Maybe someone who knows about paparazzi would know the answer to this, but I remember reading someplace that often certain photographers followed around certain celebs - like that person is their main job. Given who MJ was, would it be normal for there to be nobody outside of his place two weeks before he goes on tour? It was assumed that he was going to rehearsals and getting everything ready yet he was never photographed leaving or going home or to the rehearsals. No paparazzi were outside of his house that day? There are photos and video of his going to the doctor just about every day in the weeks/months prior yet nothing on June 25th? We have only one suspect photo that a friend/photographer took and he's not seen anyplace else.

Dang, this is a good point!! I never thought about that. Yeah maybe one of us on this forum can research that to see if indeed there was anyone outside of MJ"s house that day. I mean don't they usually camp out somewhere close to MJ's house? You know he could barley get outside without being photographed. Let's see what we can find! :)

if he would have chosen for a natural death ( heart-attack)
it wouldn't be THAT suspicious. The man has worked his whole life etc.
BUT in this story, there are alot of contradictons, things that don't add up.
Things that just make you wonder. The fake ambulance pic, the call,...
those fake 'proofs' aren't made for nothing, it's made for us, to open our eyes!!
This hoax proves that there's something very wrong with the american justice system.
( maybe he wants to refer to his own trial?) a doctor who has killed someone can still be a doctor? a free man? yeah right.
He's just giving clues that this really is a hoax AND that the justice system is BS.
( sorry, but that's just the way it is. )
and ' he doesn't want to be associated with drugs' well here's also an explanation:
He made the song ' morphine' well, that song is about drugs... So it's not that he avoids the subject.
and maybe when this whole truth will finally come out, we will have the proof that he didn't use drugs AT ALL.
and what if he did use painkillers? so what? he was in pain, everyone can have that.
He had health-problems...
and if he really would be that deep, i don't think his children would be so kind, well-mannered,..

I just think it was the most believable cause of death to do with a hoax. Think of the alternatives? Plane crash-too complicated, there would have to be a wreck and a CAA investigation. Terminal illness? less believable and hard to prove House fire? no- others would have to "die" also and this also would be complicated. Car crash? again too complicated. Natural causes? no-one dies of this at 50. Every other method you can think of is not as easy as what he did (or didn't!) "die" of. Some are saying he wouldn't want the world to think he was an addict and reliant on drug but this is the perfect hoax as he is doing what people thought he would not want to do-he has done it and people are saying he would not want to be remembered in this way and that is why it is the perfect way to "die".

if MJ is alive, what I think and one day he comes back, what I hope, and although this will prove once and for all to everybody what the media bins are able to report without any proof.

Because it leaves the door open for speculation and if he reappears, it won't be such a surprise for those who questioned things. If they said he had a terminal disease or he had an accident, at this point the case would be already closed , and it would be more difficult if he decides do reappear.

I think it has something to do with the first hoax in december 2008, where a radio station started to tell that MJ died an drug overdose......maybe the first attempt failed. Or he chose this way again to make us wonder about that..who knows?

i totally agree with you....and it was no secret that he did take pain medication sfter the coke advert...
although i dont believe he was on any drugs before his so-called death....

alvarez said that his phone was still registered with his old employee, which was the hotel. given he's been working for mj for years, this sounds odd to me. usually you change that address in the phone contract, that would mean the hotel was still paying his phone bill, but why would they, if he didn't really make the call from there (gps?)... :? another story with different versions... :roll:

The tributes were probably cancelled because of interest. They probably would have lost money. But who knows.
The funeral was not held after 3 months. It was 67 days, not 90. Money [they went back to court to get more money for the burial] , scheduling issues, investigation, tox reports.
His brain was reported returned to the body.
There was a tox report released.

I think Alberto has good energy. There was no time frame in the report of his history; if it's even true. He may have been young. I would not be concerned at all about him and I'm sure the family isn't - at least not for those reasons. Child services might though. Without getting into a lot of mumbo jumbo about different laws in different places - the last post I made regarding this seems to have been deleted...If he was released because of his background it probably didn't have anything to do with the Jackson's personally. But I don't know child service regualtions there - only where I live. Who knows if he was released because of what he told police about that fateful day, but I doubt it. I'm sure the family already knew what he talked to police about.

The alarm went off next door, not where Michael was. That rumor got start when someone read a blog by a lady that was there that day getting blood work done. I'd give you the link, but I don't remember who she was. It was a complete misquote and she wasn't happy about it because everyone started contacting her. I read her blog myself. It was a misquote. However, a papp probably did it to sneak in.
Jermaine has a lot on his mind. Everyone, at some point makes mistakes when they speak.

