Who is Michael Kane? MJ's Business Manager?

Has anyone heard of "Michael Kane, MJ's Business Manager" before this TMZ article came out that says "Michael Kane, Michael's business manager, is listed as co-owner"??

I googled "Michael Kane Michael Jackson" and (besides the links I list below) the only thing I got for the first 5 pages was links to this TMZ story.  I didn't search beyond page 5.  It reminds me of Conrad Murray.  Never heard of him before June 25, 2009.

under "Other Crew" you can find  "Michael Kane" as "business manager - Michael Jackson"

But if you go to the IMDB page for "Michael Kane" you find
NOTHING except the 2009 credit for "TII"

Also, at this blog link, a "Michael Kane" is listed as "accountant for the MJ estate and MJ" in relation to an upcoming trial with the MJ Estate and Heal the World

On "This is It Live Show Credits" he is listed under "Michael Jackson Management and Advisors" in between FRANK DILEO  and DR. TOHME R. TOHME!

So who is this guy and has anyone ever heard of him before now? Why would he be listed as "co-owner" of the Encino house?
