Jury may see Jackson autopsy photos

Prosecutors want jurors in the involuntary manslaughter trial of Michael Jackson's doctor to see images of his superstar patient while both alive and dead.

In motions filed, they asked to use video clips from the concert movie This Is It to show the singer was in good health, engaged in planning his concert tour and had every reason to live.

They say this would contradict defence claims that star took his own life.

Prosecutors also want to use limited autopsy photos of Michael to prove that although thin, he was in excellent health. They say the photos would not be gruesome.

But defence lawyers for Dr Conrad Murray say the photos would inflame the jury's emotions.

Murray has pleaded not guilty.

Jury selection resumes on May 4 and motions are to be argued later this week.

So if photos of him "dead" will be shown, they might show MJ himself instead of a dummy.

Right, they won't be gruesome because it probably will be one of those  cadaver "stage dummies" someone posted pics of.  HOW ON EARTH if this were real, wouldn't it be gruesome to see Michael Jackson's autopsy pictures???  Come ON!!

It will not be MJ. Murray does not want to show those pictures, because he knows it is not Michael.  :lol:

Michael isn't living on an island or cave so he could easily come for some pictures of him "dead". So if we see the edited autopsy pictures of him, don't freak out. That won't mean he is dead.

Some people are pretty friggin' amazing at using photo editing softwares.. :ugeek:

Well, let's hope a living Michael was used for the photos because otherwise it can't be cute. No dead body looks healthy after being in the deep freeze for as long as that body was. Just sayin'...

According to TMZ two photos WILL be shown in court - one clothed and one not. Will the world get to see them and will this be THE HUGE clue that it was not MJ who died that day???

I think that will be the BIGGEST give away from the hoax point of view.
Since the trial will be shown on TV does anyone know if it will stream live or be on TV in Australia?
