It's certainly a controversial article!  :icon_e_wink:  Definitely written with a slant to make Jermaine look like he's lost it.  If anything written in that article is "true" then I think Jermaine was either acting to cause the controversy or helped create the rumors to get people talking, maybe to see who would turn against him.  And of course, the media took the bait and twisted it as much as they could, it's what they do.

like i said in my post above... helping create the controversy, maybe even to distract our attention from something else... media does this...all the time.

My main thought about this article ?

For almost 4 years media have been all "MJ friendly" "Jackson friendly" but in the end, the varnish is not that big, and here is what we can read about a Jackson when they have any opportunity.
I actually have no idea what's in Jermaine's head and what is wrong from right, but this article just confirm me that media NEVER change.

They did overreact... with The King of Flop and all. They always do that, manipulating and exaggerating things... still, I cannot help wondering why would Jermaine change his name...it's virtually who he is, it's the name that made him and his family famous. Ok, the pronunciation remains the same, but ... it's all confusing and disturbing.
One other thing...and I hope you don't get me wrong...I've usually seen this, and since I myself have worked as a news anchor in a radio station, happen to know that media sometimes makes a partnership with celebrities or famous people, in that the celebrities are giving the media news subjects every single time another important political, social aspect happens in the world/in the respective country, just to "move" people's attention from that aspect. In Romania, unfortunately, it happens all the time. Every time some bad thing -for our country -like majoring prices, political issues, etc -happens, BOOM!!! - some celebrity scandal is suddenly everywhere - from the first page of a newspaper, to every single TV show, to...everywhere. So, you get to hear people talking about those celebrities from morning to midnight, and the most important news- of fuel costs, food prices getting up, Romania facing yet another EU challenge etc - pass without almost any comment from anyone...
So I'm wondering if maybe, just maybe, this whole JackSUN thing isn't but some attempt to cover other aspects...other important news, being they even related to MJ...though I do have my doubts about such a possibility.

I think Jermaine Jackson changing is name is not big event enough to be a worldwide "attention magnet" even only in the US.
Now maybe there are some Jackson issues we didn't pay attention to, while Jermaine is becoming a Jacksun.

I'm just afraid Jermaine had the crazy idea that becoming another "wacko" (for the media) might get him to sound even more "Michaelish". I can't explain it correctly, but maybe it is some marketing choice from him to appear like this for the media. Like MJ "played" it in the early years, before it turned out of control.

If it is so, i would only say : what a huge artist can risk, because his talent overcomes everything in the end, will only look pathetic for "someone else".

I really hope it's part of the hoax and only made for some other purpose than looking like MJ

As for Jermaine acting like MJ, doesn't he know it's repulsive to any MJ fans--so therefore it has to be a strategy for hoax purposes, and he's somehow sacrificing his pride for the hoax.  The brothers have said they would continue to be Michael's voice.  Front and TS were always supportive of Jermaine.

Girl_In_the_mirror, I totally agree that these non-news events are to cover significant world news with a dark agenda, all ultimately NWO.  I'm convinced MJ's 93 and 2005 trials and tribulations were to cover the massive/ongoing pedophilia since the inception of the Catholic church use of 'celibate' priests working with children. Unimaginably and horrifyingly despicable blight on our world for generations.  And the war being waged is on such a massive and epic scale.

sure I ever read it fully.  Just wow.  What exactly did Branca mean by, "I am Michael Jackson now"......I don't get it.

Well...what does "I am Michael Jackson now" mean....

Depends on how you look at things and what your opinion on the subject is.... the Estate and the executors.

If you consider them to be the bad guys then it means "Michael Jackson is nothing more than a brand and I now rule the king´s empire and make money off of him and his name".

If you think Estate=MJ, well then it  means just that...MJ is in control.
