Why isnt there ANYTHING going on at the 02 arena in August. I called and the fella was totally clueless said he didnt know. Maybe doing maintenence or something.
Yet they even have stuff booked for 2011 already. But nothing happening for the month of August?

That is weird. Rod Stewart is playing on the 28th July then there's nothing until 4th September.
You'd think they would have SOMEONE to play.

This is strange.
A couple of months ago I had started a thread about this as July to September was blank.
I checked a couple of weeks later and the calendar was quite full.
And now August is empty again? I hope I saved the details last time. Searching my hdd for any traces of info.

so we don't see what really is prepared.

Glad you started this thread. I had been checking their calendar for the past couple of months and thought it was strange too that the end of the summer there is nothing booked. Is there anyway we can check if they are having some kind of maintence done or something to that effect? We need to look at all possibe reasons before jumping to conclusions. Have there been any mention of something like this in the media in London?

I haven't been on here in a while, I've had my exams.
I am going to the O2 on Saturday for a concert.. so I will have a look and see if the posters and life size images etc are still there from the MJ exhibition I attended a couple of months ago. Hopefully, I will come back with some interesting news.
It will be so weird being inside the O2 knowing that he would have been there <3

I WENT TO THE O2, AND ASKED A MEMBER OF THE STAFF WHY NOTHING WAS BOOKED FROM JULY UNTIL THE 14TH OF AUGUST... THEY SAID!!..
"I'm really sorry but we can't comment on secret upcoming events.
Now I'm sure that normal staff wouldn't know of anything this big if MJ was to be coming back.... but they might have been told what to say.. i mean they know people are gunna ask questions!
Apart from that though, nothing else. All of the pictures and stuff had gone and his items obviously no longer there :(
The whole concert I just kept imagining it him being on that stage, so close. <3

Read the link there's functions going on the rest of August. Nothing hidden or top secret, no MJ.

But NOTHING in the O2 arena!!! Whatever it means, it's very ODD. When you look at Sept, there's an event in the O2 almost every day. So either they're seriously cleaning (why would they say secret events going on?) and then they should state it somewhere, or else it's higly suspicious. Time will tell :shock:
