The concerts, Phillips acknowledged, are a do-or-die moment for Jackson."If it doesn't happen, it would be a major problem for him career-wise in a way that it hasn't been in the past," he said.
And how prophetic were Randy Phillips words.....The concerts, Phillips acknowledged, are a do or die moment for Jackson. [/color]Edit ....It's Santa Barbara isn't it. :icon_redface:

Adi, good comparison of Argo to this trial. I'll have to see it sometime. If the whole bad situation of MJ and TII is a similar set-up, how very mind-boggingly brilliant it has been. And as Front just said, they are "falling into his trap". The 'victim' is becoming the victimizer, the prey becoming the predator. As Hes said, "The tables are turned." Just like dickering on a price for an desirable item, AEG is pointing out all MJ’s flaws and how bottom of the barrel he was, and how big a risk they were taking. But Katherine & kids are saying how extremely valuable MJ was(is) at $40 Billion. So this trial may drag MJ’s past accusations into question again, but KJ will highlight the positive aspects of his life. Hopefully the beautiful truth will come out for the world to see, that MJ is innocent of all wrong-doing, and has helped/is helping make this world a better place. If KJ would win even part of the lawsuit money, it would mean MJ would stay in hiding, but I'm sure the money would go for the children's hospital or other charity projects. Remember how MJ used the Pepsi fire money for the Burn Unit. Since I believe MJ will eventually reveal himself in his own time, the money issue will be resolved somehow.

I also totally agree with you on AEG: i am kinda confused myself with this whole thing...are they the goodies or the badies? :errrr:  :judge-smiley:Also agree with MJonmind: hopefully the trial will enable KJ to -as you said- highlight the positive aspect of Michael's life.
