:beerchug:  I hope they aren’t checking for cameras.  Anyone got a good idea how to get it in unnoticed  :Michael_Jackson_smiley_by_red

I had to actually turn my camera in and get a ticket to pick it up at Cirque Du Soleil.  I was totally pissed.   :Pulling_hair:  I got a few very blurry phone shots at any rate.  But I saw flashes going off left & right.

I used to smuggle mine into venues (in the UK) inside my handbag, but hidden in a small makeup bag right at the bottom. They only used to look in the top of the handbag, I never had them search the bag properly. I could have had a gun or a bomb in there  :over-react-smiley:  :icon_lol:

LOL - I've gotten some great ideas if I ever go to another concert. I can't wait to hear how it goes :)

the concert was great.  There were lots of people of all ages & ethnicities in attendance.  For most of the show everyone was on their feet.  We were a little late getting there, but they brothers had the house rocking.  I will give it to them, they did a great job.  There were screens mounted showing glmpses and flashes of Michael throughout.  When it came to Michael’s part in songs, Jermaine took the lead and I will say he wasn’t Michael, but he did Michael proud.  There was  kind of tribute to Michael throughout the show because not only did they perform Jackson songs but some that Michael recorded solo.  Marlon turned it out.  He is the dancer.  Jackie, even at 62, got some pretty good moves still.  Tito is an artist.  He knows his stuff.  I would go to see him perform on his own. He just has it together.  I kind of got realy sad when Jermaine sang Gone Too Son though  :icon_e_confused: He was in tears and it pulled at the strings of my heart.  I didn’t take my camera in because we were informed that if you were searched and it was found, you would have to take it back to the car which was a hell of a long trek.  HOWEVER  :screaming-7365: there was a lot of flashing bulbs going off so I wonder how they got theirs in.  I will give the show a high “B+” and would consider seeing them again.  The weather held off and was perfect for an outdoor venue.  Thank God for little blessings.  :icon_cool:  The band was tight and the brothers routines were fun.  They kept it jumping and that was good and even though Michael was not onstage, they kept his essence in the mix.  I really enjoyed it.  Marlon’s family was there though I was not close to them and I understand that someone from twitter had set up a meet and greet after the show.  I didn’t know about that until after the fact so I missed out.  :icon_evil:  I understand that pictures were taken with the Jacksons and were to be posted on the Jacksons website today.  I do intend to check that out.  But i’ll give them their props, they pulled it off and did a great job of it.  If they tour again, check them out.  You’ll love the nostalgia.  It’s a very loving tribute and after 20 years missing, they deserve a welcome back.  They are family  :beerchug:  No Michael sighting, though I saw some pretty strange looking characters & plenty of MJ costuming, i.e. fedoras, gloves, fingers taped, t-shirts… the usual

You’re going to have a wonderful time.  The love was there.  BTW Jermaine looks so much better in person.  :icon_mrgreen: Here’s some video.  You can’t see the screens because they were off to the side.  But their sound was good and they looked great.  You can feel their love for Michael and their appreciation for the fans who support him and them still.  :bearhug:
