Wasn't Jermaine talking about another tribute to Michael, way back when, to be held on September 25?  Then he changed the date to October.

9+25+2+0+1+0 = 37.  A couple of interesting facts about "37" and Michael Jackson:
- there were 37 concerts in Michael Jackson's "Victory Tour" in summer 1984;
- Michael Jackson's album "Thriller" was #1 for 37 weeks on the Billboard album chart (You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login).

Ok, quick recalc: 9+27+2+0+1+0 = 39.  3 goes into "3" once, and into "9" 3 times = "13."