Michael ss death certifcate says Mchael Joseph Jackson. When you apply for a ss card, you produce a birth certificate. His birth certificate most likely states Michael Joseph Jackson and he signed one of his childs birth records with his whole name Michael Joseph Jackson instead of using the abbreviation Joe or Jos. One of my grandmother's was born, baptised and recorded at Othile. Yet, she used Adelaide her entire life, including the name entered on her marriage record. Her death record states Laide. Now I know this was a while ago, but even today everything isn't a neat tidy package sometimes. My own records don't say the same thing. It's a case of symantics. It is understood that Michael Joseph Jackson is Michael Joe Jackson [no doubt named after his daddy Joseph-Joe]

An answer to one of the question about the ambulance lights. They WERE on. All of the lights were flashing. Watch it again. They probably turned the sirens on when they got out to the blvd.

When you die, your muscle fibers can no longer engage in actin/myosin cross-linking since ATP is no longer being produced. But whatever stores are left at that moment can be used. So technically your eyes can open or remain shut depending on what state they were in during death. If you sleep with your eyes tightly shut then they will stay shut, but if you sleep with them open they will remain open if you die at that moment. Also if your body remains dead a while before it's found, and decomposition is underway, the lids might retract exposing the sclera (white part of the eye). There are too many factors involved to have a certain answer.

Hello, I am French and thus I do not understand all that he wrote there and I use a translator. But I too believe that the death of M.J is only staged! 2. Why the overall timetable of announcements appeared rushed and unplanned? (The Associated Press announced that Michael will get back on stage at the O2 Arena non the 3rd March, Michael makes the O2 announcement on the 5th March, 10 dates are announced on the 10th March, 14 more dates are added on the 11th March, 26 more dates are gradually added until the tickets sale open on Friday 13th March )
3. Did Michael really pass a medical and who commissioned it - AEG? Robertson Taylor? Other? (Dr David Slavit is said to have performed the medical)
4. Where are the the records from this medical?
5. Was it realistic to expect Michael to create his show in less than 4 months?
6. Which role did Tohme Tohme play in getting those concerts agreed? Was he fired in March as a result of his actions?
7. Leonard Rowe was hired to succeed Tohme Tohme; why did he keep a low profile and was later replaced by Frank Dileo?
8. Randy Philips stated that Michael cried when he told him about the sold 50 concerts, he also said that AEG was not in there for the money and were taking a huge risk on Michael and "if Michael gets too nervous to do it, I'll throw him on my shoulders and bring him on stage, he is light enough."; Why would Randy Philips say such a things and risk coming across as a total bully?
9. Could Ian Halperin have played some role in setting the scene for a "hoax" or did he have genuine inside information on Michael's health?

- What does he know, that we don't?
- Where is he now?

1. The 911 Caller was calling from a hotel, if the 911 caller was calling from a hotel and the 911 caller asked Doctor Conrad Murray if he had seen what happened, then how was the 911 caller and Doctor Conrad Murray BOTH with Michael Jackson if Michael Jackson was suppose to be dead at his house?
This is something that is looked over, but this should be the thing that convinces most that this is a hoax. The question is, WHO is really with Michael Jackson at the house at the time he "died" if the 911 caller was at a hotel with Doctor Conrad Murray?

The commentator speaks of death threats she/others has/have received. Why does she or others get them if she /others isn't/aren't telling the truth?

Hey guys, this is a great thread. I have read through the entire thing and I can't believe that there are still so many unanswered questions. But I came across something on here that I think just might answer two huge questions that we all have and that is if TMZ is involved in the hoax and if they are aware of this forum.
This is posted on page 8 of this thread. If you look at the profile this is the only post this member has ever made. IMO this answers the two questions above. What do you think?

I can only say that to your last question it's a very good question that I've tried to answer for a long time now. First off, Stacy Walker, who was an assistant choreographer in TII, has been working on a show in Europe called "The King of Pop" The Show. Now follow me here...my brother Jon Myron Clark, played the rhythm guitar on the Bad Tour....they were both going to do this show "The King Of Pop", paid for by a company in Switzerland called ACT Entertainment and a German gentleman named Tom Besser.
Ok, now, my brother Jon decided not to do the show so did the "impersonator" and an extremely good friend of mine William Hall. Meanwhile, Stacy Walker, goes ahead and does the show as the "choreographer". My brother Jon Myron Clark, has been listed as the Musical Director for over 8 months now even though he decided not to do the show. I just wonder how Stacy worked this out with Branca and the estate? Hmmmm? Also, Tom Besser is Latoya's agent in Europe and he is the biggest agent in Europe. I still do not know how she pulled this off. Jonathan Moffett longtime drummer for MJJ and under contract for TII along with Dorian Holley sent me emails telling me that a show I have been working on that includes Dorian can not be done until July 2010 because they are locked into contracts. Still wonder how Stacey Walker pulled her deal off with ACT Entertainment.

