SMOKING GUN IN MICHAEL JACKSON'S DEATH

A girlfriend of Dr. Conrad Murray's at the time of Michael Jackson's death just established for prosecutors Murray waited around 25 minutes after noticing MJ was lifeless before calling 911.

Sade Anding -- who was in Houston the day MJ died -- testified she received a call from Murray at around 12:30 PM.   It's unclear if she was referring to Pacific or Central time.

But there is only one call in the phone records from Murray to Sade, and that's at 11:51 AM PT.

Sade says Murray was asking her how she was doing and she started talking about her day.  She spoke for a few minutes and realized Murray wasn't on the phone anymore.

Sade then said she heard commotion, as if the phone was in his pocket, and heard "coughing and voices."

Sade estimates the entire call lasted 5 minutes.

The 911 call wasn't made until 12:21 PM PT, which means -- if Murray did indeed first realize MJ was in distress at around 11:55 AM PT -- there was a long delay in sounding the alarm.

 "coughing and voices"
? IF that's true, who was Murray talking to? He couldn't be talking to himself..and if MJ was dead, who else was in the room?
I hate it how TMZ leaves out the most interesting part of the statement...who's voices and what did the say? Because I'm sure the prosecutor asked that too.

Sade - Soldier Of Love lyrics
I've lost the use of my heart
But I'm still alive
Still looking for the life
The endless pool on the other side
It's a wild wild west
I'm doing my best

I'm at the borderline of my faith,
I'm at the hinterland of my devotion
In the frontline of this battle of mine
But I'm still alive

I'm a soldier of love.
Every day and night
I'm soldier of love
All the days of my life

I've been torn up inside (oh!)
I've been left behind (oh!)
So I ride
I have the will to survive

In the wild wild west,
Trying my hardest
Doing my best
To stay alive

I am love's soldier!

I wait for the sound
(oooh oohhh)

I know that love will come (that love will come)
Turn it all around

I'm a soldier of love (soldier of love)
Every day and night

When Sade published this song, I immediately thought of Michael and how they would fit so well.
I immediately thought she was one of his messengers.
I love her music for always.

that song is named "Skin"

When I found out this love's undone

I was like a gun, sure as it was over

Felt like nothing good could come

Sure as it's gonna play and play

Like Michael back in the day

I'm gonna peel you away

Now as I begin to wash you off my skin

I'm gonna peel you away

'Cause you're not right within

I love you so

Sometimes love has to let go

So this time don't think it's a lie

I say goodbye

Now as I begin to wash you off my skin

I'm gonna peel you away

'Cause you're not right within

Now it's time to wash you off my skin

Now as I begin, it couldn't be right

'Cause you're not right within

I say goodbye

The name "Michael" appears, but I can find no hint anywhere that actually Michael Jackson is meant in that line.

Okay what's up with this!

Sade Anding has never been mentioned by name before.

Nicole Alvarez was the girlfriend that has been reported and we assumed these were Nicole Alvarez's statements but apparently not.

Dr. Murray was on a cell phone with his girlfriend from Houston between 12:03 and 12:13 PM on June 25, 2009 -- the day Jackson died.

Sources say the girlfriend told LAPD detectives about 5 minutes into the call, she heard Dr. Murray abruptly drop the phone and then heard him administer CPR. The girlfriend said there was no indication Dr. Murray knew anything was amiss before dropping the telephone.
http://http://www.tmz.com/2009/11/10/michael-jackson-dr-conrad-murray-propofol-cellphone-cell-phone-call-lapd/

Another thing in regards to this. It is being reported that Murray had 2 cell phones that these records are coming from.

Phone Company
Two workers who represent the phone companies testified that in the hours around Michael's death that Conrad Murray was texting and calling people. One of the witnesses was Harry Daliwal, an AT&T area manager (iPhone) and the other person was Jeff Strohm who works for Sprint Nextel. .

* Conrad Murray had used two cellphones that day, an I-Phone and a Sprint cellphone.
* Records show 26 cellphone activities from 6:30am to 4:03pm.
(why tells us until 4:03 pm (= 7) we only need to know up until 911 was called if this is what is relevant. How many calls were made that morning until 911 called and then how many after because the originally said Murray made 3 calls?)

* They declared that Conrad Murray NEVER called 911
* Two of those calls were made at 12:03 and 12:04 PM
* Conrad Murray also sent text messages at 12:15, 12:18 and at 12:53.
* Conrad Murray also called his girlfriend Nicole Alvarez. The record shows that this call was made at 1:08 PM
* Harry Daliwal also said that it is possible to recover the contents of text messages, but that he does not know how to do this.
(you would think that this would have been done alreday!)
http://http://www.justice4michaeljackson.com/day03.php

Now supposedly Murray is on the phone with this Sade Anding from 11:51 - 11:56 then he drops the phone and she hears all this commotion but...

Conrad Murray's Call Before Michael Jackson 911
2/16/2010 1:42 PM PST by TMZ Staff
Minutes before Dr. Conrad Murray realized Michael Jackson was in deep distress, he left a voicemail for a patient about his heart scan.

