Jermaine Slams Back Against TMZ

Jermaine Jackson Entertainment released the following statement today:
Jermaine Jackson slammed back from Europe at TMZ’s web article’s characterization of him as a deadbeat dad today and stated:  "TMZ never gets it right, the media always pulls this kind of stuff when I’m away, and I take care of my kids and my family.”  Jackson’s family law attorney, Jeff Sherter, Esq., stated in response to the TMZ article: “Jermaine does have his drivers license, he is a committed and devoted father, pays for his children's expensive private school and food, his ex-wife is moving from the Mansion to be put up in an upscale condo and not to the streets, and the TMZ article is a selective report of pleadings that misrepresent the proceedings, facts and final outcomes of the case and should not be considered or evaluated in the context of isolated court papers reflecting only one snapshot of a one-sided and inaccurate portrayal that is part and parcel of nastiness that may overcome any litigation.” Jackson’s Entertainment Attorney Bret D. Lewis, Esq. stated that Mr. Jackson is considering legal action for defamation against TMZ.

"TMZ never gets it right"...

I think the TMZ story about Jermaine really has to do with the hoax.  Jermaine is outwardly angry at TMZ but it was part of the plan - for TMZ to possibly report something that is untrue - like Michael's "death".

It makes a lot of sense that TMZ is doing this - it proves a point.  Jermaine has a key role in the hoax, so does TMZ - it's all part of the bigger picture.  With Michael directing behind the scenes.

I can imagine that it is not only TMZ that writes about the Jacksons, and posts all the crazy stories. But the fact that it is not the first time Jermaine turns to TMZ in particular looks a bit suspicious, it is like he deliberately forces ppl to look at TMZ.

Mmm, weird.. I don't see any statement on Jermaine Jackson Entertainment.com. The source is Jackson-source.com, which is a fan-site. Looks like Jermaine is saying to all Jackson-fans don't believe this, but at the same time he's drawing attention to TMZ, probably to make the fans more aware of TMZ, because TMZ has an important role in the hoax.

This is GREAT actually. The purpose of the hoax is to convince the leeches that he's truly deceased.  His loved ones are also supposed to proceed with life as they would. Honestly, it sort of works out in Jermaine's favor, hence the money woes and drama.  We all know that there is no such thing as bad publicity.
