Michael Jackson was foolishly generous when he was alive ... handing out $100 bills to complete strangers whenever he felt like it -- this according to his nephew.

TJ Jackson -- the co-guardian of Michael's three kids -- testified today as part of the wrongful death lawsuit against AEG, claiming MJ was "extremely generous" ... citing generosity towards his employees, as well as random handouts of $100 bills to strangers.

It's pretty crazy ... considering MJ died a financial wreck, buried in nearly insurmountable debt.

During his testimony, TJ also said MJ's daughter Paris was hit the hardest by the singer's death, saying, "The loss of my uncle has hit her at a different level ... She was daddy's little girl. My uncle was her world."

TJ said he also supports Halle Berry's efforts to block paparazzi from chasing celebrity kids -- claiming the Jackson children are often faced with rogue photogs. He said, "I think it's awful what they get away with."

When I think of all those media reports/lies/way-too-far speculations during and after Paris' suicide attempt, it sure is harassment and bullying. Justice and protection from paparazzi and tabloid press should be sought, which I hope is part of this proposed bill as well. Go Halle! :smiley_abuv:

I believe some sort of anti-papz/invasion of privacy law will be brought into effect at some point in the near future and I think it will be one of the results from Michael's hoax.

"I'm invincible, I've been through it all. You can't hurt me. Knock me down, I get back up." –Michael Jackson

:icon_rr:What happened I mean what did he do wrong this time!Because he is an innocent man and he would never hurt little children or sick kids because a bounch of years way before he died he would always give lots of his money to charity and to children that didn't have anything or anyone to take care of them even when they get sick or they are hurt!

I think this is a good initiative to protect children, we know all it took MJ to take care of their children when they were small.
TMZ this time was cruel in the quote "Michael Jackson was foolishly generous When I was alive ..." we all know that Michael is generous, without the need to publish in the media, so TMZ, this time you crossed the limit  >:(

Dnt know abt that maruamjj. TMZ are afterall being fed and 'foolishly generous' as well as 'enormously in debt' are both perceptions that MJ may be deliberately putting out there to perpetuate the hoax...

Dnt think MJ is or was in debt / broke, nor do I believe he was frivolously generous to just anyone / everyone. I am sure that every transaction whether that be donation or purchase was pointed and planned.

TMZ are just playing their role and developing the 'character' for the whole charade. Jmo

I agree - Michael is a shrewd business man. Yes, he's generous but he has purpose in everything he does. And he was never broke. It's all an illusion started by Michael. Remember, there were two things off limits to talk about - Michael's children and his finances.

Blessings to you.

I don't like it either. The word "foolishly" says it all! Instead of describing MJ as a generous man who loved to help people the put this ugly word to make the whole word think he was a fool. Twisting facts and manipulating words! It's awful. I hate such articles! Poor MJ. This man suffered a lot! He deserves to be saved from all kinds of lies that have accompanied him when he was under the spot lights once and for all because enough is enough! :(

There's this another news outlet which talks about TJ Jackson and Paris.
I'm just gonna state the part where it talks of Paris :

Quote
Paris, 15, was hospitalized after paramedics rushed to her Calabasas mansion earlier this month for a call that she downed 20 Motrin pills and slashed her arm with a kitchen knife.

Chang confirmed Paris won't take the witness stand as she argued to admit a handwritten note the King of Pop's daughter purportedly wrote to her dad in the months before his death.

"Dead Daddy, I love you so much & I'm so glad I got a goodnight hug," the note reads. "Sleep well. I love you & good night. I'll see you tomorrow! XOX Goodnight. Lots of love, You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login"

"Dead daddy" months before his death?
If that's not typo it definitely supports the death hoax theory imo, Michael was 'training' Paris to call him dead.

Why not just tell people I'm an alien from Mars? Tell them I eat live chickens and do a voodoo dance at midnight. They'll believe anything you say, because you're a reporter. But if I, Michael Jackson, were to say, "I'm an alien from Mars and I eat live chickens and do a voodoo dance at midnight," people would say, "Oh, man, that Michael Jackson is nuts. He's cracked up. You can't believe a single word that comes out of his mouth."

Good eye! Wow, that's a funny read, and too odd & hoaxy to be a coincidental mistake. Also I really don't think someone who gets hugs everyday from someone for years since birth, would ever thank that person for giving another goodnight hug. The "I love you" is a normal habitual expression that gets said many times throughout the day every day so that part is believable, which would likely be the case with MJ & his kids. So it feels like the alleged note is fake.
