I think they are trying to discredit every witness in this case, so that it will all go down to two people who know what happened there, one of them being "dead". Case solved; not enough evidence to go to trial. It's "he said, dead guy ( would have) said".

Kai said something different in her inetrview before and if I remember correctly, she was also questioned by police and said the same things. Now in court she says something completly different. Same with the bodyguard.

The rest of the witnesses, who weren't present in the house at the time of death, they can stick to their stories cause it doesn't really matter.  

I don't think this will ever stand trial. And even if it does...some many evidence is missing that it would be impossible imo to prove beyond a reasonable doubt.
