He dosnt just stutter, he also points his chin. Like he puts his finger and touches his chin when he talks about Michael. He sometimes even bites his nails.  :mrgreen:

They don't mention stuttering but maybe other things about Jermaine or other member of the family that anyone noticed?

1. Lack of eye contact.

7. Hey! Where are their hands?
Observe whether the person you’re talking to:

Places his hands on his lap or clenches them
Covers his mouth when speaking
Touches or covers his face when listening
Rubs his eyes
Scratches on or behind the side of his ear
Any of these could be a signal that you’re being deceived.
8. The one shoulder shrug.
Observe whether the person you’re speaking with raises one shoulder slightly. That could be another indication of deception.
9. Crossed arms and legs.
Folded arms, crossed legs, and limbs kept close to the body indicate a need to protect something … sometimes. I cross my legs all the time and it doesn’t mean anything! It’s just how I sit. In general though, when you’re feeling relaxed and have nothing to conceal, you look relaxed, with your arms and legs in a natural position.
10. Tilting the head away.
Tilting the head away generally indicates discomfort with the situation. On the other hand, tilting the head toward you implies that someone is trying to get closer to the information.
11. Bad posture.
Standing or sitting up straight is an indication of confidence whereas slouching with hands buried deep in the pants pockets suggests insecurity and uncertainty. See, your mom was right, so sit up straight!
12. Inconsistencies when speaking
This is a dead giveaway. Pay attention to conflicting details and contradictions. “I thought you said you were out of town that Friday … ” BINGO!
13. Changes in vocal pitch.
When you’re familiar with someone’s normal speaking voice, you notice when it raises in pitch. This is usually a sign that the person is uncomfortable … or going through puberty.
14. A distinct pause.
When someone is making up a story as they go along, they will have to pause to think about the details. When they have to stray from their rehearsed story, they have to regroup. Pay attention to what’s said after the pause. It might be a lie.
15. A change in the rate of speech.
Again, depending on how well you know the person, you could notice not only a change in their vocal tone but also in how fast or how slowly they begin to speak.

I didnt know Jerkmaine had a stuttering problem!! If that is true then usualy when the stutterer is faced with a situation that makes him nervous, the stutter becomes more prominant.

A stuttering problem? Aww poor Jermaine! But it does seem to get worse when he talks about Michael. He doesn't make eye contact either.

That was the thing I picked up on. The eye contact. When someone is lying they can't make eye contact. My mom (God rest her soul) always said don't trust anyone that can't look you in the eye because they're not telling the truth. Jermaine has been lying since Jun 25th. For heaven's sake he lied when he gave the press the notification that his brother had died at UCLA which is what a doctor is suppose to do. Since when does next of kin release death information to the press of such a high profile Entertainer! Keep the Faith!

I think the situation MJ is under here can give false negatives on the "spot the lie" meter...  he is under interrogation in an unusual and pressured environment.

It would be nice if he answered the questions without the lawyers input, though.. when MJ is natural he often just tells it like it is.  From all the interviews i have seen, MJ never deviates or changes the story so i think he is telling the truth.

I would have to disagree on that, my poor mother god rest her soul, had a very difficult time making eye contact, not because she was lying , because she was so insecure, and I tend to look away while talking as well, not because I'm lying, if you lack confidance, then you tend to lose eye contact.   :cry:

about the vid of MJ
MJ closed that chapter in his life a long time ago.  Jurors heard the truth of what happened and voted him NOT GUILTY.  They heard things we have NEVER HEARD!  As for myself, and I'm sure for EVERY ONE else here, if we believed he did what THEY said he did...WE WOULDN'T BE HERE!  This story is the reason why MJ is not hear today.  As far as I'm concerned...this is the ONLY part of MJ that is DEAD!  Why torture him any more?

Hey I never posted that to hurt anyone,I don't believe Michael had a mean bone in his body, a podofile only thinks of themselves, not give away 350 million dollars, no he dont meet the profile, Im making you think first before you post, when you say this is the 15 signs of lying, and then say that his own brother is lying because of this and that sign, well I had to post it, because Michael has some of those same signs, so what Im saying is, if Jermain and Michael both have similer signs, but only one could be lying, isnt that like a oxymoron?