This pic stands out specifically, because of how the wrist is so thin, in comparison to the scale of the "hand". It does look like it COULD be photoshopped, especially where the wrist ends and the hand begins. Also look at the "thumb joint, as well as the nail bed.

11. Why did RTL(?) pick MJ's death as the one they were going to make for their show? Why did they pick MJ coming out of a coroner's van? Why did they pick quickening breath by the filmer (to indicate surprise) and why did they think to put in a sound of a siren (when it is at the coroner's not a hospital and several people have indicated it is not a German siren)? Why in the geninue pictures of the coroner's van going to the coroner's you can seen someone running down the driveway after the van has entered the building?
12. Why did KO say doubles were used in rehearsals? Why would you need a double for rehearsals?
13. When were the police first informed of the "death" and when was the first time they went to the house? Who went into the room before the police arrived?
14. Where did Dr Murray disappear to after MJ's "death". Where did the bodyguard (the 911 caller) disappear to after MJ's "death"?
15. Why can you hear someone stating some of the questions in the 911 call before the operator asks the questions?
16. Why was the recording of the 911 call released? Who authorised the release of the recording?
17. Why are family members saying the will is a fake? To get more money?
18. Why did they have such a small funeral? Why were the dates for the funeral changed several times?

First of all the man who was clapping at the Grammys (who look like Mr Magoo :lol: )is very familiar to me.I saw him somewere,and this days when I was on Youtube to find things for this HOAX I found a video from Bashir interview.I'm sure that alot of you saw it.It is the one from the Bamby awards,before Michael had to go to receive a award.He was talking to a old man,(a friend of Michael,who I think has connection with the Bamby awards)and Bashir was behind the camera,talking to Michael.I dont say its him 100% but it colud be.

The third and the last is something that a saw on tv(E !ENTERTAINMENT channel),but I hesitate to write here because i didnt want that people here consider me a liar or a lunatic,lol.But with Michael anything is possible.So after the Grammys,it was some hearing for Murray trial,and the family of Michael was there also.I have to say that I dont watch Tv very often,but that day I opened the Tv,and there were news about Murray trial.I was in shock ,believe me when for a couple of seconds they showed the Jackson familly leaving the building and after that THE MEN FROM GRAMMYS ,lol :shock:
HE WAS SMILING and someone from the backround told something like Elvis or Jacksons(I dont rememebr well,sorry)LEFT THE BUILDING.Can you imagine that?????

Your not alone, some people don't believe TMZ gives us clues and some people don't think T.S is an informer...and some people do believe TMZ gives us clues and T.S is an informer, like me.
We all believed in the hoax not because of TMZ clues or T.S being an informer but because of other reasons...if TMZ or T.S were to reveal now that they lied that wouldn't change my opinion of the hoax.
I think...but this is only my personal opinion that MJ faked his death for not just one reason (I think I replied to your question in one of the other threads) but many...if he could do it any other way he would...but I guess it was necessary to do it this way to be able to accomplish what he set out to do.

1. Because it wasn't him. It was La Toya (I think), or Photoshopped out of the picture where Michael got to ambulance when his skin was still black.

This pic stands out specifically, because of how the wrist is so thin, in comparison to the scale of the "hand". It does look like it COULD be photoshopped, especially where the wrist ends and the hand begins. Also look at the "thumb joint, as well as the nail bed.

Even though everyone looks a little younger, I think this picture may be related to the A & E Jacksons Family Dynasty show. Those in the photo were the only ones of the immediate family actually on the program (no Randy, or Papa Joe either). Perhaps an other (unknown) reason this same grouping of family posed for a picture, too. I could be wrong, tho. :roll:

It's been almost a year since I first saw this picture on the net. I found it out on Facebook. Someone sent me the pic and told me that the person who sent her the picture got it from Prince's FB. We talked if that can be a PS, but it doesn't look like a photoshop to me. What do you guys think? Can it be a PS? That looks like MJ's writing though.

I wish we could talk to the nurses & Doctors that was in the emergency room with MJ, DM, ect.....
And the people who had to clean & get the body ready. They would know something..
But it is very surprising to me that they are all silent.
