I got this from another site so no credits for me, but I thought it was worthy to share with you guys!

Why I think it's likely Michael faked his death

This isn't meant to be disrespectful in anyway, if anything it could be
viewed as a form of denial because of my love for said individual. Either
way, these are the points behind my argument.

1) Michael is the type of high profile celebrity who would fake their
death, to finally escape all the years of tabloid headlines, and live
in peace.

2) His public image had been ruined, what a perfect way to change it into
something where people love and miss him again.

3) What a strange coincidence that he'd die only days before his tour that was
going to be his last tour.

4) What a strange coincidence that he promised his fans that this last
tour was his 'final curtain call' - when that's a term people use for
death.

5) What a strange coincidence that Michael Jackson's live in doctor would
disappear at the exact same time! If Michael was going to disappear that's
the exact person he'd need to be with him!

6) People disappear all the time, our own government assists in this
disappearance, it's called the witness protection program. Michael had
more than enough 'pull' through money and fans, (two billionaires he had
just befriended) and it would be an easy task to accomplish.

7) It wouldn't have been hard to pay off people involved, or choose
actors to play the roles (paramedics and otherwise).

8) He is no stranger to pulling fake medical situations, many consider
his collapsing before an HBO special in 1995 to be 'cold feet.'

9) Ask yourself this, why would reports of the singer's death take so
long to confirm?

10) There is an enormous financial fall-out as a result of his "death"
and one could see it being instrumental in paying off debt and making money.

11) Medical records of death, as well as autopsy photos can all be
easily faked, we live in the day of fake nude photoshop pictures and
money can buy signatures.

12) Even though many could argue he wouldn't leave his children and
family, it's easy to see why he would see the benefit in doing so.
His disappearance would leave them with the legacy of his work instead
of the negative publicity they all have had to live with so far.

13) It's not impossible to simply 'stay in hiding,' and have someone do all
your basic shopping, etc. for you. He was already barely seen in public as is,
it wouldn't be a huge change.

Makes sense..don't think he would leave the children he wanted for so long though...and if he plans to keep in touch with them at some point he would be found out. Interesting that more and more ppl DO think he faked it though.

Same thoughts here!

Definitely makes sense and thanx for posting it but aside from all the other references as to why he did it...I also don't think he would have left his children behind and definitely he didn't do it to live a "peaceful" life...If living in peace means having to hide, having to watch his every move and steps, living practically as a prisoner in his own home for the rest of his life for fear of being found...then faking his "death" to get away makes no sense at all. At least it doesn't to me! ;)

if he didnt have children id say he would never come back ,but i think he will return when he is ready he needs to be with those kids and you cant sneak around forever, and the death would have been a lot cleaner ,more believable if he did not want to return

The best write up yet concerning the "hoax" as far as I am concerned. Many are saying that he cannot be without the children but they are hardly seen in public so their whereabouts apart from a few odd occassions is unknown so maybe he sees them on a regular basis and dont forget they can keep in touch nowadays via webcam etc and who better to entrust them to than his Mother Katherine. The kids are older so maybe he waited until they were old enough to understand the situation especially Prince and Paris and younger siblings seem to go along with and look up to older ones. Is all very feasable to me. I also do not think there is any possibility of him returning.

Hello, I agree with most you said, except the two points above:

I really doubt he would leave his children for profit or to reinvent his image
- I don´t think he protected them for years just to abandon them now permanently.

And like you say: he was already barely seen - so if his intention was to live private, there is no need to start a media spectacle like that.
That´s why my read is: stay tuned, folks!  ;)

Well i have 2 answers: 12)I don't think he could leave them forever he wanted them so badly he could not just up and leave them like that.He loves them entirely too much. But he possibly could be seeing them but he can't sneek around going to see them all the time. And for 13) It definitely is not impossible for Michael to stay in hiding which lots of people have mentioned above we hardly see him anyway BUT we know eventually he's going to get tired of sneeking around everywhere he goes trying to hide from everybody and he's gonna wanna just go around freely  so that's why i believe it's possible he could come back i have a feeling we are going to see him again. We will see him again when he's well rested and ready to come back because just look at the way he died he would not wanna leave us like that and i know that for a fact. THIS DEFINITELY IS NOT IT!!!!! :D  :D  :D

Sun comes up on this new morning
Shifting shadows, a songbird sings
And if you feel alone, I'll be your shoulder
With a tender touch, you know me so well

Have just read again all your remarks about members stating he would not leave his children. How do we know he has? we dont see them much, could be that they are with him, see him a lot or are in constant touch with webcam etc.
Most Fathers are at work everyday and don't get to see as much of their childrens very early years as Michael did,he had the privilidge of being there whenever he wanted in those very early years which lets face it are the most important and his two elder children will be soon grown up. Also am not meaning to knock him at all but he was not the sole carer-he had a nanny, can't somehow see Michael up to his elbows dealing with a soiled nappy or making up a night feed in the middle of the night balancing a screaming baby on his hip!
We are in no position to know what he will or will not do. We do not even know the reason for the hoax so how can we know? So all those of you who are saying he would not leave his children are assuming he was either in great danger and in witness protection or he is dead, there is no other choice if you say he cannot leave his children.

This sounds very possible to me. It makes logical sense. While I do agree with HarleyBlonde I would never be so bold to say what Michael would or wouldn;t do regarding leaving his children. Personally, I don't believe he has left them perhaps physically but not in communicating. I am sure they talk to their dad all the time. Perhaps the kids have seen him since he went away June 25th. Afterall, we haven't seen them at all. The media keeps replaying the scene from the Memorial when they are all on stage at the Staple Center. I said months ago that MJ had the money and friends to fake his death. PPl with money can do anything and I am not likely to think otherwise. I also don't believe he will come back, not as a performer anyway. I believe if he does come back he will be another John Landis/Stephen Spielberg. Afterall, he's doing a heck of job with this 6 month movie HOAX! Keep the Faith! 8-)

If the goal is their welfare in all senses, a loving parent can do everything for his/her children. Instead of a life full of media intrusions and all kind of lies , Michael chose to disappear for a while, even if this disappearance would have meant to leave his children . But I'm sure they know their father will be back soon otherwise they would cry rivers at memorial when all fans were crying and emotional words have been spoken(I did it...a lot!!!) ,and at funerals when they could say good-bye to their father. Therefore it's inappropriate to affirm that Michael would have never left his children. In a normal situation, of course he wouldn't. But that wasn't a normal situation. It was about a huge debt (if any) to be paid, it was about lower and lower sales and , why not, lower and lower fan interest.
So, I totally agree with your post,Missyb007, thank you for your interesting thoughts.

When it comes to chose between real death forever be apart from children or leave them for a while for future benefits, I would say Michael might left children because of no other alternative. So, they are with his mother but under constant instruction and control of their lives by Michael may be overseas.
But it is also possible that MJ is hiding simply next to his children. I went to Encino house hoping to find some clues, at the home with cameras, security alarms, and high gates, and sign "no visitors allowed, private property " you may hide even Osama Ben laden :D . So, how do we know Michael is not there?  ;)

Although I am fanatically with Michael's hoax based on so many facts, clues, and unanswered questions, however 1 questions I want to get most reasonable answer on:" What MOTIVE Michael has to do the HOAX?"Not financial, not threat, not 50 concerts instead of 10, not weak health, for all those reasons, he could take time out or retire. Why DEATH HOAX?
If we find an undoubtful answer on this question, then Michael is alive for 1000%, for now it is 999,99%.  :)
