I know its old ground and we have talked about it all so much but this makes you think yet again what they did and how they made one or two mistakes

Thanks for posting, we've been talking about all this for ages but when someone like the guy in this video explains it the way he does with the vids switching back and forth it makes it all the more obvious, I wish all the non-beLIEvers could see videos like this and give their explanantion, they'd have to have pretty vivid imaginations to come up with one!

In a world filled with despair, we must still dare to dream.  And in a world filled with distrust, we must still dare to believe.

I can explain the building at the back of the chairs illusion.

FL is on a STEEP HILL and the road by Holly Terrace is very steep and sweeps to the right.  Therefore, the perception of shots from the ground will look very different from shots from the air.
The building you see from the shots on the ground is actually the archway that the bus came under.  Yes, the road is long and it looks closer in the photograph, but that is because of the steep incline of the road.

I was shocked when i went to FL and saw this myself.  I cant really explain to you just how steep this hill is.  I still havent figured out how the people sat on the chairs on that road, as it is very steep.

Remember when Prince got out of the vehicle and stumbled?  People speculated it was because he was sleepy.  It wasnt..  he stumbled because of how steep the hill is.

Yes, it really is interesting how the ariel shot can look so different - as you cannot see the hills from the air. xxx

Exactly.
I was going to post that the only thing this video taught me was that the creator has no idea about perspectives in film.  The angles make things seem different than they are.
I've seen my neighborhood and my place of work from the air many times and they look completely different than when you are down at level.  Add in the fact that video equipment squeezes everything down to 2 dimensions, it can play tricks on the eyes.

So DancingTheDream, are you totally ruling out greenscreen for the funeral, or is it still a possibility because you say the road where they all sit is too steep an incline for that?  Also telephoto lens always made further away objects appear closer which would account for the 3-way in the road and the overpass structure, compressing the distance.

I dont think it was green-screened.  I think they were really there.

I am puzzled as to how they all sat on those chairs, as the hill is very steep and the chairs would be at an uncomfortable angle.   :?
