I noticed the Apollo Marquee also with the See You Soon on it, its at 25:00 minute mark,,, and thought,, wow,, did I just see that? Is that a message? so i searched and searched for a photo like that, couldnt find one on the internet. BUT:
I enlarged a screen shot of it, and that photo was tampered with before put into the video : ).
Here are 4 pics for you all.
#1 screen shot enlarged: see all the white? where the black lines should be? that make up the black rectangles behind the letters? they are whited out : ).

#3 and #4 are pics that i did find of the Apollo marquee before it was renovated, you can clearly see the black rectangles, even tho the marquee is in bad shape
