I remember seeing some threads on MJHD about this most had dismissed it as a photoshop I think. Even if it is, why would TMZ include it in their evidence pictures list? It seems like a huge clue that they put it in with a bunch of other so called evidence. The letter includes 'This is it' in bold and other comments are bolded that are obvious clues.
Here's the link to the picture I'm talking about:

very good point!
the writing has many strange things in itself....
which doctor writes Dear MJ?
the next chapter?
.......... many things

I don't know....for me it looks like a fake or like it was planted to be shot.....
-
It's directly linked off TMZ's site. If it's a real letter made in 2002, it's an obvious clue that 'This is it' was a plan from a long time ago. If it was made later on and photographed it's a clue..
Even though TMZ is a tabloid I really don't think they'd blatantly post a fake letter unless it was meant to be a clue from MJ somehow.

It looks fake to me. The leterhead looks "home-made".
But... here's some info I found on the Center for Regenerative Medicine in Miami...
"The Center for Regenerative Medicine in Miami Beach, Florida concentrates on helping arthritic and injured people to get back to a functional level of life and their activities using non-surgical techniques and Orthopedic medicine. The center's expertise is in spine, knees , shoulders and other cartilage damages. We have developed non-surgical and rehabilitation techniques focused on treatment and management of joint pain."
"The Center for Regenerative Medicine includes a team of dedicated professionals, with access to Digital imaging, X-Ray and necessary orthopedic equipments. Major players including Global icons, world champions, sports legends, Pro athletes, amateur athletes, dancers and people with just plain arthritis come to the Center for regenerative medicine from around the world for non-surgical orthopedic care , using our facility to improve their conditions."
The photos are pretty strange...

Fake or not my point is.. it's on TMZ's site. Why would they fake a random letter? It's not like this is on some forum posted by a random person. It's some sort of clue or blatant attempt by TMZ to mess with people.
I'm leaning toward blatant clue. Thanks for looking up the centers info.

In the letter, it says "you belong to the TOPS," I wonder what TOPS stands for? It sounded odd to me. Maybe doing a search for the word or initials, TOPS, will bring something up?
-
5 - 7 day program?? 5 to 7 months for the truth?? :?

Hey guys! Look what I`ve found! I guess TOPS really means something  :
