very Off day
May 03, 2011, 11:14:00 PM
crash/

On Ebay, I Brought this MJ Frame, $20 + $17 package, the frame like normal frame you see, 40x50 or so, and glass in middle, and packaging for $17 was thin layer on bubble wrap and cardboard on front, stating my address. Of Course In transaction, the glass was broken, cause of poor packaging, and Post Office, where i go pick things up in mail, do not have any Fragile Service, so things, that may get broken or is fragile, they are no responsible for nothing that may occure crash/

I been messaging this seller, about what to do, and refunds, and all he responded with, "How can i packed it any better then i have" "i Have sent over 30 before and yours was first to be broken"  "Sounded like some1 may dropped it" Mind you completely avoiding the answer i want, about refunds and stuff.

Also When i went measure the glass on frame in Post office, this other lady worker, there, looked @ frame, pullying all sorts faces at it, like there was something wrong  with me buying an MJ frame or it being MJ related, like i was some weirdo or something i dont know, it Just all Horrible Situation, and it has gotten really to me errrr

And of course me walking home, thinking about it all, nearly walked in front of a car, going past, and to replace the glass will cost about same as i had brought it. I payed Through Bank Deposit and not Pay Pal, so not covered through Buyer Protection.

Maybe best to just give up on a refund and get the glass fixed. Quicker and much less drama. And take care on the roads. You know how hooning is a national passtime down under.  :(

There is probably nothing you can do...but at school I learn about law and it was about the kinda thing you were talking about...if you look at the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and the Sale of Goods Act [1958] there are laws that protect consumers (I don't know if that includes Ebay) so if your product was damaged during delivery you can get a refund...I guess you could read up on that and talk to the seller again, use all these big legal terms and hopefully they will give you a refund...

...but RK's right...it's a lot of trouble to try to get a refund...I guess that's why it's always good to know your rights...just incase.

And don't forget to STOP, LOOK, LISTEN and THINK  when crossing the roads. lolol/

It says here i have right to receive a refund, assuming, the cost comes from the company returning it.

So then make them give you a refund.

Post Office Blame The packaging, which led to breakage, and they clam they dont have fragile service's
Seller claims he sold many before, without any problems, so i have suffer for it

 crash/

Post office lack of care for the product? or Seller fault for not providing a proper packaging for the frame, and there fore i didn't receive the item as described on ebay, and i could make a claim?

As you can notice, i cant leave things way they are, cause i dont want something like this repeat some else, and feel they cant do nothing about it.
