Wow, that's a long read. Thank you for sharing.

I feel like this guy is honestly recalling the day Michael Jackson died, it doesn't seem rehearsed or memorized. And that bothers me.
Although I would love to say Michael is alive, I really think this man is being honest.

The only part I thought sounded suspicious was when they had to clarify that Michael was in fact in the ambulance.  8-)

i kind of get a little bit of a feeling from some of the defense lawyer questioning like the body guards could have perhaps done a bit more to insure that things went better throughtout this whole scene. wouldn't you think body guards would know cpr and also they would work as a team to insure that the person they were working for was taken care of? also they mention the hands and feet being blue. does anyone remember call of the wild? do you remember that they said something about michaels hands being blue last they saw him or something.  also it almost seems the lawyer was on his soapbox about things like not taking people to the hospitial kind of thing. i don't know if i am making the point very well. maybe it is just the lawyers job to make it look like someone else could have done more and make it easier on his client , if this all is in deed real.   anyway you cut it there are things in this whole thing that just don't add up.

Wow hesouttamylife.....this is awesome....thank you for posting it.
This goes right along with a post I did about HIPPA and that Ambulance Report 902-M.  A few things I have to wonder about:
-Michael was just then being placed on the floor when they walked in...how is that?  In the 911 call tapes the operator says they are a couple of minutes away and to call back if need be (they then hang up).  During the 911 they told them to get him on the floor and do CPR.  Michael should have already been on the floor at the time he walked in. 
-To me it truly sounds like they did not recognize him as Michael Jackson.  They go on and on about how the person looked very ill and hospice-like.  He did say he knew what Michael looked like.  Yet, there seems to be a total lack of identification during the call. 
-Why does he refer to Murray as: the Good Doctor...a couple of times in the transcript.  That just sounds creepy!
- He talked about how many people were outside....made it sound like there were hundreds.  We know that crowds at Michael's house June 25th were relatively small.  We can see that in the video.


Overall....I know reading a transcript like this can indeed be scary.  It's a very detailed piece of information.....details none of us like.  I look at it has just another piece of the puzzle.


@happythoughts........I would say this man is being very honest with everything....someone did die that day......just not Michael 


@suspiciousmind.......Murray assumed responsibility...the operator said he was naturally "in higher power"...if Murray is truly a cardiologist he should have acted differently.  The fact that the lawyers are bickering it out over who helped when...just shows me what a circus that day was.  Until bam, I don't believe we will ever be able to put things together fully.  I often feel like this a huge crossword puzzle of sorts......and that I just want to peak at the answers! Perhaps we are fed clues, like the hints of a crossword. 


Stay strong my friends....bam is coming.....we just need to be patient.  You are all so great.....I love reading about the ambulance, crew, the report etc.......one thing is for sure...you are correct in saying, "things do not add up!!'

I remember we have a thread of court transcripts and I quoted a lot of ODD testimonies of security as well and first time read that all Michael's security is from Nation of Islam.Was that also your post?
But it does not matter. I am glad you posted and  will read it again some time next week. There are a lot of ODD testimonies. For example, I just read a little bit and surprised that paramedic testifies "when he got into the room, patient was on the bed". Why patient was still on the bed if the 911 operator told caller to move patient on the floor around 6 min ago. What part of move on the floor was not understood by doctor and Alvarez to react quickly and do it?

That was an interesting read.

Where to start? I noticed a pattern here. Hospice patient. Hold my hand video anyone? Plus, MJ had the intention of creating a cancer hospice clinic in Bahrain (to be confirmed, still looking for better sources)

Also, there have been some cases about how hospice patients had been handled until they died. There was a case of a nurse who looks like still has a valid license and was accused of killing a patient. Atropine was the medication mentioned in her case, as well in MJ-Murray´s case.

When asked to comment on the story, Ron Panzer, president of Hospice Patients Alliance, said in an e-mail:

'Yes, we were in touch with the reporter a couple of months ago and provided information on what is going on in the hospice industry. The reporter is actually quite brave to even do this story, as very few like it have ever been done. It demonstrates the willingness of some hospice nurses to take it upon themselves to deliberately end the lives of patients under their care. It shows that families need to be vigilant about what medications patients receive, so that only medications clinically needed are actually given. And, if they have any doubts, they should stand at the door and stop the nurse and call the physician or someone they trust to re-evaluate what is going on. If the nurse cannot satisfy one's doubts about what is being given, then there is a real problem. It should be obvious why a medication is being given.

'There are many nurses like [Betsi Bilyck] out there, and there are physicians who also will act on their own agenda — not out of concern for the patient's welfare — and choose to hasten death. Entering any health care setting is something people need to be vigilant about, as anyone can be targeted. We've heard just about every scenario, whether it is a hospital, nursing home, assisted living or hospice, where some staff member administered heavy doses and the patient died very soon or even immediately. Just look at the Michael Jackson case: He was prescribed an opioid medication, similar to what hospice patients get, plus Ativan, which many hospice patients get, and it is reported his breathing slowed down and then stopped, just like the reports from hospice cases! If these combinations kill healthy individuals, how easy it is to kill the vulnerable elderly and disabled!'

This part made me think again about MJ demanding to have good medical installations when in tour, but also, of how precarious instruments the medical staff had on board/ with them.
They are rushing to attend a cardiac arrest case yet they don´t have equipment and aren´t qualified for the assistance.

Here, looks like Murray insists in taking care of this patient till the end, but the hospital wants to call it off on the patient. The paramedic follows Murray´s wishes (If i understood correctly).

I read that hospice patients are not given priority at hospitals. This is getting interesting.

This is a fact. I can´t just imagine how many people dies because they do not get the proper assistance  :cry:
Mean time the gov is expending tax money in weapons, there are no Doctors, Nurses, Equipment or Hospitals .... crazy.
