Doubles @ Concerts ETC.....

As of late i've came across the discussion of Michael using doubles in his concerts. To me, i don't think that he would of done that. We know Michael has a soft heart and surely he wouldn't subject his paying fans to someone other than himself on stage?, because i don't think Michael would be able to stage such guilt knowing that he would be using doubles sometimes.

I feel when we see him on stage that it is always him on stage. Yes he may have doubles for media diversions and maybe even for this hoax, but to me having doubles for media diversions is a good idea, especially at the time of when his children were born, because if you notice as around the time the 1st child was born more convincing doubles had appeared. But really you never know, i still feel Michael in the media has always been the same Michael.

If there was other doubles in concerts surely people and the media would of caught the other double(s) going about there every day life while not doubling for Michael.

Michael is Michael to me, and i don't think he would subject his fans to such fakery.

Technically he used a stunt person as the illusion trick with the fire etc... was to dangerous for him to do, it was the same with when he had the space suit on, and shot into the sky, that wasn't him it was a stuntman, so really they aren't clashed as doubles in my book, but merely stuntmen who were used for those kind of things as i'm sure MJ wouldn't like to risk himself with things like that, especially after the pepsi accident

i don't recall a "fire stunt" to me it was mj needing to go off and change clothes, hence the double

i may be thinking of a different stunt that he did, as i remember posting the video on mjhd, but i dont think he would use doubles, it doesnt look like a double in the bucharest thriller video, as he would have plenty of time to change.

kenny ortega said it recently in interview bout end where its not him flying off and a double in the mask look at the hands when the mask is on they are darker the double for that part was the lead dancer in thriller live quite young place mj in billie jean hes really good

who said 100% sure???  NOBODY here is 100% sure of anything concerning MJ.......  8-)
anyway, i have the dvd at home and i watch it all the time, until one day i had a friend over here who asked me to pause, slow it down, pause again and i'm like WTH are you lookin for??? and he said "i've noticed that it wasn't mj who came back out with the mask on, but i'm lookin for someway to prove it" and i say yeah right, then u can search till the end of time coz i'm sure it's MJ all the way!!! and then he actually pointed out to me the "golden leotard" he was wearing before and after the mask incident, pause at 3.55sec   and also at 4.05sec, there we clearly see part of a strap dangling around his butt area.... then look and pause between 5.01sec and 5.02sec, nothing left dangling at all....but it does happen real quick and is easier to see on a big screen , you can clearly see the difference and also notice the trousers are way too short after he comes out with the mask on, i had no choice but to agree..... but i wanted to really kick him out!!!! :lol:
so that's as sure as i can be

In fact somewhere on this forum there's a playlist and a cast-list for the TII concerts where you can see that the part in thriller Bad_girl is talking about was to be played by TII dancer Devin Jamieson, he was going to double for MJ in the were-wolf mask, if TII was ever meant to be a concert of course...

you guys...u like it or not, MJ use doubles  in dangeorus tour....the concerts in bucharest and the whole dangerous tour.. triller performance at the end when he puts the mask is not him..is a double because the song after thriller was billie jean (as i can remember) so he can put the billie jean outfit (dry clothes btw)....Same thing with the space outfit at the end of the concert..is not mj..i can believe you dont see the moment when he switch with the double...go watch the video again..period!

Maybe he needed a double for an illusion or a stunt or because he was tired after doing damn near 2 whole hours of non stop dancing and singin and wanted to catch his breath to put on the Best Billie Jean Ever...Dammit hes Michael Jackson Who Cares if he used a Damn Double at The END of a song isnt a big deal...Like He just performed damn near 2 whole hours of non stop singin and dancing...C'mon lighten up Im sure hes not doing it to Fool his Fans....Sorry if u think im attacking u im really not i just really didnt think ur comment was right...Michael wouldnt want to make us fans think different of him in any way...if he had to sneak a double in here and there then Hey power to him....

Sheesh, calm down, girl! I was responding to the thread-starters' post about him using a double for a whole concert! Besides, he is Michael Jackson, and he wants to do the whole show, he's a perfectionist, remember? Heck, I agree that he could he use a break in those shows sometimes!
