When i used to work at a dental practice we would always fit a plastic cover over the prepared stump while waiting for the crown to come back.I can`t see any dentist letting a patient go out with just stumps.

This song truly expresses MJ's life, profoundly. MJ said he loved the BeeGees and was influenced by them.

To me it doesn't look like a lighting problem and he also didn't get his teeth done, because they were perfect before and after this interview. So I think Mr. Jackson was wearing a prothesis, to create magic, an illusion, and to confuse us viewers a little bit.

every time I hear this song from the Bee Gees I cry. You know this song fits Michael to a T. I am crying again.

I already debunked the crowns theory. You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login However, Grace, you do make a good point that the first video could be a MJ double who was preparing to get his teeth done just like MJ's. Sounds "off the wall" but anything is possible in this hoax.

It also could be simply a very poor quality video. I don't want to rule that out but it is odd to say the least. I wonder if there's anyway we can test that theory. Hmm... Here are some other poor quality footage of MJ. It's hard to find the same type of quality as the first video but I'm trying.

From these videos, it looks like quality of the video should not hamper the appearance of a person's teeth but if someone as a better example to truly debunk or prove it, that would be great. Thanks.

Now that I think about it since MJ was a prankster what if he was simply wearing some fake teeth to mess with the interviewer in the first video.  It almost look like they could be the fake teeth that people wear on Halloween.  It also looks like a bump was place on his lip and something with the nose.  He could have done it as a joke and the interviewer was too goofy to say anything or notice.  I could actually see him doing something like that.  MJ had perfectly straight teeth so that's the only other reason I could think of his teeth looking that way.

it also seems to me that he keeps his mouth more closed and makes an effort not to smile. might be difficult to keep these things in place or something. can't figure out the nose though as that little indentation seems to show up quite often in the future pictures. makeup maybe?

Hey who knows maybe he was just in the mood to have some fun.  Maybe he did it just to mess with the interviewer.  Maybe he was testing out some fake teeth for a future disguise.lol

I found a moment in the first video where his teeth don't look as bad as for example at the moments friendlikeme81 showed us.
And watch his collars: the metal things at the tip of them look just as bad on the first video as his teeth. They look black on the top.

Great point. Thanks for this. There still is some difference, obviously with his nose but that could've been pre and post surgery. I'll be neutral about this for now. This does prove that it could've been the video quality though.
