seeing how his fans were having fun on his property without having to be with them all the time.

This is sort of old, but I googled this to see if there is anything going on at Neverland and it came up with this thread.  Unfortunately, the website is down for maintenance, but I will copy in what google came up with.  Maybe the site will be up later to get the full story.

Shocker: Neverland to open as Graceland-type theme park
Sep 9, 2009 ... the J ackson clan and the owners of Neverland Ranch will be going in together to revamp the place as a Graceland-esque amusement park.

Sounds like another Graceland

what did i say?    they're doin' the roads! neverland is getting a polish-up!   total overhaul!

can't post the pic here (board full!), but there was a recent photo on elusiveshadow.com which is not listed within their neverland photgraphs, i can't seem to find it anymore. it popped up on the side where they show a different pic each time you change the page and i clicked on it without seeing where they stored it. i saved it to my comp, though. it was clearly visible that they had machinery out there to fix the roads, including those concrete delivery trucks. and there were some more pics where you could see that the grounds were recently cleaned and further work is being done. re-opening soon?   i think it would be great if it stayed an amusement park for deprived kids. maybe turn the main house into a 'hotel' for the kids, with theme rooms, kiddie menus, nannies and everything else fun. keep michaeling...

Great idea! You know ''when the cat is not home, the mouses are dancing''
My son would love that, although it's far from Europe, I would take him there....

Who can deny the development going on at Neverland if it really is going on? But Tom Barrack owns this place and was charged with developing it. It could easily be that Barrack is doing just this - developing it?

Ah, come on guys, lets not get catty about it.  We are all fans (unless you are just trolling the site) so lets get along.  Remember the L.O.V.E.

None of us know for a fact, what is going on at Neverland.  All we can go by is...guess what... the media  :o   Some are more legit than others, but all in all, it's the media.

If people want to think he's at Neverland, what's the harm?  He could be.  Hasn't anyone ever heard of changing their minds?  Maybe he said what he said about not living there to throw people off the trail.  Or, maybe he really meant it and he isn't there.  Like somebody else pointed out on here, he said he would never live there, he also said he would still come visit.  Staying there and hiding out could be considered a visit, since it isn't going to be his permanent home.

Hell, he might even really be dead.  I pray not, but there is that dreaded possibility.

So, let's get along.  We are all in the same boat.  We all love him and miss him.  Let's take the adventure as one  :)

When was this picture taken??

If im not mistaken at the bottom left is the bumper car tent... a recent picture showed this falling apart.. so if this is recent then it is being done up on a large scale.

All the records sold following his "death" sure would free up a bit of money to do that..!

hey guys I just found this.  I did a google search for Sycamore Valley Ranch and came across this article.  It seems that while Michael did transfer the deed to Neverland to cover his debt which means the property is no longer in his name, technically he still does own it since he is part owner of the company that bought it.

I know, I was there, but that was before the LAPD  came to  his home and trashed it.By the time the trial was over,Michael had lost that loving feeling for Neverland and said he  would never return and he didn't,but it would have been nice for us fans  to have a place of fantasy created by Michael, peace.

On the link of Haefner's photos, the 2nd photo titled "King of Pop" has a cash register below a painting. The cash register says 'cash'  $4.04. Why would it show an amount? The photo was taken Jan 20,2008.
4.04, maybe April 4th?? Just a thought!

like i said, the pic just popped up  as a 'recent' or new picture in terms of recently posted on that site. i havent't looked at the date it was made and i can't seem to find it there anymore. i just clicked on it and remembered that it was a topic here, so i saved that one. on the other one i saw there, you could see the merry-go-round (covered) and that all the paths around that were very clean, like renovated or newly done. weird... :? it looked to me that they were seriously fixing it up for something...maybe it has something to do with that disney movie 'return to neverland' and they'll use it for some festivity in connection with the movie.

Good find, there is something about this photo. The $4.04 cash and that painting is intriguing, I haven't seen this before. If anyone can enlarge it, that would be good. Finally it was taken in Neverland, which again seems significant.

Didn't someone say an anonymous buyer bought Neverland? Maybe MJ bought it back so that he OWNS all of it again & it's "anonymous" so that nobody will know it's his? He could have easily done that, it would be a great place to hideout, nobody (but us) would suspect it & it is so private nobody would know he's there.

I agree, that would be the perfect hiding place.  Maybe BAM would take place there, down the road  :D What a comeback that would be.  Right in Sneddons face.  I doubt he is in office anymore, but I bet he's still in the county.

Anybody know of any word on Sneddon?  Has anyone interviewed him about the *passing* of MJ?  Just curious how he feels considering all the harassment he has done in the past.

Michael Jackson's 'sworn enemy' over child abuse investigation tells of sadness at his death
Exclusive By Martin Fricker in Santa Barbara 29/06/2009

The man described as Michael Jackson's sworn enemy said yesterday he was saddened by the superstar's death.

Santa Barbara District Attorney Tom Sneddon, 68, twice investigated the singer over child abuse claims - by Jordy Chandler then Gavin Arvizo - and was the main prosecutor in his 2005 trial.

Jackson made no secret of his hatred for Sneddon and accused him of a personal crusade to see him in jail.

The prosecutor got death threats from Jackson fans and was mocked on the HIStory album. The track DS has the lyric: "Dom Sheldon is a cold man" - which sounds like "Tom Sneddon is a cold man".

But yesterday Sneddon told the Mirror: "I'm trying to keep a dignified silence, but obviously it's sad. It's tragic. That's all I want to say."

Tom Sneddon SLAMMED on LIVE TV
Totally agree!  Sneddon should be brought to justice for falsifying evidence!