News of the World published the voicemail, in which Dr. Murray informed Bob Russell about his heart scan.

Dr. Murray left the voicemail at 11:54 AM.

TMZ broke the true timeline story -- that Dr. Murray called his girlfriend from Houston at 12:03 PM the day Jackson died -- 9 minutes after he left the voicemail for Russell.

AUDIO at link
http://http://www.tmz.com/2010/02/16/conrad-murrays-voicemail-michael-jackson-911-lapd/

TMZ claims to have the true time line for these calls but apparently not.

Okay so Murray is talking to this girlfriend with one phone and he calls the patient and leaves a message with the other phone, 3 minutes into the conversation with his girlfriend. Now Murray is still talking to his girlfriend and the patients voicemail...at the same time. This is  not texting but actually talking and the voicemail message is 23 seconds long. Murray hangs up from this call and his girlfriend never heard him leave this message for the patient. Then 1 minute and 37 seconds later he drops the first phone after noticing that Michael is in trouble.

Seriously this comedic.

All of these inconstancies about the phone calls has me thinking back to something. Remember the post about whether we heard time or talent in the trailer for "this is it". Some people heard the word time and some heard the word talent.

http://http://michaeljacksonhoaxforum.com/phpbb2/viewtopic.php?f=0&t=13541&p=242430&hilit=time+talent#p242430

This is what I hear Michael saying in that clip:

"This is an adventure, a great adventure. You want to show them TIME, like they've never seen before".

Audio file

http://http://www.zshare.net/audio/81007333ae95e3a4/

Maybe this is part of the "time" we are supposed to be noticing. I know that this was controversial when I originally posted it but I still hear the "time" and have since the TII trailer was released.

@0:50 seconds
[youtube:1ei300sd]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zUniG6F_RzY[/youtube:1ei300sd]

I just was reminded of that by all this so I thought I would post it. If you don't agree with me that is totally fine.

The gun in the title brings back the gun bag at the prelim (it had a printing on it: "medical equipment" if I recall right):

20110104_18-59 UTC gun bag.jpg[/attachment:hbzsidt1]

This was sooo staged and so well arranged - the doc explaining propofol dosage "Getting over, Going under" - like a roller-coaster, the gun bag, the aircraft poster "no justice no peace", the camera holding on NOTHING happening "focus on nothing"  - this is such a multilayer storybook that I stand amazed at times.

Sade Anding has got to be a reference to Sade indeed - "Soldier of Love" was discussed previously and "Skin" deserves another look, I indeed find the Gun and Michael reference in the song interesting!
There are many artists taking part in this performance Art production and Sade must be one of those - another look at LSW Genesis video is worthwhile I think!  ;)

The name of Sade Anding came from the court day 3 proceedings I think - examination of detective Dan Myers (unofficial script below) - the name is mis-spelled there and there is no reference to her relationship with Murray... So I don't know whether more was said today!

Quote
Examination of Detective Dan Myers

Employed at LAPD. Currently work in Robbery Homicide. Lead investigator.

Examination of Dr. Murray’s cell phone calls. Dr. Murray had 2 cell phones in his name. Is that correct? Yes.

He examined the cell phone records provided by the vendors. Focused the phone activity of June 25th 2009, from midnight 6/24h through the conclusion of 6/25. Yes I did.

What was the purpose of contacting the phone numbers. To identify the person or persons who were dialed.

Dr. Conrad Murray Impostor Exposed
2/12/2010 11:33 AM PST by TMZ Staff

There is someone pretending to be Dr. Conrad Murray -- asking his fans for prayers and support -- but TMZ has learned it's a fraud.

Just one day after the real Dr. Murray appeared in court to face an involuntary manslaughter charge in the death of Michael Jackson, a person using a Twitter account under the name DrConradMurray left the following message:

"Please consider that I too am a father, do not judge or condemn me until you have walked in my shoes. Please pray for my family"

But it's all a hoax:
TMZ spoke to a rep for Dr. Murray's lawyer who told us, "It is 100 percent fake. He doesn't even have a smart phone."

* Conrad Murray had used two cellphones that day, an I-Phone and a Sprint cellphone.

iPhone rules smartphone roost
July 14, 2010
More consumers will be buying a smartphone in the next three months than ever before. And the big winner, by a big margin, is the super-achieving Apple iPhone.

So who owns the iPhone?

And is this two phones in his hand or a phone and an iPod or something else?

We only live once. Since we are given the gift of life, it should be a persistent endeavour to immortalize ourselves, no matter what field of endeavour we choose\' .. Michael Jackson

11:18am lasted 32 minutes, call made to Vegas.
11:49am lasted 3 minutes, call to area code unknown.

11:18 plus 32 minutes makes it...11:50, right? so how was the next call made at 11:49?

The timeline is not showing us from which phone, each call is being placed from.

Phone Company

* Conrad Murray had used two cellphones that day, an I-Phone and a Sprint cellphone.
* Records show 26 cellphone activities from 6:30am to 4:03pm.

Wouldn't that mean that CM was on two cellphones at the same time or someone else was on the other phone?
