Murray was more than $13,000 in arrears when the Las Vegas District Attorney took steps to have him arrested and his medical license suspended last October.

The doctor struck an 11th-hour deal with the boy's mother Nenita Malibiran that helped him evade jail at a November hearing and seeks to forgive the thousands in back payments he owes in exchange for $1,003 a month going forward.

Clark County Family Court, which is collecting the money for a California court since Murray has a home in Vegas, is still waiting for California to approve the proposed settlement.

"We do want to keep an eye on him," Chief Deputy District Attorney Gerard Costantian told the Daily News.

He asked the judge to order Murray back for another progress report in 60 days, but the judge set the next hearing for July 12.

Costantian said he'll go after Murray's medical license if he falls behind again.

"I'm comforted that he's motivated to pay. Even if he gets his arrears wiped out in California, we could go ahead with the license suspension action if he falls more than two months behind," he said. "The goal is to get payments for the child."The father of at least seven children by six different women, Murray is awaiting possible charges from the Los Angeles County District Attorney regarding Jackson's June 25 death, which the coroner ruled an overdose of propofol and lorazepam.

Dr. Murray admitted giving the sedatives to Jackson but denied wrongdoing.

WHAT THE HECK IS THIS!!!  If he falls behind in his child support then the DA will go after his medical liscense... this is crazy! What about the homicide??? :cry:

this is the most craziest thing I ever heard they will lock him up for not paying child support and even go after his license but he could have possible kill a man and yet and do nothing something is seriously wrong with our justice system where the hell is all of MJ fans and his celebrity friends something very fishy going here :evil:

You guyz I don't want Dr. Murray going to jail for homicide...Once he goes to jail that means its the end for this hoax we have been working so hard to uncover...I mean the main reason i think this is a hoax regarding Dr. Murray only... is he still is allowed to practice medicine and he has not been arrested yet...I am proud of Dr. Murray for taking on this important role...He could be put in jail for trying to help Michael Jackson out...Once Mr.Murray goes to Jail I will realize that this can't be a hoax...OR if he does go to jail and really is innocent then Michael will feel horribly guilty and come out to say IM ALIVE MURRAY IS INNOCENT!!! OR Murry will tell the police that Michael really is alive somewhere to get out of losing his license and freedom...whichever way I would still lose hope once he goes to jail

I actually laughed when I read this story coz it's too ridiculous to be true. Come on, they'd suspend his medical license for not paying child support, but not for homicide? And if they suspended his license, he'd be unable to work and therefore for SURE couldn't pay for child support, LOL

Folks are getting upset, but this development is encouraging news to me because it gives more support to what I've always believed.

Perhaps nobody's talking about going after Murray's medical license for Michael's alleged homicide because he's not really the primary or only focus of that investigation. In fact, maybe he's not even who law enforcement are investigating at all.

We'll find out soon enough if the case ever heads to court. But considering Murray's expression in that photo, it seems possible he might not last that long himself. He looks like his life sucks big time right about now, although I can't say I feel bad for him, whatever his involvement with Michael.

There's something wrong, wrong, wrong about fathering all of those children he can't provide for with all of those different women, some (or maybe all) while he was married. It's no wonder he seems like an incompetent doctor -- when did he have the time to actually practice medicine when he was spending that much time sleeping around?

Don't take this too serious.
He must be popping up from time to time to buy more time.
If they start going after homicide, Michael must surface.
The continued "not opening the homicide case" means that for which reason ever Michael cannot surface yet.

If they keep him in court for the babies, this means that they look after him and focus on him which may calm down third parties.

Don't worry. It will all be ok.
